I love all the lounges, visited many and love their aesthetic and selection of food, plus, biggest of all, our dog can come with us, so it’s an obvious choice when meeting up with friends. My review comes specifically from visiting my grandma. This site is difficult to access via wheelchair, the seam in the doorway is quite difficult to get over. Plus no one run over to help, as the doors are big and heavy and have no automated way of opening them. They do lots more than most lounges, like quiz nights and groups. Also, not impressed with the arrangement of the furniture, really difficult to get the wheelchair through without pulling the tables with you. Husband said the loos didn’t have toilet roll. Mixed but overall positive.

I went to liberto lounge in Egham, and I was met with 2 friendly and welcoming staff who accompanied my allergies to the best standard, the atmosphere was amazing, the food was delightful, and the service was unmatched. Just wanna thank the 2 amazing managers for an excellent experience would highly recommend. The liberto lounge was truly the best atmosphere and the best experience I have had.

The vibe in this restaurant was wonderful. I happened to walk in on a local area fun bingo evening. It was nice to witness the local community made up of different ages, take part in a game and socialise, which created a warm atmosphere

I had the chicken bacon and avocado burger with sweet potato fries.. unfortunately I could honestly say this was the worse burger I have ever had.. the chicken was like chewing rubber… the chicken was nearly none existent… the chicken breast must have been cut into 3 burgers…I have eaten in here a few times…I will not be ordering food from here again… coffee was fantastic , staff amazing.. food poor

Kait and her team looked after 8 of us as we celebrated my birthday. They went over and above to ensure a great experience was had by us all. Thank you so much, we always have a good time in Libertos, but this was special!!

Lovely service and food of course

If the main reason you're looking up reviews for this restaurant is because you've spotted the words "Nasi Goreng" on the menu, and you now want to see if any Malaysian/Singaporean person has tried it to verify it's authenticity, then you're in luck, because this is that review. Sadly however, the Nasi Goreng does not taste at all like the real deal. It's basically a generic Asian stir fry that you'd find in a fusion/westernised Asian restaurant. But that's not necessarily a bad thing; in fact it's still pretty nice as its own standalone, completely separate dish. Just don't expect actual Nasi Goreng. My other slight complaint was that when I went there at 2.30pm for lunch, which was admittedly on the late side, half of all the mains on the menu were no longer available. The atmosphere was good though. Nice lighting, very clean, friendly staff, and toys for little children.

Average food, nothing special. Good place to meet up with kids as they have toys/books so less messy tidying up at home

I’ve never been to one of The Lounge chains. I met two teacher friends, as it was half-term, here. I really enjoyed the food and I would definitely return. However, you need to accept Blue Light Cards or give Student Discounts. I would ordinarily go to Bar 163, where I love, and who rival you on price and taste imo.

Pet friendly. No parking available. You can park in Tesco carpark, and on Sunday it is free. You can enjoy yourself with friends with games while you enjoy a hot or cold drink.

Popped in for some take away coffee and loved the space and smiling staff. But a big massive hug to Charlie who actually carried my coffees to my car for me as I am not very stable on my feet. Thanks Charlie you Rock.

They have a full vegan menu. We ordered three tapas and a main. They were tasty, especially the cauliflower wings. The garlic bread was quite plain though. The sharing plates could be cleaner.

Very friendly and relaxed atmosphere. I had a gentle time drinking coffee, kind ad friendly service. Then decided to have a snack. I chose the Tuna Melt sandwich from the menu but NOTHING led me to believe the creation I was about to eat would be so good. It was freshly prepared great taste and so satisfying. One very happy customer - THANKS.

We came here as a group of 5 for the first time on Wednesday for quiz night. Good drinks, good food and very friendly staff. The quiz was great fun (and we won!). We'll definitely be back!

Tapas menu is great with a variety of plates. The honey whipped feta is delicious and the maple bbq wings also great. Lovely atmosphere and service okay.

I really loved it but wasn't able to somehow open the door. It's very heavily magnetised. Plenty of games. Spacious. Homely vibe. Lovely staff and good sized kids portions.

This was a great find from Google, the restaurant is huge and the ambience is fantastic, had a quirky, funky and cool style ..also music is low and background and relaxing.. By the way you can play board games in the restaurant...awesome.. The drinks menu and food menu are wide and fantastic choice, even has massive separate vegan and gluten free menu to itself..very impressive. Unfortunately the food let us down, the Mac and cheese was far too salty when arrived which we took home and revamped. The chicken breast we ordered was covered in spices, over powered texture which tasted like Tumeric. One of the portions was really small for the price, which surprised us..a single slice of smashed avocado was hmmm not with worth it. We left the food and when we got the bill, couldn't believe it how expensive everything turned out. I have given 5 star for service and atmosphere as their spot on, but food , need to sort out the pricing strategy as it's very expensive and your portion on size is unacceptable..most important is the taste...Who puts tumeric or heavy loaded spices on a simple chicken breast...

