Dinner and breakfast is amazingly fresh!!! All you can eat every weekend breakfast is fabulous and well worth it.

He visitado el restaurante con mis amigos para desayuno buffet abierto turco. Elecciones eran geniales! ! Todos los ingredientes están recién preparado y servido muy acogedor cosas y limpio! ! El personal está fuertemente fumador! ! Y todos ellos humo fuera donde comer! !

Yurtdışında Türk restoranlarında yemeğe kesinlikle hayır diyen ben ,buraya gidip bir de mekan sahibi Cengiz abi ile tanıştıktan sonra sonunda yapabildik dedim. Bir Türk olarak gurur duydum. Abi diyorum , çünkü o kadar içten ve ilgili ki samimiyet kendiliğinden doğuyor. Önce on kişilik bir grupla gittim , hiçkimse tek bir şikayette bile bulunmadı. Sonra yine aynı grupla kahvaltıya gittik yine muazzamdı. Ve tabii son olarak da daha sakin bir grupla gittim akşam yemeğine . İlgi ,alaka ,servis, yemek sunumu, müzik, dekorasyon ki en çok etkilendiğimdi- herşey ama herşey tek kelime ile mükemmeldi. Olur da Londra'da Türk yemeğini , sıcaklığını, müziğini özlerseniz en çok da samimiyeti, korkmadan gideceğiniz tek yer olmalı. Abartı ya da reklam değil , deneyimleyin görün :) Hee bu arada Cengiz abi ile tanışmayı da unutmayın ;) ( Asuman )

Nos alojamos en Dalston Junction por tres días y probamos unos de los restaurantes locales en ese tiempo. Le Ziz era nuestro favorito, sirve deliciosa comida turca recién preparados. El servicio es atento y los platos bien presentados. Y sus precios son muy razonables. Nos encantaría volver.

Reservamos una mesa para 11 personas a través de OpenTable, llegamos antes de nuestra reserva, pero no hubo ningún problema! El servicio era amable y la comida era de muy buen nivel. El servicio era un poco lento, pero la calidad de la comida significa que ninguno de los clientes ahorradores. Sin duda aquí de nuevo y lo recomiendo!

Bienvenido al entrar había convenido el restaurante. . cómodo, no muy concurrido, servicio lento, la comida era muy básica de sosa para mi gusto y no estoy convencido de que es totalmente fresca, se negó a tener la venta y cualquier tipo de salsas. Hay mejor Baño Turco Restaurante mediterráneo en la calle alto, pero pensamos que debería dar una oportunidad a este gran error por mi parte he ido a lo que sé. Sin embargo si tienen autenticidad en la comida, este sería un buen lugar para ir.

La última noche tuvimos nuestra fiesta de verano en le ziz, un montón de profesor loco (40) La pasamos genial! ! La comida era deliciosa cada persona era tan feliz y limpiado sus platos. El servicio también era excepcional, el personal era siempre atendiendo a nuestras peticiones e incluso unirse a la diversión! ! En general tan satisfecho definitivamente volveremos! ! ! ! ¡Me encantó! !

A very good selection of Turkish dishes available, hot and cold, savoury and sweet.... Everyone will find something to their taste. It is an unlimited, eat all you can, style buffet, so no chance that you'll leave hungry. Staff are very nice too.

I can't fault this place as they are offering the best value for buffet brunch in London. Furthermore as we love turkish food, it makes this restaurant twice special.You can have fresh baked pastries and bread, as well as succulent salads, cooked eggs in tomato sauce, turkish pide pizza and lot more...Orange jus and turkish tea is available within the buffet.Staff really attentive, replenishing every single dish when almost empty.I recommend this place without a doubt for people looking for a nice weekend brunch.Thank you Leziz.

This place is one of the worst I have ever eaten in.... should have read the previous reviews as the service was really bad, 40mins for a drink and the wine was warm and then 1hr for starters which came in phases. The main course will dreadful with cold food which was sent back and then only 5 out of the 6 courses arriving. Way over priced and we refused to pay in full as it was so poor. Needs a full overhaul on every level.

