Ordered food for take away on work lunch break and was told it would take 15 mins. Upon arrival of 15 mins the order wasn’t even started and the cook didn’t even remember our order. We were also told that one of the foods was not available and were not even called back or told when making the order. I couldn’t imagine if they told us to wait 30 mins and in 30 mins they told us the order was not available. When we asked how much longer they said another 20 mins. We were also blamed for coming to the shop too fast even though we arrived in 15 mins as we were told. I’m sure mistakes happen, but taking responsibility and not blaming the customer can go a long way. New work offices just opened and if the food was good and they acknowledged they made a mistake they could have easily had another 40 odd customers.

Pleasant service! The dish was very good (lamb neck). The meat was very tender and the rice was plentiful! Excellent value. I recommend ! The homemade fruit juices are very good too!

High quality fresh food with amazing service from owners

We've been regulars since little Shiraz has opened but were left with a bitter taste in our mouths this time round. We are friendly with the man in charge, Mehdi, and we even ask about each other's families. However, throughout our dinner we got pressured into ordering more food that we didn't want. Since we are on friendly terms, it's hard to refuse politely. Mahdi would offer the food in a way that made it sound complimentary. At the end we got charged £15 more than we would have liked to have spent or asked for. £3.50 for a couple pieces of cucumber and tomato on some lettuce. We also were charged for a yoghurt dish we did not order but that was insisted upon us. This is slightly more insulting as the customer before us got a discount. Also he insulted an elder man loudly in front of customers calling him an idiot multiple times. This whole ordeal has left us embarrassed and disappointed. It's quite difficult for us to argue out of politeness and the guest that was with us. We do not recommend little Shiraz for the service and the unruly loud customers that go back and forth to the shisha lounge at the back. We will not be returning.

The food was surprisingly good. I won't say the best Persian I've tried in London. But for the price - affordable for a Persian restaurant - it was quite good. The waitress was nice and polite. I believe there is a shisha place at the back so people kept on passing us by. They also kept on opening the door, bringing cold inside the restaurant

Best Persian food I ever had!! This restaurant has become my go to now! Love the taste of the food, the portions are really huge too! Service is excellent, the owner of this restaurant is so sweet and makes us feel like home!

I have been there onSaturday having dinner, it was so tasty food cozy place good services and on top of all was head chef Mehdi, he is very welcoming, friendly and professional in all menus. Definitely will go back to this place again...

Authentic charcoal grill with an amazing selection of vegetarian dishes. Gluten free options aplenty! Everything is prepared over charcoal and you can taste it. I could hear the hair-dryer used to get the coals hot!!! The rice and bread are sublime to boot. 100% family prepared food with love. XXX

Nice little place and very good food. Service and ambiance is good as well. We ordered lamb kebabs with naan and lamb kebabs with rice. Forgot to take pictures. 🤭

Went in for a quick kebab at around 6 pm on thursday afternoon. Staff very friendly and the food was ok. We ordered 2 x £ 9.50 kofte skewers and 2 bottles of water. We ended up paying almost £ 40.00 because they upgraded the skewers with chicken and lamb without asking. They apologised for it but still charged us more than we ordered. Tricky.

It was the most delicious food I ate. The food was very high quality. I have never eaten food like this anywhere. I have been coming here for about 10 months. You must try it.

The food is great, the staff is great, and the atmosphere is cozy and nice. It can be said that it is the best Iranian restaurant I saw in London and I enjoyed their food.

The roasted lamb is really tender! Gaga fragrant! The milkshakes are delicious too! I almost finished showing off before I thought of taking pictures! The waitress is also very nice!

Great tasting food, portions are big as well, reasonably priced, and extremely good costumer service!But the fact that dosen of people go pass you as an sisha shop is behind this shop, and their costumers walk trou the whole restaurant is not cool, people constantly passed our table, some they stopped and started to shout and chat about a football game wich they watched at the other shop is really annoying!!!and as they went in and out the shop, they kept opening the door wich meant cold come in and i could feel the breez.... its a definitely minus for this place!anyways it would be an easy 5 star recommendation!this is a fantastic restaurant with great food, but in a bad spot, wrong location.....

Not the best experience. Went there as it is advertised as Persian restaurant, unfortunately I was very disappointed. Very limited menu as most of items were unavailable. When we questioned why we were told that it’s because of hot weather their chicken is going off therefore they don’t offer any chicken dishes except joojeh which was tiny and dry.

Two stars for the good service. The food here is actually really bad!! ...as in like really really bad!!! Chengeh was tough, old tasting meat and extremely dry and inedible. Chicken was also dry and not much of it. Kubideh is very oily but edible. Most of the menu is not available, from starters to main. If you're looking for a Persian experience then this is not it.

Yummy food. The kebab was so tender flavourful and succulent. Good chips and fluffy rice. Recommend the lemon and lime drink as everyone pinched a sip of mine.! The staff were lovely and friendly and catered well to our needs. Ended with delicious Persian tes!

Best food I've ever tasted!! And so cheap too

Genuine hidden gem when it comes to the flavours in the food. The lady running the restaurant was very friendly and gave you feeling as if you were dining in her own living room. I've not had Persian cuisine before but both the dishes we had had incredible flavour. Fluffy rice, fall off the stewed chicken - will definitely be making a trip to Hayes again for this food.

