I was lucky to visit this oasis of vegan and vegetarian which is one of the few taste bud satisfying restaurants. Michelle attended to every detail and also was super kind to advise me on all possible vegetarian options. I appreciate her positivity and can help attitude and she made my day amidst a tiresome and gruelling transit. Wishing wagamama and Michelle most success and kudos for all the tireless hard work. We went in for a Japanese breakfast before flight this morning, ramen was fine and came quickly enough, but the children’s full English breakfast was so salty it was inedible. We tried to send it back but couldn’t get the attention of our waitress. Our flight was as opening to board before we finally managed to get the bill, and whilst they did remove the cost of the children’s breakfast, when I pointed out I had been trying to get the staffs attention for some time, the manager justified it by saying we are busy planning the evening service! What about the morning service? We left hungry and annoyed…not a great start.

After successful paying through the online table payment system, when we were leaving 2 staff members rushed to us demanding to see the payment proof, after showing the email confirmation they were quick to say sorry but if you have a table payment system the least you can do before treating a customer like a thief, is to make sure they didn’t pay before approaching someone, otherwise you’re just making sure the client won’t ever visit this restaurant chain again. Which is exactly what will happen, we won’t ever visit Wagamama after this.

I've got Yaki soba (chicken and prawn) it was super quick service and very delish food.

Nice food, attentive and friendly servers. The only issue is the food was slightly delayed and all 3x dishes came out at different times.

Loved the time here, our server Venky was lovely and knowledgeable about the menu. Only wish would be to have the vegan sticky ribs on the menu!

Had lunch here while waiting for my flight. There was a line but it moved quickly & the service was super friendly. I enjoyed the cherry blossom lemonade, it’s super refreshing. The duck bao was also tasty 👍🏼

Probably the best airport food I have ever had. Cooked fresh to order (about 15 minutes they advised us), it was delicious. The Korean tofu hot pot broth was nice and spicy, just great flavor. The pad Thai with chicken and prawns was excellent, very hot and fresh with plenty of prawns. The iced matcha with strawberry latte was great. The desserts were fine nothing special. Seating is a mix of individual tables ( I would recommend) for views of the planes landing and taking off or large communal tables for conversation. The place was packed on Saturday afternoon. Great service, plenty of staff. On one beer on tap (Asachi) which was a typical mass produced beer, not much flavor. Reasonable prices for airport food.

I visited Wagamama at Heathrow Terminal 5 and received excellent service from a waiter named MO. He made recommendations and helped me feel comfortable and relaxed during my short visit. I enjoyed the pork Bao, which was really good, and the chili squid was also delicious. The yaki soba chicken and prawns were nice, but the pork Bao was the standout dish.

Both, my wife and me, were impressed by the attentive staff Named, Rishan, and the delicious menu options he suggested. I tried Jubel Peach Beer for the first time, and asked Rishan his opinion, he highly recommended it, as I told him I am fond Peaches. A must-visit! 👌👍⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐😊

The food was ok considering it's an airport meal. The prices are reasonable and the service is less than average. But there is plenty of seating and large groups are accommodated fairly easy.

Had the chicken Raisukaree for £17 and it was the most disappointing dish I’ve ever had. Super bland with no taste at all. Barely any chicken and the little pieces were super dry like the precooked chicken slices you get at Tesco.

The food portions are big and quite delicious. In fact, the mackerel dish was almost too big. Very good airport option. My server, Isha, definitely provided 5 star service. It was very busy and everything was fast and efficient.

Amazing food and service as always in Wagamama. Excellent care when it comes to allergies and dietary requirements. Good portion sizes for the price as well. Very convenient for passengers waiting to grab some food before boarding their flights. Only down side is that the open seating which usually adds to the noisy environment is made more noisy due to the airport.

Tried the vegan full breakfast and was very impressed. Vegan bacon was particularly good. Always good to see a menu with a range of veggies/vegan options and just hope that can introduce more.

15 years ago Wagamama used to be good, now mediocre at its best. Overcooked chicken, dry as a sock, and flavorless noodles. Service was painfully slow, so slow I had to dump half of my food in a take away box and run to my gate. And I was there in good time, but servers were ignoring me after I was seated. My good memories of Wagamama was painfully shattered!

