Lemon Tree Tea Rooms in North Lincolnshire

Reading the reviews we thought we would try...we found it quite expensive for the products your served, breakfast was not great cheap sausages ,over done bacon , paid extra for toast , could just do with some background music on in such a big dining area On plus side was clean and tidy.

Wonderful friendly staff, good food, a nice quiet atmosphere.

Nice cafe in the garden centre at Epworth. Food and drinks are very reasonably priced, and the cakes in particular are very good, with lots of choice. It’s self service, but hot meals and snacks are brought to your table. The cafe is clean, well maintained and there is a lovely outdoor area for sunny days.

Didn't eat but quite busy at 11.45am so suggests good, quality food and service... Did look at menu which was diverse and reasonably priced.. Much more than just a place to buy plants, worth a visit...

Very nice. I enjoyed looking around and chatting to the donkeys.

Prices could be lower or food better

The staff spend more time talking to each other and ignoring the customers in the growing queue. The food however is lovely but would be better if I could have had it hot. Food spent ages on my tray waiting for staff to stop chatting among themselves and make my drinks

Delicious freshly cooked food in pleasant surroundings. The staff are very friendly and helpful

Stopped for a coffee, staff very polite and friendly.

Took ages for anyone to serve us, loads of staff, most bickering in the background while we stood waiting to order. Scone was nice but fell to pieces so hard to eat as you were eating crumbs.

Up to usual 5star standard. People are selfish to sit talking over one coffee for more than 1 hour when no tables are available for lunch customers.

Really lovely panni so much so that we decided to have cake too. Delicious

I visit the lemon tree a million times a month as part of my job as a Befriender & I have never, ever had a problem here.

Got a coffee and asked for cream. When they gave me creamer in a plastic packet, I asked for fresh cream (as stated on the menu). They then proceeded to charge me an extra 1.10 for the small jug of cream provide. When I queried it they were rude to the point that she spoke to other staff members in earshot saying we were rude and when we calmly stated that we had not been rude she said to us we had been and stormed off. Terrible customer service.

The quality exceeds the price! Fabulous cafe with excellent choice. Food is delicious, staff are friendly and the seating area is very comfortable. Truly a 5 star experience.
