Lin’s Chinese & Oriental Takeaway in Rotherham

This was my favourite Chinese and it’s been closed for about a year now but I’ve always wondered if they carried on and went somewhere else does anyone know?

Had a decent chow mien from here. Nothing to shout about, just a middle of the road take away. I would probably use them again.

Tenía unos tome siempre desde aquí y nunca me han decepcionado. Tienen un buen menú a elegir y los alimentos es muy buena. El servicio es bueno, pero a veces la entrega puede ser un largo tiempo.

Llamado aquí la noche pasada en mi descanso para comer en el trabajo. Miel pollo chili ordenados pero el hombre no entiendo entonces dijo que no venden. Después pedí salados y de nuevo pollo chili no venden. Me tuve que conformar un pollo chow mein y para ser honestos, estaba fatal. Peor Chino que he probado.

Decidimos probar algún sitio nuevo y vimos este publicado en Google, así que decidí intentarlo. Había pasado varias veces, así que sabíamos la ubicación. Hay estacionamiento adecuado en el aparcamiento adyacente, pero no parecía estar lleno. La comida estaba muy caliente y muy sabroso, y cocinado a la perfección, que dada la espera que les esperaba que fuera, pero la espera fue más larga que cualquier otra comida china que he probado. Como pocos en la zona que también vende bebidas alcohólicas. Vale la pena ir si estás en la zona

I placed a order and the food was delivered within 30 minutes and arrived very hot. The menu selection is very good and they do various special offers which is excellent in comparison to other takeaways. The quality of food is delicious and without doubt I will be ordering again.

After years of sticking to the same place we thought we would try this! It's really nice, it's red hot when it comes but only downside is you only get free prawn crackers no matter what you spend!when we have had previous places you get spring rolls after a certain amount spent or spare ribs! But would still recommend you try it x

This takeaway has been situated here for many,many years and used to provide a good quality Chinese meal served by friendly staff. I have not been for a few years however gave it a go and was disappointed that standards appear to have fallen. The interior was cold and clearly needs some paint to brighten things up, whilst the girl behind the counter, whilst reasonable at her job, appeared bored and did little to set any atmosphere in the place. The main test however is always the food, and this left us with a poor experience. We had the House special friend rice, which when bought from here previously was succulent and full of different meats including plenty of prawns - not on this occasion however, with prawns being hard to find and the meat proving dry and unappetising. I do not know if the other food provided by Lin's is of this 'quality', but I will not be re-visiting to find out and will take my custom elsewhere.