It's not a good start when you comment that the bread is stale and the waitress merely says that they don't get a delivery that day. Ok, thanks. The halloumi skewers were rubbery - as if they'd been cooked already. The kisir had no flavour at all. Probably made the day before too. Even the falafel was lacking any sort of flavour. And the easy pasta for the kids was over boiled with vegetables so watery they could have been from the 70's. Truly a dreadful experience. And when I passed the feedback on? Nothing. No acknowledgment, no money off. Nowt.

I ordered a chicken & yogurt meal with rice that was tasty and intriguing, something I've not quite tried before. Definitely would come back. The cheesecake was also tasty. The service was interesting with the language barrier, wasn't a big deal.

I have been half a dozen times to Leziz. Why? It is spacious and inexpensive and the food is spot on. It has the trappings of a modern restaurant with all the welcoming touches of a Turkish family business - nice tiles, quirky art, clean loos and an interesting menu. If you sit by the window you get to watch the coming and goings of the busy square. Or you can sit outside. The ambiance is relaxed. I like it a lot. I regularly have the lamb shank - eating it provokes me to write all the usual cliché stuff: beautifully cooked; falls off the bone; stunning flavours. The sea bass is another favourite. The side salads are tasty. And the fresh mint tea is a perfect way to finish.The staff are friendly and reasonably attentive; they seem to do better when they are busy - the number of diners keeps their attention, somehow. When diners are few in number the staff descend into giddiness - daft dancing, lip synching and shouting for each others' attention across the restaurant ensue. Tiresome. A main course, a salad and a drink comes to about £18. Good value, would be even better if the impromptu cabaret was ditched.

Lovely Sunday buffet breakfast. Choices of both hot and cold foods including rolls, breads, cheeses, olives, jams, fresh fruit and fresh juices. Not forgetting my favourite drink- turkish tea with refills. :) Will be returning on a Sunday soon!

I've been here a few times and it has been decent. However we were there for about an hour and a half before any mains arrived. The starter came with stale bread and our drinks arrived about half an hour after ordering, only after prompting...It's a pity for a place with good potential, but this visit has been truly awful.

Several menus available here, Buffet, Set and A la Carte gives the diner plenty of options. Traditional Turkish fare at reasonable prices, which tastes good and is served by friendly staff

Bu restoran çok açık net Türkiye'ye gitmeden Türk yemeği yenilecek tek yer Londra'da. Bu kalibrede muadil bir Türk restoranı yok. 'O çorbayı asıl şurada içeceksin' cümlesindeki restoran burası. Daha önce keşfetmediğime mi yanayım, yoksa bulduğuma mı sevineyim bilemedim. Uzun lafın kısası şiddetle tavsiye edilir.

My family and I went for breakfast on the Sunday 1st May 2017. The breakfast is buffet style eat as much as you like. There is a wide range of Turkish dishes, a variety of bread as well as fresh fruit. Wash down with As much Turkish tea you can drink. Wonderful friendly atmosphere that give a flavour of this wonderful country. We loved it!Breakfast is served Saturday and Sundays. Sundays is the most popular day. £11.90 per person

Attentive good service, lovely venue lots of space, lovely fresh middle eastern seasonal food, great selection of food cooked well and well presented. Entertainment starts in the early.evening. Very good value for money.

Very good food, vegan and vegetarian options, meat eaters were happy, nice atmosphere, tables outside on the square closed to traffic and very good service. Special mention for David, our waiter. One minute away from crowded Dalston but a bit more quite which is a plus. We'll come back.

The menu is very extensive - to the point it's slightly confusing as to what the restaurant is trying to do - and the food we had was mediocre but ruined by really, really slow service.

We went for the buffet. It was always full of food and you aren't waiting long for them to refill dishes. Plenty of choice and the quality of the food was excellent. The buffet is on Saturdays and Sundays until 3pm. It's pretty busy but you aren't waiting long to be seated. It isnt intimate and you'll often be sat next to other people in a table but don't let that put you off. The value for money is great.

I have been here few times. The decor is very good but I cannot say about the standard and quality of the food. The manager a young chap, is very helpful and accommodating. Needs improvement and attention.

