Great place to stop for a coffee or another drink with great selection of cakes to meet everybody's tastes (I've loved all i've tried). Lovely owner .

The food here is UNREAL and so reasonably priced too!! So good to have a nice place to quickly nip too and grab some food in Kirkby (finally).

An amazing find... Fantastic coffee and cakes, to-go. Stopping at Lindsay's for premium coffee and homemade cakes, what's not to love. There is a seasonal savory menu too. This little gem is on the way to some of the best kept locations in the Lake District.

Really like the new location at Grizebeck filling station - very convenient! Excellent freshly ground Farrer’s coffee. The cakes looked wonderful … !! Soup was excellent - chunky hot & filling. So many options to choose from - amazing what you can fit into a horse trailer. Shall look forward to the next visit.

Well, another damp day, and another visit here lifted the mood. The best cheese and ham toastie outside France, (so close to a Croque Monsieur I couldn't tell the difference) excellent coffee, and baking so good it's like being back home with my Mam. Worth the effort to find the turning, but for safety I'd recommend coming from Broughton side and making a left rather than turn across the flow of traffic coming down the Wreaks Causeway. Will be back again soon!

Called in late morning to pick up some cakes to enjoy at home. Also ordered a strawberry lemonade to enjoy in the car. Cakes were all fresh and delicious and well priced. Lemonade was freshly prepared and lovely and zesty. Whilst waiting to order we noted a good selection of hot drinks available and toasties being prepared also looked very good. There is parking, a toilet, benches to sit at and also a footpath into the woods if you want to stretch your legs afterwards. We’ll definitely call in again!

Lifted the misery of a damp day with a visit for coffee and cakes. Outstanding in both departments with a good selection of delicious baked goods. Brownies, Financiers and others went down a treat. Will be back again soon.

Myself and my niece stopped here after a shopping trip from Barrow. My niece had a smoothie made up and I had a hot chocolate, which both where delicious. We also had a lemon drizzle cake. I have never tasted anything as good in my whole life, it was amazing. I would definitely recommend this little gem of a trailer to anyone, and I have. I’m not a coffee drinker, but the choice of coffees are fantastic.

I am astounded by the superb quality coffee and cake and I am not so easily impressed! Don’t be fooled into thinking this is just another coffee trailer. The service and quality is much more than I have experienced in many well known coffee establishments. My drinks have been customised, are always amazing and made with top quality ingredients. I literally cannot drive past without stopping!! 🙈😂🥰

So much more than just a coffee trailer. The food, cakes and coffees available are of such a high quality and so tasty I now go out of my way to stop off here for a little treat. The standard ham and cheese toastie for instance is made using really tasty chunky bread, it oozes with cheese and the ham is roasted at home by the lovely lady that runs the trailer. The Coffee is genuinely very good coffee, and made at just the right temperature so the beans aren't burnt (I am a bit of a coffee snob and rarely drink it out) There is a great selection of fresh cakes too (if you have room still!) I can personally recommend the Victoria sponge and the chocolate and orange brownies!!!

We came here and enjoyed food here. However, we did not realise until after ordering food (BLT) that this place was vegan. Otherwise we might have made different food choices. Portions were large.

Absolute a must do. It's probably the oldest pub I have lever been into. Feel more like a house than a pub, so authentic. Recommend the "Henry" mint lamb shoulder!

I would rather never drink coffee again than have to be served by the owner of this place. I have never been spoken to so rudely by someone in customer service in my life. I suffer from 2 very serious diseases and kindly asked where she gets her milk from, because I don't want to have the Arla milk who give their cows Bovaer. Which may or may not do anything at all (I understand this), but I am trying my hardest to only put into my body what I am comfortable putting into it. Anyway when I asked this question I was abruptly told " what you mean the additive that disappears before it even gets to the milk, and an eye roll. Then she slammed down the milk she uses and walks away. Turns out she uses Morphets milk which is is a local organic farm, so that would have been absolutely perfect! I understand that it is a personal choice of mine about the milk and all my other dietary requirements that I live my life by, but when I am fighting two cancers I do not expect to be treated like a piece of dirt for a simple question. Horrendous customer service skills and glad I handed no money over to her.
