This is the most perfect place for ice cream & coffee. The coffee is exquisite… nonis the best local coffee roaster. The decor is on point, staff are extremely friendly & the ice cream flavours are sublime! I tried the raspberry, lemon, chocolate hazelnut - all delicious. Looking forward to trying the peanut butter & chocolate & the pistachio. What a brilliant place!!! Massive recommend. Support small business guys. X

Lick is definitely the best gelato bar I’ve been to, the gelato is so delicious it takes ages to decide which flavour to have although ginger is my favourite. The staff are very friendly and will provide details of which flavours are suitable for dietary needs (I’m a coeliac so it’s gluten-free for me). They even have doggie ice cream now for our hounds!! The coffee and hot chocolate are really good too, great for a late night or morning dog walk when it’s not quite so warm And a loyalty reward scheme so you don’t feel quite so guilty!

We popped in on a Saturday afternoon and were pleased to see it was still open at 5.10pm in that it didn’t close until 10pm! The lady behind the counter was very friendly and offered us tastings and told us about the sprinkles and delicious toppings. When I couldn’t decide she offered a half and half scoop, amazing! I had peanut butter/chocolate and tiramisu. My partner had honeycomb. The gelato is so delicious! Even though I was just in Italy, this gelato was just as good! Highly recommended, we will be back. 🍦

Very small premises (approx 8 seats) with a limited menu but food was lovely. I had the cheese and red onion chutney toastie which was lovely once it came, but there was only 1 person serving and dealing with orders, so it took almost 20 minutes!

Popped in to try the new Rhubardb Blondie today. These are made with Rhubarb that the students have grown in the polythene here at the college. This has then been picked by the students and made into the most beautiful cakes. I will definitely be back for more!!

My wife and I came here for a coffee to start our day. We shared some sourdough toast with butter and jam, while I had a cortado and my wife ordered a chai. We headed out into the garden and took a seat in the morning sun. The toast was excellent – butter and jam may be simple, but it’s always a winner. My cortado was very good, and if we’d stayed longer I’d definitely have had another. My wife, who’s something of a chai enthusiast, didn’t enjoy her drink, unfortunately. We spent around 45 minutes playing a card game before heading off, and overall it was a lovely, relaxing way to begin the day.