Abbiamo cercato in TripAdvisor un ristorante vicino alla zona in cui abitavamo, ed abbiamo trovato codesto, abbiamo voluto cercarlo e siamo rimasti entusiasti, tanto che ci siamo ritornati anche la sera dopo, il cibo buono, il personale gentile, l'atmosfera carina, i prezzi non eccessivi. La seconda sera abbiamo avuto la piacevole sorpresa della musica dal vivo, consigliamo i piatti di carne.

I have never experienced such poor customer service and terrible food in my life. Firstly the food took forever to be fair there was 18 of us however there is no excuse with drinks. I ordered a borek for starters which was full of pastry and spinach. I ordered the classic cheese burger with chips as a main. The cheese was freezing it had not been melted I had more bun than a burger. I was charged a service charge for terrible it was ridiculous. When I asked the waiter for a sauce he said he had run out and this was what was said with more than one item. Needs serious improvements!!

This is nice decorated resturant with tasty food. We had lamb beyti and kulbasti both good taste and fresh meat. Service is good to fast and helpful and you get turkish tea after food its was very fresh is well.. recomendation is for resturant owner they should sort the front door people cant open the door is very hard and i saw people returning back...

I arrived at 12:08 and within minutes of arriving and being shown to my table, A waiter approached me and asked for an order. Happy with the quick service, I ordered a Banana Milkshake, some Calamari, and a Mixed Shish Kebab. While waiting for my food, I took a minute to observe the perfect decor. The decor had a casual feel, however it was very tasteful; the wooden floors and walls contrasted well with the decorative rugs and bright miscellaneous. The calamari arrived first, with a sweet chilli sauce, however the calamari was quite bland and tasted as if it hadn't been seasoned. Disappointed, I pushed the dish to the side, and awaited my Banana Milkshake. It had a nice consistency, but barely tasted of banana, all I could taste was milk. Then, my Mixed Shish Kebab arrived, and it looked lovely. The meat was very succulent, and had been seasoned and grilled exceptionally well, however the rice was quite dry compared to the rice served at other Mediterranean restaurants. At the end of my visit, I left feeling rather dissatisfied, wondering why I had spent my money.

Such a shame that this well designed restaurant serving delicious food is consistently marred by poor service. Once again the restaurant wasn't busy but it took three attempts to get a bottle of wine. We left before ordering and went to a dfferent restaurant down the road where the service was pleasant and efficient.

I was a happy regular here from their opening and previously rated full stars. Last couple of visits have left me disappointed; food hasn't been to the usual standard, been served by rude staff, staff forgetting orders/requests made whilst restaurant was empty bar 2 tables.

We got there for a quick dinner and drinks, atmosphere was warm and service friendly, special mention to the live musicians and singer, I always appreciate live music and song choices were really pleasant. Food was ok, although not exceptional, but generous.

Visited at lunch time with some colleagues for the two course lunch offer - really good value and tasty food. Plenty of halloumi in the veggie burger I had. However, service was a bit slow - one of us had to ask three times to get their drink, which finally arrived just as we were finishing eating. It was also a bit of a challenge to get the bill at the end so we were a little late back to the office despite allowing over an hour for the meal.Overall though it was a tasty and good value lunch.

Came here in an afternoon. Warm day and sat on an outside table. Food was very nice lamb shish was tasty, but had to remind waiter for my drink and was not so busy at the time. Apart from that would recommend this restaurant .

We decided to try the 2 course lunch menu last Sunday. The food was good and filling and the staff pleasant, The whole place had a very welcoming feel to it and we were all surprised at how long we spent in there just chatting. When we left the children were already planning what to try next time we go.

Decided to give this local place a try, pleasantly surprised! Staff friendly, food delicious and portions decent! Not too bad on price either. Prawns were yummy and meats from mixed kebab melted in your mouth. Mezes were decent! Left satisfied, well done and we shall be returning!!

You get good food in here. It's good value and the staff are always friendly and accommodating, even if they openly express surprise when I don't want to eat bread with my meal. There's enough carbs in my moussaka.