Found this place quite by accident. It was midnight, everywhere was closed and we were hungry. The owner had closed his restaurant but fired his kitchen up just for us. And what an amazing plate of food he delivered. He let us stay to eat and then in such a fabulous display of hospitality gave us a piece of delicious chocolate cake as he was celebrating his birthday. Thank you. We won’t forget your hospitality and hope to come back again to sample more of your menu.

Very good food. The shish lek were not the most tender I’ve had, but they more than made up for it in flavor. Absolutely out of this world! 5/5 for the shish lek.

Beautiful place for authentic Iranian cuisine. The taste is unique to me.

The food is nice but my only request is that if someone orders kebab with plain rice pls pay attention, even if I choose plain I het barberries on my rice each time.

I have food here before but the quality has gone down. The food is inconsistent and what I received yesterday smelled off. Quite disgusting, disappointing and waste of money. I don’t think the food is stored correctly and their recipe varies. Health visitors checks are recommend for this place at their fridges.

Food is very tasty but it can vary from time to time. But the staff is pleasant always trying to help their lime juice is really delicious but pricy. ;)

We had a takeaway order which was simply fantastic. Fresh meat, very well seasoned nd cooked to perfection. Would gladly recommend this as a very viable option for persian/iranian/Turkish food. Good work to the chief. Please keep it up!

I ordered the mixed platter for 4 people to collect as unfortunately the restaurant couldn’t deliver and I am very glad I made the effort! The food was so fresh and tasty! We were all very satisfied with our food. I have also tried many kebab shops in my local area and I think this is the best grill on the high street for sure! The chef (who I think is the manager/owner) was also very nice and friendly, which is a bonus. I will definitely be coming back for more!

Really good food and very helpful staff

The koobideh was delicious. Despite it being takeaway, the food was packaged beautifully with zereshk, something that other Persian restaurants don't do. The chef is very generous and talented, the food was delicious. Better than Persian Palace and Molana! Amazing restaurant, I would recommend it.

Amazing food! Was staying in a local hotel and went here and the food was freshly made and a generous portion size. The owner was very nice.

We had Grilled Platter and two sides. Everything was so fresh, delicious and grilled to perfection. I will Highly recommend a visit to this restaurant and please eat-in to enjoy it to the max. Great service by the Asian lady.

Excellent reasonably prices food

Had home delivery lamb dish and fresh salad. Order came fast, with just eat. Love the food and the service, will order again in a future and will recommend to friends and family.

We ordered an americano, a tea and a croissant to eat in the cafe . All were very good. However, I was shocked that the reasonable £5.40 cost for these three items came with an extra and unforeseen £3.00 service charge which I was told was required by the management. It is a pity because we would have returned to this cafe.

Deliveroo, arrived hot and very tasty. Only complaint was no garlic sauce as standard and the milkshake was a bit meh, but enjoyed the food. Good portions and prices.

Pretty sure this place is a front for something as the food is terrible and the staff are clueless. And they act like they’re been doing this their whole life.

We ordered a laham with rice. It was look delicious and i asked about the dish with one the waitressa She said it is the best dish in their restuarent. I came not same like the menu and the taste was terrible. Inside the food was cold. I asked to make it Medium hot. It was no spicy at all. They even didn’t come to see us after serving food. No tissue nothing. I ll never look back to the restuarent again.

The lady with the glasses and short hair has 0 customer service skills she cannot accept responsibility or even speak english. Very rude woman and she lets down the place unfortunately.

Service is terrible food is ok if they get your order right. Not many options in the local area to be fair so it is what it is.

I asked for chef special breakfast The sausages seemed far from the advertised "organic halal" they looked and tasted like cheap standard supermarket style and they was deep fried and greasy as was the mushrooms and tomato. The "guacamole" was tasteless. Also instead of advertised sourdough toast I got cheap white bread. The service was bad too and I was the only customer in while eating there at lunchtime on a Saturday. Figures

It seems like a nice place with nice people my food wasn't done the way I like it but when I told them they were ok and I'll come again to see if the food is done a bit better. Then rate it. Otherwise it's a ok place

Ordered a mix grill for 4 yesterday. Pretty disappointed with the food. All of the meat was dry and some pieces burnt. The koobideh looked and tasted more like seekh kebab.

Food was horrible. Kebab was so dry not even taste of kebab! Definitely I can say it's not persian food and they just try to use the persian name to mislead the customers. Never ever order again

Customer service was good but quality of food was just as bad! The lamb pieces were so chewy and the most disappointing was the koobideh kebab(minced kebab chicken or lamb) the mixture was mixed in egg and flour or either one to save money i suppose and tasted awful! And the yoghurt with cucumber was so watery!made a big mistake ordering and wasted so much money!won't be ordering again pictures are deceiving.. food looked good on review photos but I'm sorry was nasty

Really authentic Persian food and tea which transports you to that part of the world. A little gem in Hayes Town. Very friendly service too.

Food was on point and the service was amazing

This cafe/restaurant has very good Western and Iranian food, which is remarkably inexpensive. The staff are pleasant and helpful. You can stay as long as you want. I especially liked the homemade sweet potato hummus, the Greek salad and a glass of freshly pressed orange juice. I saw the oranges arrive!
