LiLo Charcoal in Blackpool

Don't order. Was charged twice for one order. So my son paid £60 . Tried to contact them , no reply. Asked for a free takeaway instead of refund and no reply. Disgusting customer service.

What they tell you on the phone is totally different to what's on their menu they don't understand their own menu or can understand how to send food out

Food was cold and rude behaviour staff meet me very rudely and food quality wasn’t fresh i will never recommend to go there again

Was looking forward to trying this place love charcoal food but this is what's got for £10.00 couple of cubes of lamb in bread and a "free" very watery soup. The guys shout to each other across the shop so it is it even a relaxing place to be Then when l went to pay he tried to charge me more than was on the menu Won't be returning or reccomending

So disappointed in lilos service tonight. We order alot from them, they're our go to when we want a takeaway treat. After phoning them to ask a question about our order we were bombarded with abuse and basically called stupid over the phone. When I said oh I understand I still got abuse. Then we sat to eat. We've always loved their food but tonight was inedible. The naan was even left by our dogs. The best part unfortunately was the can of Pepsi.

Gave this place a try on the off chance and the food was lovely. We ordered a chicken shawarma kebab, pepperoni pizza & chips and both were hot and fresh. All food was wrapped to take away too. Nice food overall

Had food from here 2 nights and it was lovely both times first time we has a doner wrap and chips which was on a naan bread very tasty, second night we tried a meat feast pizza and garlic bread with cheese and chips which again was lovely asked for some mayo and chilli sauce which was not charged full price for very quick and efficient service can't wait to go back for something else.

This is the worst kebab I’ve ever eaten in my life. The chicken is so chewy and fatty, I couldn’t even eat any of it. The bread tastes weird. The “garlic” Mayo was not garlic Mayo at all. It was like someone just poured milk all over my kebab. It was so runny and tasteless, it had no garlic flavour to it, didn’t even taste like mayonnaise. Really, really disappointing. I’m not a fussy eater at all, but this was just disgusting. I gave this place a 1 star because, unfortunately, I can’t give it a zero. I thought I’d give this place a go, but I wish I hadn’t. There are so many other take aways in Blackpool, don’t choose this one.

We went In to sit as a family it was very cold we had children so we shut the doors and the guy moaned and said open the doors he was very cheeky asked for our money back he said no won't be back

Really good takeaway. One of the best places to eat economically in Blackpool. Various of pizza choices and delicious kebabs.

Placed an online order via my justeat account on my wife's phone. Accepted the order and then 40 minutes later cancelled it. Tried to speak to a manager, wow is all I'll say. Ordered from these many times before but my phone broke, so used the wifes phone, Not rocket science to look at an address is it! I even gave the wife's phone number.

I order from here regularly at least twice a month. Food always perfect. Always meal deals available.

We ordered food from this takeaway and definitely never again! The pizza was disgusting with cheapest form of “ham”! Never will recommend to anyone!

I ordered my meal to be delivered at 7pm and it arrived at 5pm I refused the order and asked for it to be delivered at the time requested, it was then delivered half hour late after me ringing up to find out what was going on. We love the food from there but this is 3Rd time it has happened

Having ordered here for a couple of years for me and my kids, this is the first time I was unhappy with the meal. Unfortunately non of us enjoyed it and felt it wasn't up to the usual standard. Not quite sure what has changed but hope if we try again it will be back to the previous standard.

Thoroughly delicious, hot and hearty. We had ordered chicken shawarma with salad, each kebab was plentiful - I had so much chicken in my regular that I have enough for breakfast. Very impressive food and my son said it was the best kebab he'd had in a very long time.

Lots of meat on the special kebab plenty of chips just a little longer on cooking and be perfect for me popcorn chicken was good I was stated a time got a text to say it was on way half hour before the time said so overall a grate service

Food was late and freezing cold. Couldn't warm pizza up as it's too big for oven so that was a waste. Won't use again.

I put my order in at 8.05pm and my confirmation came through to say the food would be delivered at 9.05pm, which seems longer than normal but it was s Friday night. Food arrived just after 9.35pm, no apology from the driver. When I rang to find out where the food was I was simply told ‘on its way love’. Wouldn’t order from here again because of the poor service.