Really excellent food, I sat under a canopy outside (it was both raining and very warm weather) I didn't actually go inside so I can tell you nothing about the inside but the outside was very pleasant, sitting comfortably by the fountains, eating very well prepared and imaginative Turkish food while watching people sauntering by, (traffic noise from Dalston Junction was a little intrusive but then what do you expect in the middle of London at 7:00pm?) also very reasonably priced. I would be glad to go back and I am going to go back.

When I ate this restaurant first i liked their kebap also their staff very kind. Their open buffet breakfast you should try it. There is very rich food selection.

On arrival in was impressed but as we were seated we were rushed to order drinks. The full party hadn't arrived and we felt pressured to order. Food was quick. My meal was sent back as falafel burger burned and replacement took ages, i advised I no longer wanted it. Waitress brought burger out and stated it wouldn't be charged for. There were a few items out of stock also so could not get the 3 course meal experience.Toilet although nice atmosphere was nice had a dirty nappy in- we arrived at 7.30 and no babies were on site so I question if anyone had checked the toilets for hours. It was an ok experience but not somewhere I would rush to come back too or even recommend.

We ate at this restaurant on a Sunday evening and it was quiet with few other customers. There was outdoor seating but we sat inside. Service was great from when we got in. Food was amazing, and portion sizes were large. Only downside is they didnt have any falafels, which Im sure is requested often in this type of restaurants so they should have been more prepared. Apart from that great selection of vegetarian food and I filled up mainly on starters because of the generous portion. Unsure about desserts as we only ate dinner here.

I have been to Leziz on two occasions. Once for iftar in June 2016 and once in July 2016 for lunch. On both counts the food was great but we waited over 30 minutes for our food. It wasn't so bad waiting for lunch but frustrating waiting to break our fast having spent over 17 hours fasting. The restaurant was near empty and we still had to wait a considerable length of time. Very disappointing.

I have been to Le ziz twice and I cannot fault this place. The food is delicious, I would highly recommend the mezes and as a main 'Ali nazik'. (Aubergine and lamb) All the food tastes nice and fresh. Turkish coffee is lovely. Service is friendly and prompt. Attentive waiting staff. Good for all from families to couples to groups.

its amazing, im in love. The environment is so friendly. Other customers that said its 'awful' or 'appauling' is 100% jealous of how successful the business is. Serving was amazing, expecially as its a family restaurant, where on sundays they gather up and help out. Adults in the kitchen and waitress whereas young teenagers at the receptionist. superb! Love it! Young receptionist girls are so polite and have a big smile on there faces. I hope this carries on like this. Thank you all.

Waited an hour for a main meal, far 2 long! service was appalling! I had to ask two waitresses on their break if there was anyone around to take our order! the waitress who finally came, sadly had an attitude seeming fed up! the way u would dread a midwife attending your delivery at the end their shift!!!!!! intent maybe good, but badly executed.

Extremely busy place on the weekends. This place serves breakfast buffet for £9.90 with a wide selection of pides, pastries, grilled vegetables and dips with bread. There's something for everyone with an emphasis on vegetarian food though it's not wholly so. There's an al carte menu for those interested complete with a wood fired oven.

Excellent food, fresh and tasty. We had dinner before seeing a play at the Arcola. The complimentary bread and dips were a lovely touch. I had hummus with roast lamb and pine nuts -- excellent. Service was cheerful and efficient.

This is a nice resturant, went there for a friends birthday booked online but they couldn't find my booking so we was sat in a corner near the window! The complimentary bread an dips were nice and our waitress was lovely! I chose the lamb chops and mash for main which were over done, one looked like it had come off of someone else's leftovers an the mash was dry an seemed microwaved, but my friends food look lovely an they had no complaints about their food. The resturant had a belly dancer and a male dancer who was so much fun an really made our night! Would recommend this place but don't order the lamb chops!

Don't actually know where to start...I attended this resturant with a group of 17 yesterday for my friends 30th and by far the worse service and food I have ever experienced in my life... From waiting over 2 hours for cold food and 40min for wrong drinks which was mistaken four times this restaurants service was disgusting... Not only did they forget to mention when booking there was a wedding being held at the venue the owner had no remorse for un- satisfied customers. I would never be attending this resturant again and it was the biggest waste of time and money.

