They don't bother to deliver your food. Take your money. Don't answer the phone. I have no idea how they think this is a good business model. I will never order from them again.

I ordered it and then it went to the wrong house. After I called the restaurant and said he'd messed up. And then 40 mins later it went to another wrong house. I was so mad i told them to refund immediately! The deliverer is so bad. NEVER ORDER FROM THAT SHOP

Ordered from here and my order arrived but it was the wrong order. My order had been handed into a house a few doors away. Rang the retaurant, they contacted the driver who told them he had not yet delivered the other order & would come & swap them. He arrived and said i have to go back to the other house to change these over. So he lied to his employer. No apology just stood there with his hand out. We had to ask him for our money back as we obviously were not going to accept the order back once it had been all opened. I then rang the restaurant who said they would make us a fresh order. I told them to forget it and that i will not be ordering from them again as this is the second time their driver has messed up. Waited 2 hours last time because he went to the wrong address and the restaurant had to make a fresh order. Surely this is costing the restaurant money every time this driver messes up. He is rude and incompetent. It is a pity as the food is really good.

Ordered what I assumed was a delivery like I had done before using their own website. For whatever reason my order was defaulted into a pick-up collection. I have a disability so I had no way of picking it up myself. After about an hour I recieved a phone call saying my order was ready to collect, bearing in mind my order was propbably cold by this time, Ah very sorry nothing we can do. Maybe driver can deliver to you after half hour or so? I wasn't prepared to reheat chinese food, especially deep fried chilli beef and sweet and sour pork. So the result is I had no food and paid almost £23 for the privilege.

Takeaway evening with friends . We all thought the food was perfectly good for a takeaway unlike some of the other reviews. I would use them again.

Royale Leisure ParkVine a este lugar hace unos años y estaba bien, el interior del edificio necesitaba atención y la comida estaba bien. Llegué la semana pasada y pensé en intentarlo, nunca más cambié de manos, los camareros caminaron con la cabeza ahí dentro, sin sonreír, o haciéndote sentir bienvenido, la comida estaba bien en cierto grado, pero el lugar necesita limpieza y decoración, creo que prefiero un McDonald's la próxima vez y ahorre mi dinero.

35 Bond Street - EalingAfter being open 30 years - and having visited it numerous times, New Leaf has now closed. It's a real shame as it was a great restaurant with delicious dumplings (and real value for money).

191 High StWasn’t feeling well so I had ordered some food online just to be told 20 minutes later that the “driver says it’s too far” although they have delivered to my area before.Then they told me it would take 3-5 days for a refund being already sick and hungry i came all the way there to collect my food very disappointed that im paying for delivery for NO DELIVERY.