Absolute rubbish today Sunday 17/3/24… fried rice dish with prawns & chicken, no prawns definitely not fried rice with a couple of chilli’s thrown on the top. Joke of a dish for £13.90….chef must be a beginner & staff all out of their depth learning on the job. Egham resident for over 50 years & definatly won’t be going back. Amateur standard at the best 😡😡

Well if you come in at 2145 and they do not tell you the kitchen is closing at 22 for puddings and you come up to order at 2203. The you do get a bit pissed off. When the staff is totally uninterested, well 2 stars it is.

We went for cheeky Monday deals. I cannot have alcohol so asked for a non alcoholic drink same price as wine but was not part of deal. So ended up having soft drink instead which is less than half the price of wine.

got here 415pm straight from dentist. hungry and sore. asked them to clear the filthy table and surrounds. told them it was chimps teaparty. ordered soft foods though Mac cheese on menu was already sold out. food came 15 minutes later to table still filthy...i complained to be told there were only 2 staff..i asked for manager to be told there wasn't one on duty. because i complained they asked me to leave. they ganged up with kitchen staff and customers and said they'd call the police. I told them i was happy to leave once i got my money back. they refused this so i got angry.

Great addition to Egham high street. Weekly pub quizzes are very well done, food is excellent and the atmosphere is great. Only small gripe is it is a little pricey but you do get what you pay for.

Very nice atmosphere but the staff are really what make it. Toby is an absolute legend - so friendly and he does a great job hosting the weekly quiz nights. They also host other little events every now and then which make the place a lovely addition to the community. Such a friendly place with lots of comfy seats to sit and chill out. Really enjoy coming here every week 🙂

Terrible service and food is average. I waited 40 minutes for essentially eggs on toast. Will not visit again. Also very overpriced.

Always a warm welcome and they are super accommodating for our dog Ted who always gets offered a water bowl and a treat. This makes such a difference as it makes us feel welcome as the owners of said dog. Food is always delicious and service is friendly and attentive despite this being a sale-order restaurant.

My partner and I always come to liberto Lounge as the food is always fantastic. Today sadly was different, having waited 15 minutes for the food to come out initially I was disappointed to see that my veggie sausage was burnt. No one came over to do a check back, so we had to call someone over. The lady quickly took the sausage away and offered a replacement. The fresh sausage took another 7 minutes to come out, again, I don’t mind waiting because I realise they have to cook the sausage. The sausage came out raw it was cold, 🤢 😅 Gross 😅

I love the atmosphere, decore, vibe and the Staff is super kind. It is the prettiest place in town and it's a real pity the food just doesn't meet the standards. Unfortunately it is really not good enough. Have been a few times and I can still remember the children's pizza as one of the oiliest food I've ever seen. On another occasion my tea mug and cutlery were dirty, so much that it was the first time in my life I dared to ask for something to be changed. The second time round: still quite dirty... So sorry guys, but I think honest feedback can allow a place to flourish, which you deserve. Just review carefully what happens in the kitchen, please, and I'll be happy to return.

I think there are too many choices on the menu. I have been here about 3 times and have been underwhelmed every time. Last time undercooked poached eggs. This time chicken breast in breadcrumbs with tiny amount of coleslaw and sauce with chips - no side salad with meal would need to order separately - all rather insipid. Maybe keep a breakfast/brunch menu for a set time of day then focus on a lunch and evening menu.

We had booked seating for informal grannies hen night. Barman made my daughter cry with his attitude on arrival. Busy place, not enough staff Food OK, lovely surroundings. Won't rush back

Do not order steak, it was not a good quality meat, my companions said that their meal was cold. Toffee pudding on the other hand was quite nice. Staff was outstanding, did not linger and ask every five minutes if we needed something. I liked the place from a visual standpoint and it is reasonably spacious, HOWEVER the music was so freakishly loud that we struggled to to hear each other.

They are wheelchair friendly and the staff are very helpful. The food is tasty and different from the usual.

The staff are friendly and professional. The place is set out like a 1920s/ 30s industrial but homely, that is in my eyes. The place was very clean and tidy, with a happy atmosphere. On this occasion I did not have anything to eat, but what I saw coming out the kitchen looked good. Also nobody was complaining, and empty plates on all tables. Also the food in my eyes was not over priced. I will probably order a meal on my next visit. All in all well worth a visit, I don't think you will be disappointed.

The colleagues and manager are all very friendly, courteous and attentive. The venue offers something for everyone with a menu suitable for all the family as well as coffee right up until late, drinks and cocktails.

Food is absolutely delicious and a great portion size. Atmosphere is amazing as its so well decorated. Staff are very friendly - only thing is that we aren't a big fan of plates being taken away whilst others are still eating. We find it a little rude but it didn't bother us too much. We come here very often for breakfast lunch and dinner and there's always something for everyone. Definitely recommend.

Food was poor quality and came out too quick

Although the atmosphere was nice and the food was nice. We got upset as we had over £100 of cocktail pitchers and we walked away without even a small buzz. They are definitely not putting in the correct amount of alcohol.