Come here very often for lunch with Mum, partner, friends. Lunch menu is a brilliant price. Always had good and quick service and the food has never left me disappointed.

When I went there for the first time I enjoyed everything the food came quick the waitress was really friendly and the atmosphere was really positive even during the busy hours. The second time I booked a table for mother's day and everything was totally wrong, the table was so, sticky even the napkin got stuck to the table, manager did wipe it but not enough as my arms was still sticking to it. I think we even waited at least 10 minutes to get the menus where the place was not even 1/3 full. Got the starters, but for the mains we waited full 55 minutes! Not everyone received the dish on time, my mother had to wait another 5 so, full hour to get hers. The food was good but the service and waiting time really put me off, it will take me long to came back there.

Lost in Dalston, wandering around trying to find a meal on a Friday night we found ourselves outside Leziz. We were starving ......but picky, we do like good tasty food ( but not at stupid prices !). So....we went in and it was a very lucky moment for us - a welcoming, friendly staff, varied menu and delicious food ( and Turkish coffee ) made it a delightful evening. Next time we are in Dalston we will certainly eat there again.

Firstly, I have been to Turkey before and I absolutely love Turkish food. What I got in this restaurant was a pale comparison to what I had in Turkey, or even just down the road in Stoke Newington or Green Lanes. I had a Chicken Shish, The meat was borderline over cooked, was very dry and dull. I would have made something much better at home... and this is not the feeling you want to have when going out for dinner. The dish lacked any sauce, salad, anything fresh really to help the chicken go down. I really think a touch of yogurt sauce, some freshly squeezed lemon juice on top and a salad would have made a huge difference...Secondly, the service was disorganised and slow. They didn't bring enough menus for everyone in the table (we were a big group and got 3 menu cards), but the waitress was really anxious to take our orders ASAP, despite many of us not having a chance to look at the menu yet... The food didn't come all at the same time, which means either you wait for your friends food and yours get cold, or you are impolite to your friend but have a warm meal.Third problem - and the worst in my opinion: mid our stay all hell broke loose and this girl started a belly dance live show. We wanted to be appreciative of her effort and I understand they are trying to recreate an environment of authenticity... BUT... a tip to you guys running the restaurant: trying to get your guests to dance when they just got their food is not really a good thing... One of the managers just got into a craze fit and forced one of our party members to get out of his chair (which he gracefully did, just to be polite) so just the manager could jump into the chair and danced, danced, danced... all this while my friend's food was getting cold. Really good timing! But even all of this wouldn't have been so bad had it not been for the fact that the music was so so SO loud that I'm afraid we all endured auditory lesions that might require long term therapy and maybe some hearing aid... Seriously, was it really necessary to have that awful sound system blasting in your costumers ears? When we asked them to turn the music a bid down, the did it ever so slightly... OK, it wasn't unbearably painful any more, was just painfully horrible... Impossible to relax and have a conversation. It was impossible to hear your own thoughts! And if you think these are a bunch of old grandmas and granpas complaining, guess again. We were a group in their 30s that went to a rock gig afterwards... AVOID, seriously!

My second time here with family this time...Omg. service was slow. Meal arrived before drinks..when prompted only 2 out of four drinks arrived. NO complimentary olives and dips as before..worst of all my 11 year old grand daughter chicken was served uncooked chicken with blood still in chicken kebab. .AWFUL. The waiter dealt with query. No manager turned up..Mothers day ruined..waitress was also unable to understand English and No eye contact whilst being served. Not happy. Won't be going back there. No excuse.

Used to love this place. Live nearby and would always take friends and relatives when they're visiting. Went recently with my partner.The food has gone down in quality massively, so has the service. We weren't having a great time. This wasn't made any better by the creepy manager guy telling my partner she looked "beautiful" on the way to the bathroom. Finally we asked to take our food away. We specified we wanted all of it. (there was quite a lot left) When we got home we discovered they'd only given us about half of our food back. It's a real shame this has happened, this was my favourite Turkish place!

