Really nice selection of ice creams. Afy who served us was really friendly and let us try a few different ice creams. The waffle was also delicious. Really lovely experience!

Ordered from Little Dessert Shop recently and tried the waffle, cookie dough, and a Victoria sponge cake. While the waffle and cookie dough were okay, the Victoria sponge was honestly the worst cake I’ve had in years. It was frozen not just cold, but actually had ice on it. Tasted bland and clearly not fresh at all. Definitely not what you'd expect from a dessert place. Wouldn’t recommend based on this experience.

The desserts are amazing worth every penny however, the girls that work there clearly have attitude problems that ruins the mood/ makes you want to spend your money else where. there’s no fault with the desserts just the lack of customer service with them girls

Service was terrible. Went in last night not 1 person in the shop. The lady told us it was cash only to which we said that’s fine we will go get cash, and did she know the closest cash point. She said “don’t know but there’s another desert shop around the corner you can go to” but I specifically wanted the Kunafa and asked if the other shop did that to which she replied and said “don’t know” we left the shop to find a cash point (right across the road). We went back into the shop with our cash to be greeted by a different lady who said “oh it’s cash only” we said it’s fine we have got cash out. Placed our order (the strawberry Kunafa) and the lady that took our order said to the other girl to make the Kunafa. They then sniggered at each other, huffed, and rolled her eyes. We waited for our deserts and left. We felt there was no service, they didn’t want our custom in the first place when they told us to go round the corner to another place and just overall bad attitude. However the deserts were fantastic just a shame about the service. Chorlton isn’t my local store but was recommended by a friend to go for mine and my partners anniversary. After having a lovely night celebrating it put a dampener into the end of the evening.

Below average desserts!!!! Milk cake still frozen inside when served and waffles were missing toppings. Staff was like can't be bothered 😕

We had the most delicious kunafa brownie dessert here. The restaurant is so warm and clean. The service was prompt and very friendly. Special shout out to Medina who helped me choose from the delicious and vast menu. She encouraged me to be brave and I’m feeling pretty smug that I listened. Don’t hesitate to go, you won’t be disappointed 😋

Special shoutout to Sid for providing exceptional service. He was friendly, attentive, and made sure we had a great experience. Can't wait to go back and try more of their delicious treats! You forgot my ice-cream!! U gave me pancakes, but I am allergic, so I had to give it to the pigeons.

I am sending this highly disappointed by the way your employees have treated me at your store today. Today being Tuesday 18 February at 5-6pm and I am telling you so that you know exactly who I am talking about. First, I ordered and they made me wait 30 minutes which is understandable since they had many orders coming in, but later they left out one of the desserts from my order. Then when I called them they answered and when I told them they left out my order they put me on hold and then cut off my call, when I called again they pretended like they didn’t recognise me and then started saying hello as if they couldn’t hear me. After that I heard a couple of them giggling and the other saying hello over the phone acting as if she couldn’t hear me (clearly mocking me and ignoring my request). Clearly disappointed I went back to the store and asked for my order back and whilst I was mid sentence talking to your employee they walked off and started to look busy. Which was hilarious to me because when I walked in they looked pretty free to chat with me, as they were doing with each other. I found this highly rude and when I asked for the manager one of your female employees said I am the manager, which I highly doubt since she was extremely rude and disrespectful. The only way I can best describe them is 2 of them were hijabi sisters one was a black woman. I am a hijabi myself and have been so disappointed by their lack of customer service. Honestly, I would reconsider before hiring next time because these people might be the reason your business might not be so popular. Very rude women!

Had been here for some light deserting post dinner and wasn't a light at the end I must say. They got some new kunafa dessert onn. Pistachio kunafa crep a must try and the loaded kunafa Strawberry. Good staff and plenty full of varietys to choose from.

Takes forever for the food to arrive. Utensils not provided and when asked, it is not given. They used the wrong food colouring for a green pistachio cake, why is it blue?! Not sure why the place has chains in the centre. Needs help asap. I had the apple crumble and it’s partly cold. It was served in a cocktail glass, that’s crazy

New owners are great and a clean and welcoming atmosphere. The food is top drawer and they cater to specific orders.

Very nice atmosphere and a great selection of delicious treats. Only con was that one employee was watching TikToks on his phone very loud.

Ordered crepes from here which were the texture of a lasagne sheet, honestly very bad. However, I’ve had the cheesecake from here and it was nice. I guess it’s hit and miss.

Ordered food via Deliveroo.. food arrived freezing cold and burnt. Cookie doughs had to go straight in the bin very disappointing. No straw with the milkshakes so had to drink out of cups.. overall very poor

I haven’t had a dessert in ages so I decided to order through uber eats app. I usually go for the Oreo explosion or Strawberry & Banana. DONT BOTHER ORDERING UBER VIA UBER EATS, OR GOING INTO THE STORE. Been to a fair few dessert places and i think this cannot possibly rate more than a 3. Given it a 2 because its late and I'm tired and had to wait ages! Service is very substandard, miserable asian girl, a helpful guy. The choc fudge cake is exactly the same as what i ordered at Creams on Wilmslow road, mcr. Just meh Update- ordered uber eats. Worst and biggest mistake ! Ordered cookie dough, pistachio milk cake. All rubbish. The pistachio milk cake is the worst I have ever had. Cheap and ugly tasting

The Dessert shows immense promise - it's like Kids In The Hall but with waaaay fewer rules. They're really pushing the boundaries of good taste all over the place (which I love), Friendly and good staff i like this dessert shop great ambiance.