Heathrow T5 is pure chaos. If there was a “bad place” (re: The Good Place), for me it would be stuck in an endless loop of delays in Heathrow. Among this chaos is a bastion of relative calm - Wagamama. The food is standard for any Wagamama but for me it’s the service here that stands out. The team are so efficient - quickly and calmly finding a place for every wayward traveler. It’s not easy working in such a busy airport terminal but they do it with a smile, and the food usually comes quickly. PS: the chicken katsu salad is seriously underrated.

Seated quickly. My partners food arrived promptly within the 20 min expectation we were given. My food took 40+ min before I demanded a refund. We flagged down 3 waiters all promised my food would be ready in 3 min. Only to see them pick up the dish I ordered and deliver it to another table. I am lactose intolerant and ba does t cater for that. I now have a 6 hour flight with no food and a rush to the gate.

So to be completely honest this must be the worst review I've given any wagamama I've visted. Ordered one fried duck, chilli squid and one room temperature still water, room temp water they did not have in a sealed bottle so opted for tap water. The duck was over fried and not the same taste I was accustomed to, the chilli squid was under cooked and not crispy like all other outlets, this could be that they were so busy and did not either have the right head chef or no proper trained staff? Let's not mention the tap water had some small black seeds in the water. You would need to rethink stopping here to eat, especially if you only one as the waiters take forever to place your order.

This restaurant has been one of my regular eateries while transiting through Heathrow T5 however I was quite let down when I ate at the place today. The restaurant was dirty with the floor soiled and littered, the bins overflowing and unattended and the tables sticky and unclean. The food quality too has declined with the chilly edamame being excessively salty, the chicken gyoza was insipid and the rice in the shus shi chicken was cold. We sent back the chicken dish asking for fresh, hot rice. The only saving grace was the grilled duck. Quite disappointing.

It's the worst ramen in my life. The ramen was overcooked and the soup base was tasted like ramen water even I chose "rich" for the soup base.

This is my second time at the Wagamama in Terminal 5. Victor was my server for both visits and he is the best. Very knowledgeable of the menu, great recommendations, and lovely sense of humor.

The food was great, and they were very supportive of limited diets. A manager brings a detailed allergen chart and explains all potential problems, confirming choices before accepting the order. But it could have been nice if they were more clear that asking for water comes with a 5.50 charge.

I had a great experience at Wagamama. I did not wait long for a table or my food. The staff was very kind and helpful. There were multiple clearly marked vegan options to choose from on the menu. The serving size for the sweet potato curry was very generous and it was very flavorful. The mushroom bao buns were excellent.

During a layover on my travels, I stumbled upon this restaurant and decided to try their ramen. I must say, it was truly excellent—rich broth, perfectly cooked noodles, and flavorful toppings. It was exactly what I needed during my journey. To complement the meal, I also enjoyed a delicious cocktail that was expertly crafted. The combination of great food and drink made my layover unexpectedly pleasant. Moreover, the service was outstanding. The staff was attentive, friendly, and ensured that I had a comfortable dining experience despite being on a tight schedule. There were a lot of people and there were many photos of delicious-looking food, so I ordered 16 pounds (3,200 yen) of Yakisoba for lunch. It was yakisoba without yakisoba sauce, so it had no taste. The noodles are soft and the vegetables are raw.

Quick service, food came quickly and was tasty! Food was ~15 mins after ordering which was quick! I got the pulled shitake teppanyaki which was lovely~ Probably not authentic but tasty!

Bought 2 hot drinks at Pret a Manger and the staff refused to fill my water bottle. Bought nothing at Wagamama and the staff willingly filled my water bottle. Thank you!

Really great having a spot like this in the airport. Had a takeaway. Service was surprisingly quick. Really enjoyed the Korean bbq beef buns but I thought the chicken in the donburi teriyaki was a bit dry because the rice had already soaked up all the sauce. Next time, I’ll ask if there’s a way to have the sauce on the side.

Heathrow has a lot food options but if you want something different than pub and casual dining. Then Wagamama is maybe for you. It is Asian fusion and the decor is comfortable and modern. Prices are a little more but I guess you are paying for the creativity. I haven't try everything on the menu, I need to write an update once I do. I walked by and they have a sign with a picture of their version of Asian fusion English breakfast. Looks good to me. Never had tea egg and sausage for breakfast before. Tea egg is well marinated, sausage is flavorful and not too greasy. Sweet potato is crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside. It was a good meal, the combination work very well. While enjoying your meal, you can people watch looking down at terminal 5 lounge. After you are done, you pay on your phone.