I went to Le Ziz for the first time last september and it was hands down the best eating out experience i've ever had, the guy who served us (and looked like he managed the place, or hosted it at least) was so attentive and seemed to really enjoy his job and making people's service to be the best. The food was amazing and reasonably priced for the quality, it seemed like it was one of those great value places, a gem. I've gotten deliveroo a few times too and the quality has been the same. I went back recently and it was terrible. My flatmates got deliveroo the same day and even they said it had changed and wasnt as good. The sizes were smaller, food was average and the wait staff were awful. It took us so long to get served, we were staring at them for ages but they just didnt seem to care. When we did get served she didn't know anything about the menu and when she went to ask someone else her answer didn't even really help - asking about a pasta sauce and she said "double-cream". There was a live performance but it was so loud even the wait staff couldnt hear the customers but they didnt think to turn the volume on the amp down? The guy who served us the first time wasnt there and the chefs were different. (The menu was also different, and more average.) It was a great place that unfortunately turned bad. Its a real shame. Not worth the money.

Not very nice really, the food is pretty much pre-frozen stuff, and a long way from Turkey in taste. Owners were improving the areas inside, but competition around Dalston means you can get better value for your money. The glass frontage means its quite fun to people watch on the play areas outside..apart from that...

We went here today for lunch, a group of 11 friends and family for my birthday. The buffet was varied and delicious - something for everyone. The service was friendly and attentive and especially sweet to my daughter and her little friend. The atmosphere was very relaxed and warm and we ended up staying over four hours. Lovely! Highly recommended.

I just ordered a delivery via deliveroo. I paid £11.90 for this mixed shish kebab. Only one piece of lamb, no vegetables or salad and a measly amount of rice. Where is all the meat?! For nearly twelve pounds you expect more than this. For a fiver I could have had a better meal from a local kebab shop. You expect better from a restaurant and I'm really disappointed!

Delicious food and fantastic service. Really enjoyable evening. Visited as a family of 6 - various ages. Were greeted warmly and this continue throughout the evening. All good eaten was delicious. Definitely recommend

Unable to get into Ocakbasi we decided to give this place a go as it was close to The Victoria where we were going to later. I normally really enjoy Turkish food but this place left me feeling underwhelmed (and I was pretty hungry). First of all, atmosphere felt cold, lacked the Turkish vibe - the modern lounge vibe felt kind of like being invited to a Rich distant relatives house while she handed out Rich tea biscuits and advised you not to get crumbs on the newly polished sofa. I'm not asking for cats and bean bags but a little bit more Turkish warmth wouldn't have gone amiss. The food was uninspired and pretty dull to be honest. There was lots of it however but then again, I'm not sure if that is good lol. You'll probably definitely get a seat if your a big group as it's a large spacious place. Wine was okay and service was nice.

Went here before going to see a show at the Hackney theatre. The food was delicious. The service was ok, we received our food promptly but it took a while to get the check as our waiter left. At 7.95 for a two course lunch/dinner, it was a great value and I would not hesitate to visit again if in the area. Especially liked the mezze appetizers and the filo cheese and spinach stuffed pastry.

お店の雰囲気も良し、料理も良し、店員さんの接客も良し、値段も良し、言うことないです。 量がむちゃくちゃ多いので、デザートが食べられなかったのが、唯一残念です。

I love Dalston for its amazing diversity of restaurants and bars. Turkish food has always been my favourite one and I love to explore new places, so when I came across Leziz I was really looking forward to trying it out. The food was really good, the interior is very cosy and their cocktails are just amazing! Plus, they serve Turkish beers, which are among my favourite ones. I ordered Turkish lamb pizza, which was delicious! The places is not pricey at all, it is worth its value. Highly recommended!

The Turkish food is great here and the service is lovely. Normally get their grilled meat and the portions are nice and always fresh. Would recommend as a take away.