Food was excellent and plenty of chicken. Samosas very nice. Only complaint I have is that I thought all Kebabs came with Naan bread but I didn't get one. I would order from them again.

delivery driver was friendly and polite and patiently waited whilst I found some more change, it arrived 20 minutes early (bonus). Food was moderately alright but nothing special, the spring rolls could use a bit of work, but overall great service and good staff.

ordered at 19.46 arrived at 21.30. Food warm not hot but tasty.

The pizza I ordered was nice but just a bit Doughy for my liking, delivery time I was originally shocked to see between 60-70 minutes but it turned up 5 minutes early after it had gave a updated time but I think that might be because of ordering it through the Just Eat app which was easy to do but next time I’ll just phone up as that way I’ve spoken the organ grinder and not the monkey as that old saying goes so that way if there’s a ptoblem I can go straight back to the company. Also won’t have to pay for the Just Eat app service fee which I never realised till after I had submitted the order!!! So I won’t be submitting a order via the app again as that was the 1st and last time!

the burger I ordered was horrible the bun was soggy and there not enough salad and no sauce when I requested it and the burger its self was greesy now I do normally order from here but that meal was horrible my partner enjoyed his pizza

Delivery was fast, but both kebabs looked undercooked and didn't taste good, the salad was poor variety, no tomato or cucumber, and the chili sauce tasted awful. We hardly ate the food.

Delivery was a little bit late, one salad was missing but I can say food had a really good quality and was very tasty. Great portions, we couldn't finish it. I will order again in the future.

Meal deal 1 - bargain for a large family.

What a complete disgrace this order was. I asked for mayo and red salt on both chips and only got it on one. I asked for no tomatos on my burger and got them, and I asked to ring when outside and stated my number very clearly twice as I can't hear the door from my flat and no phone call was made, I had to guess when the food was here. Not only did you fail because of all of these reasons, the food was also 45 minutes early which immediately brought concern to me. The chips were stale and dry, and the chicken burger was as solid as a brick, and the burger buns were also stale. Probably one of the worst orders I've received.

will never order from here again. Ordered at 20:15 and delivery time given 21:40!! Then received it at 10:15. no answer when trying to call, no apology. my food looked like dog food in a pita and was freezing cold. DO NOT RECOMMEND. disgusting..

Ordered a pizza from here, was delivered after TWO hours and when I called them they were not even apologetic. At the end the pizza has to go to the bin anyway as it was cold and hard as a rock. KEEP AWAY if you can.

Everything was great. No complaints. The staff even chased us down the road in the rain as they'd forgot to pass us the chips.

Absolute joke this takeaway... Was my favourite to go .. untill they have messed my last 2 previous orders up First time they didn't put my Nana's kebab in.. this time they missed my cheeseburger meal. Bearing in mind we have this as a family takeaway once a week and never normally had problems.. I rang them and was asked " what do you want me to do about it" well I would like you to send my meal. half an hour later still no deliver of the burger meal ... Called back up and my partner asked what was happening to the reply he got was " we are just making it now' half an hour later. everyone had eaten at this point and I told them to now cancel my order. No apology no nothing apart from the giver back for my meal absoulete joke of a place and really would not and will not be ordering from here again!!!!!

No nan breads delivered, couldn't get hold of anyone at Lilo, Just Eat sorted it in the end, Guy turns up with nans I said have you got them! They were 2 flat nans folded up, more like tortillas! He kept saying he put them in the bag! I said well they weren't there! Meat was burnt and tasteless, the whole meal was awful and overpriced at £17. Would never use them again

The people who worked here were cool under pressure which is found during this time of year. Their kebabs were amazing and the portion sizes were more than sufficient.

Fantastic pizzas I was staying at the travelodge and they delivered there, the chicken shawarma kebab is the best I have had yet. You won’t be disappointed, keep up the good work.🤪😋😋

Late again, in a hotel so asked for them to ring like they did monday and wel go straight down yet driver was waiting at reception and said he had no number. Asked in comment for no lettuce and chilli on donner wraps. Lettuce was on and chilli wasnt .most of it went in the bin! Wont be going back
