The service was quick and presentable. The host was helpful, polite, very approachable and catered for all kinds of people with intolerances and allergies. The food are big portions and very tasty!

Just had the most delightful experience here for my Granddaughters 13th birthday with delicious desserts 🍨 We ordered 2 combo dishes milkshakes coffee hot chocolate cheesecake & ice cream 🍦 everything looked exactly what the picture showed & everything was just a pure pleasure to eat , it was more than we expected & even took a box of food home with us 😋 Will definitely return again x

We did a little celebration for my little girl, they were so nice to help us with candles and staff was extra kind. Loved it and would definitely go again.

We drove all the way out here after seeing online and it did not disappoint. The staff could not have been nicer to us, especially my children. The service was really quick and the food delicious. Plenty of choice of sweet treats and reasonably priced.

I ordered some deserts to my home pretty late on a Saturday night, despite this the deserts were delivered very promptly and by the workers of the shop who were incredibly friendly handing them over. I was pleasantly impressed by the size of their trio box and thoroughly enjoyed all of its components. The folded crepes were particularly fantastic and I will definitely be getting more in the future! Their ice cream was also absolutely fantastic and well priced. Would recommend this to anyone with a sweet tooth and desire for delicious flavors!

As i wasn't happy as they never put ferror roaches, i ordred 3 tubs only one ferror roaches came out not happy, i always order 3 tubs and i know 3 ferror roaches they always have

My son Orderd dessert over an hour ago,didn't turn up even though we stay about 5 mins away,were told on the phone it had been delivered it wasnt,told to contact uber eats for a refund,absolutely disgusting service £25 for something that didn't turn up,if I could give 0 for service I would,shocking

First time trying this place and desserts were amazing. The service however let it down. The girl serving just didn't have a clue. Brought out ice cream 1 scoop tubs for children with no spoons. No cream on milkshakes etc. Could have easily been 5 star if staff were competent

This is the first time I have been here and I will definitely be back. The place is stunning and the staff are very friendly. I had cookie dough and cappuccino which was perfect and my wife got a kinder bueno crepe which she also said was lovely.

cashier told me to wait for a minute for my change as i didn't have a pound coin and they didnt have any there. i waited 10 mins and never got my change as she forgot ended up getting it when i asked and she gave me the wrong amount was meant to be £3.75 instead gave me £3.25 and almost charged me an extra £5 thats i wanted something else and too take it off my change very slow service and very forgetful. 😡😡 and waited so long yet workers did apologise

Way too pricey for food thats basically meh.Trying somewhere new and the only good thing is the milkshake moon walk.Brownie is bland,Fererro cheese cake wasn't good either.Ordered and the driver was terrable had no idea where to go.Then by the time he found us after we had to go out meet him which defeats the point off delivery to your door.He didnt even look handed the wrong order to my partner.Who had notciced and he went back.driver constantly saying thank you on the phone after calling.Understandable if helping if driver is lost but also said thank you up teen times when handing the bag. Which as I said was wrong my partner went back then said wrong order as he handed him right after taking back the other upteen thank you and Im sure a god bless you.Honestly thanking my partner the other two times for doing the job for him is a joke.Should be fired his terrable serveses caused us stressed.

I had an incredibly disappointing experience with Little Dessert Shop through Deliveroo. I placed an order, waited over 30 minutes past the scheduled delivery time, but received no delivery. I attempted to contact the restaurant directly, but they were closed and unreachable. To make matters worse, the status of my order was later updated to "delivered," even though I hadn't received anything. When I reached out to Deliveroo's live chat for assistance, they claimed the restaurant had attempted delivery but received no response from me. However, I didn't receive any notification of this supposed attempt, either through my house buzzer or via a phone call. My contact information is accurate, so there should have been no issue. Despite the fact that the delivery was not completed and there was no effective communication from the restaurant, they are refusing to refund my order. My previous experiences with Little Dessert Shop had been positive, but this incident left a bad taste in my mouth. I hope this issue can be resolved quickly, but as of now, I'm incredibly dissatisfied.

I visited Little Dessert Shop on Duke Street in Glasgow yesterday, and I must say I was pleasantly surprised! The store has a modern and inviting atmosphere, and the staff, especially Pradeep and Hamilton, were very friendly and attentive. I was referred to this place by my friend Aleksandra, and I'm so glad I listened to her recommendation. The menu offers a wide variety of sweet treats, including artisanal waffles, crepes, and gelato, all of which were absolutely delicious. Overall, I had a wonderful experience at Little Dessert Shop and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a sweet indulgence in Glasgow. I can't wait to come back and try more of their delectable desserts!

Said on its way and didn’t show up for 45 minutes phoned the shop and guy kept saying it was 5 minutes 20 minutes go by i phone again when said on its way it’s only 7 min drive the time we get it stuff the milkshakes was melted and the waffles etc was cold

Came for a takeaway dessert and was disappointed by the lack of options and the price. None of the desserts tasted what they should have and the "gelato" tasted like it had just been frozen for about a year. Sadly disappointed.

I ordered my special delivery of cheesecakes and the dellivery time was scheduled for 5:00 p.m, and the cheesecakes were delivered at 12:00 a.m. , midnight, so seven (7) hours late. The recipients were waiting for seven hours but had finally gone to bed and were sleeping when the delivery occurred. We were texting and phoning them to wake up to finally receive the food. Now, why the restaurant waited till midnight instead of 5:00 p.m. to deliver cheesecake is crazy. I live in Canada so I could not just go to the restaurant and pick the order up to deliver it myself and I couldn't phone because the call would have cost more then the whole order! We, here in Canada, spent the day and evening just waiting to hear anything about a confirmed delivery time. But when it was 9:00 p.m. Scotland time we all assumed it would not happen until the next day and we were all very disappointed, especially the couple who didn't know what was coming so the surprise gradually dwindled until they went to bed. What a very rough experience indeed!

Popped in as fancied something sweet after dinner. Very nicely done out, and friendly girl welcoming us in when we arrived. Decided to go for a waffle with chocolate, strawberries, crispy bits and ferrero rocher to takeaway. A lovely touch was that they put the ice cream in a separate tub. Walked about 15 mins to get home and the waffle was still warm and ice cream not melted thanks to the extra care and attention of using good quality packaging. Waffle was light and delicious with generous and very tasty toppings. Highly recommend and will certainly return.