I made a booking at this restaurant through a booking site for 8 people to celebrate my birthday. Received my confirmation, invited all my guests and after 2 weeks when there was few days left for my birthday I got a call from the restaurant saying they need to cancel my booking. Reason being they took an event. When I was telling the lady that this was unacceptable and why did they wait so long to call me she had no explanation. She sounded like she didn't care. So unprofessional and very bad customer service. Don't make a booking for special events and it could just be cancelled by the restaurant last minute.

Christmas works do. Good food, always hot. Attentive staff with good entertainment. Easily accessible so suitable for disabled persons. Really good Turkish atmosphere.

First time going to a Turkish restaurant and believe me, was it an experience! The service was like nothing I have ever experienced before especially once the waiter took my order. They love to talk and have a passion to give you the best experience possible =) Made me feel as if I was in Turkey already. The food was another story, the chefs like the detail to their food especially once it's being served. I do hope one day they receive a Michelin star on their restaurant as it's nothing like I have ever been to before!

Firstly, I always go past this place and finally after months we decided to try their lunch special. As soon as I walked in I was confused by the music that they had on, deep house music is maybe a bit weird to hear in this kind of restaurant. Anyway, despite that uncomfortable feeling when eating because of the music, what bothered me the most was that i tried the lunch special menu, and the portion was so small! I believe because they charge less for the special, they feel that they should not give normal portion sizes. Disappointed. The food was nothing special either.

Delicious Turkish food, efficiently served and beautifully presented. At the weekend, this restaurant was full of Turkish families enjoying themselves and even joining in with the belly dancer, who was very persuasive in getting people to participate! A good evening of entertainment as well as good quality food.

There is a lunch deal on Saturdays and Sunday's ( 9-3) £9.99 for as much as you want from the buffet , and as much tea or fruit juice as you want too .You can of course order from the menu There is cheese , cold meats ,many kinds of salads , slices of pizza , savoury filo pastries , savoury filled buns , I can't remember all of what was there , but it was all good .There was a nice atmosphere , with lots of families as well as couples and groups of friends . Very good value for money .

After being welcomed and shown to our table, we were immediately presented with a warm bread bucket and olives. The service was quick and attentive. After having been told one of our ordered dishes was unavailable, we re-ordered and were presented with a free delicious mixed meze starter. The food and drinks that followed were exquisite and the service continued to be top quality. I would most certainly return and recommend this restaurant to anyone!

Visited here last Saturday great food but service was quiet slow however food was worth to pay. We ordered scallops, lamp chops and avocado salad. Really enjoyed all the dishes will definitely go back.

We were invited to Sunday lunch here by Turkish friends. The set price buffet was delicious and there was an extremely generous choice of dishes including several cheeses, lovely breads and fresh fruit. The staff were charming and very attentive. Nothing too much trouble.

Early dinner before a gig in Hackney. I was the only diner for most of my time there, but was made to feel very welcome. I had Salt 'n Pepper Prawns (surprisingly, in a sticky sauce, plenty of fresh chillies, delicious.) and then Lamb Ribs (equally delicious.) If they ask if you want fresh chilli sauce, say yes. It was fantastic. A couple of glasses of delicious red wine and a very reasonable £38 bill meant I had an excellent meal. If I'm in the area again, I will definitely go back.

Food is good but service not so good. Booked to eat here on sun aft we had the set menu good value and nice food. Service was good at first but went down hill. Starters bought to table ok but mains were bought to table befor staters were finished. When asking for some great yogurt for my ain nothing came had t ask another waiter.

The best middle eastern restaurant in Dalston! I have been almost in all restaurants, cafés, bars in dalston but Leziz is the best. You can have Amazing Lunch Deal only 7.90 and it's a 2 course deal. Foods are so tasty, fresh and healthy. Polite staff, cool atmosphere, nice dishes. PLUS live music and belly dancer Friday and Saturday nights. I recommend this place to everyone.

Great atmosphere - mix of modern and authentic. had a singer on the night we were there and that added to the ambience. Service was friendly and good. Food was an excellent range to suit all tastes and good quantities and quality as well. Maybe a little higher price than i would expect to pay (but we come from outside London so thats probably just the cost in the capital). Nice and relaxed - we were there a good while and not hurried. had a nice outside space as well as spacious interior. We went as 2 families and it suited all of us.