So happy to see Wagamama at Heathrow T5! As someone who enjoys spicy food, I especially liked their firecracker chicken preparation. Does tend to get a bit loud but that’s okay. If travelling with a baby, recommend ear defenders. They also offer high chairs and have space for buggies. Very good staff, quick service and plenty of space to sit. No complains

Spacious restaurant plenty of seating and quick service. The full English breakfast was good also the hash brown was quite thin and dry. Teppanyaki was delicious and the right size. Japanese omelette was good but rather small portion.

We ordered ramen, it was super good and authentic!

I decided to have breakfast with Waga before a work trip. Unfortunately, this visit was not the best experience that I've had on my travels because the standard of food was low and the service left a lot to be desired. I ordered the avocado on toast with salmon but the avocado was incredibly cold, as if it had just come out of the chiller and the salmon was also the same temperature. The toast and egg were warm at best. Also, £6.50 for a fresh orange juice is steep, even at Heathrow mark ups. Then, a staff member who I believe was called Victor made quite a scene when a woman opposite me asked to move tables, so that she could make a phone call. The music was quite loud. Victor immediately said that she couldn't, he would have to tell the chef and he made other excuses. I felt the need to interject and say that the woman could just keep an eye out for her food. I was surprised by this staff member's actions, as it really should not have been an issue and as someone who has worked in restaurants, I felt it was dealt with poorly.

Run away. Shirodashi pork belly ramen: The soup is like a fast food bun, the noodles are tasteless, and the meat is like white rice. Pure Asian food that fools the British. The meat of yakitori is not roasted bird meat at all, it is very soft and tastes like synthetic meat. The seasoning is not Japanese seasoning, it is sour and salty.

Lively crowd ofcourse within the t5. Menu is curated really well, had more dishes than what I’ve had in Dublin, Ireland. I had 2 different stops from T5 and without a doubt went with Wagamama. 1pound kimchi was amazing, you could not get enough, the tiny cup has a very small portion, had to order twice. Gochuchang chicken bowl and grilled chicken ramen (subtle broth, menu stated it was a rich broth) tasted just as it should.

Food was delicious. Certainly better than the garbage due to be served on a BA flight. Staff were friendly and helpful. Not overly busy. Reasonably priced. Will definitely come back when next in Terminal 5. Thanks I came back a year or so later and had a breakfast bao. It was delicious. Staff really cheerful at 7:00 am.

Our flight was delayed but we are going to catch a flight in a very good mood after this lunch !

Overall decent interior and environment, terrible Chicken Curry Rice compare to the price, rice taste like plastic despite good looking plate, Katsu Chicken is also terribly done with inside overly cooked and taste like, again, chewing plastic. Overall good plating, but you should lower the expectations for food itself.

Mr CARLO AMAZING, IMPECCABLE, BEST SERVICE EVER!! I had dinner in Wagamama on Terminal 5 on the 11th of March on table 421. I know this chain of restaurants but in this one Mr Carlo makes the difference!

Had great lunch, very busy as one can expect, but found great service with a delightful waiter who helped me with my choices and made it a most pleasant experience. Thankyou Mr Carlo.

I was very well attended and Carlos is an amazing worker. I strongly suggest to go there and experience it.

Not your average airport restaurant or airport food. Better, much better. I enjoyed their full English breakfast. Tasty and fresh. The coffee was also very good. They do health options as well.

I’ve been to Wagamama a few times while I’m the UK, but this has got to have been the best experience I’ve had. Honestly, some of the best service I’ve had while abroad here in the UK. Our food was ready in minutes, and our server, Carlo, was incredibly charming. He was super helpful, answering all of our questions, and definitely made my friends and I laugh. I left for my flight in a better mood than I’d come with. 5 stars!

I have coeliac disease and so must eat a gluten free diet. I was served by someone who knew exactly what they were talking about, shown the gluten free menu, the allergy menu and told that my breakfast would be made by the manager in a separate area, with the usual disclaimer that they'll do their best but can't guarantee there will be no cross contamination as there is gluten in the kitchen. If only everywhere was like this, thank you Wagamama

Excellent ramen directly available at terminal 5. We are served quickly and the prices remain very affordable for an airport of this internationalism. A little bit of madness: it is possible to pay directly at the table via a QR Code, which makes the experience futuristic and immersive

Really good for a dinner at the airport. Very friendly and helpful staff, food was good. The chairs aren’t too comfortable for sitting a long time though