Will recommend to people to visit with family, friends and colleagues. Good location, comfortable seaten excellent decor and best of all great menu.

Very sleek interior. Friendly and welcoming staff. Variety of different dishes to choose from the menu. This place was recommended by a friend who came here for a breakfast. Breakfast would be definitely on my list. I enjoyed my dinner along with live slow music. I would definitely recommend this place.

This restaurant is great if you just want to chill out, feel like you're on holiday and experience great service and food. They sometimes lay-on entertainment from belly dancers to a guy playing the guitar which is all a bit cheesy, but worth going to see. Guys I really love you but please get rid of that strip lighting outside the front of the restaurant and replace with candles. I promise you you'll get more business from it!!

We visited for lunch. Great range of food on the lunch menu. Tried the mixed shish and the meat was well cooked, good flavour and tender. Served with rice and salad with a nice dressing. Would definitely recommend.

We went here after looking up restaurants on tripadvisor. The service was great, and the food very well presented. However, despite the effort in the presentation and the elevated prices the food wasn't amazing. I had a vegetarian option which was basically a few roasted vegetables with a very nice sauce. But for what it was I would say that it is definitely a bit overpriced.

Came here on a monday evening, was greated welcomingly and warmly at the door, seated straight away. Fast and consistent service throughout our stay. Now the food... it is so rare for an english's outlook on turkish cusine to be that more of a kebab on your way home from a alcohol filled night out on the barbican. However le ziz will slowly and surely turn thia stereotypes concept on its head; with flavours and spices coming together to create a fusion of mediterrenean flavour explosions for the consumer to enjoy. Not only is le ziz unique due to the owners personal labor put into the beautifully modern design of the restaurant, the chefs have something unique aswell.Well worth a try, and if you dont come back for another sample of their exotically arousing mezze starter i will eat my shish kebab... happily.

Una piacevole sorpresa il personale si é dimostrato gentile e disponibile, il servizio celere con una buona cucina alla brace, i piatti vengono serviti velocemente e presentati a modo. Un buon posto dove cenare con gli amici o la famiglia.

Io e il mio ragazzo abbiamo trascorso quattro giorni di vacanza a Londra e non c'è stato un giorno che non siamo stati in questo ristorante. Siamo capitati per la prima volta a Le Ziz grazie alla vicinanza all'hotel Premier Inn Hackney dove abbiamo alloggiato e da allora non abbiamo potuto più farne a meno. Il perché é semplice: in teoria é un ristorante turco, che fa dei piatti di carne il suo punto di forza, ma in realtà propone anche piatti tipici italiani (come pasta e pizza) e greci (come moussaka). Le portate sono abbondanti, presentate con cura e fatte con ingredienti sempre freschi e di ottima qualità. La location é nuova, spaziosa e davvero carina. Il personale sempre gentile e attento alle esigenze della clientela. Il tutto a prezzi competitivi rispetto al resto dei ristoratori londinesi. Basti pensare che la formula "lunch" prevede due portate a scelta dal menù al prezzo di sole 7,9 sterline. Che dire, eravamo partiti con l'idea di tornare affamati da Londra e invece grazie a Le Ziz siamo tornati sazi e soddisfatti.

I am a regular at this beautifully designed and comfartable place. The atmosphere is great especially on Friday with live music and Turkish Bell dance. The food is great with traditional turkish food. Try crushed salad which is my fav! The have great starters and grills.Wide variety of Wine list, white Chillien wine is my fav again! And if you have time do not miss buffe on sat-sun ( highly recommended) Good value for money but some might find it a little bit priceyAnd Finally, the staff absolutly wonderful, Mr Riza, Ercin and Ebru they are brilliant! They always very attentive and it always feels like homey!

This is a surprising restaurant in a new development.A large but cosy atmosphere and very welcoming staff .The menu is traditional Turkish plus a dash of Italian and French.There was ample delicious complementary bread and olives and the food was delicious.We made the mistake of ordering starters and then the main courses were very large.We managed!We would definitely return.A good local find.
