Really disappointed with my halloumi wrap with no salad 🤢. Three pieces of cheese and what I think is brown lettuce 🥴

Order was accepted and payment taken online through the website. No food after an hour so I rang, they had no record of the order despite me having email confirmation, said they would get the order sent out straight away, had to wait a further 50 minutes. Food was hot and nice when it finally arrived but waited almost 2 hours in total. When I rang the shop after an hour, the girl asked for my post code at least 10 times then rang me back saying “lebaneat yarm?” which made no sense, I had clarified several times I had used the lebaneat express website for Durham

food was awful tasted like slow cooker pulled pork, which completely put us off, sent 2 replacements to compensate but by the time they came around 40 mins later i’d fallen asleep and been put off eating at this point

usually love this place, but standards aren't the same lately. ordered halloumi wrap with cheesy chips, came with no cheese on, wrap was full of lettuce (I ordered no salad) & had the smallest amount of halloumi. not their usual portion. won't order again anytime soon.

Freshly made falafel and flatbread. Great fresh salad too. My husband has had the grilled chicken wrap here and loves it. Get a pot of pickles while you're ordering and some baklava for afters is always nice too.

Delivered 2 hours after ordered. Chips and wrap soggy, wrap was abysmal, so much hot chilli inside it was inedible, chicken terrible overcooked I wasn’t even sure it was chicken to be honest. So disappointing as I’ve eaten here before and really enjoyed but it’s gone really downhill.

Fast delivery. The food was great: tabbouleh, sambousek and kallaj all delicious. I especially liked the seasoned chips and the garlic sauce.

I have purchased food from Lebaneat Express many times and it never disappoints. I usually get the shawarma wrap and chips and it is amazing! My partner has tried some of the other wraps before and they are equally good. Also extremely quick service and reasonably priced especially for the lunch time deal.

Wraps were great, and pizza. Burger was undercooked and had a piece of metal inside! Went in bin!

unfortunately when we got the food it was cold, nothing worse than cold garlic bread! chips were missing from order although we did get xtra sauce that we didn't order,Rang to complain but honestly wasn't worth it v disappointed having always had good service in the past

If you want to wait two hours for a food delivery, then for it to arrive stone cold, or just to say warm, or partly raw as I discovered after my final call to the restaurant, then by all means order from here. Staff at the restaurant were uninterested, as was the driver when he eventually arrived. The manager when I eventually spoke to him said I would receive a full refund and a phone call from head office. He did offer replacement food but I didn't fancy waiting for another two hours because I had to get up for work this morning. I have just received a text message from Just Eat: "The restaurant isn't going to give you any money back for your delayed order. They say: "We're really sorry your order wasn't delivered on time. We hope you enjoyed your food."" Well my food was not on time, I did not enjoy my food and I am £20 lighter for the privilege of receiving the worst takeaway service I've ever had. Suffice it to say they are liars who will no longer be receiving my business. Perhaps losing my business will not impact them but I will be telling my friends and family just how god awful my experience was. Word of mouth is a thing. Remember that when you deliver raw and cold food and lie about providing a refund.

Took two hours for delivery of food; restaurant were not helpful and didn't follow through on callback promises and even hung up. Driver was uninterested and came across quite rude. Food was just to say warm when it arrived but as I'm 8 months pregnant, I accepted because I'm hungry. The halloumi is rock hard, as are the chips so they are inedible. The parmo is soggy, but at least it's warm-ish. Done with this place - will be going elsewhere in future. This experience has really spoiled my evening.

Ordered from here for the last 4 years. Always been spot on. Got an order tonight, excellent delivery, perfect rice, veg beautifully smoky..disappointment was what I consider to be anaemic chicken and very little flavour. Chicken been cut in such big chuncks we missing out more' so on flavour on top of little flavour added in first place. All chicken cooked thoroughly yet I struggled for flavour. Shame I feel due to cost and track history, hope they pick ot back up because in my opinion one of the best in town.

Lovely food, quick delivery considering the distance driver has to do. Only criticism is that it was a bit pricey for what we ordering but was very nice.

Placed an order new years day,never received, wouldn't answer the phone but took our money.Having hassle now trying to get a refund,avoid like the plague,unless you like giving businesses free money.

I ordered two wraps with chips and two pizzas. The wraps are so small for the prices of £10/ wrap, quality, was OK. Pizza's was good. Garlic sauce, not for me. Definitely, I will not gonna order from them again, plus the driver wasn't a nice guy, a little arrogant .

No idea what it was we were eating, but it certainly didn’t taste like chicken. No where close to the Lebaneat restaurant. Disappointing to say the least.

There was no bread with the baba ganoush, there was no aubergine in the wrap, and there’ll be no more orders from me

Vegan wrap was a let down tonight. Full of potatoes and missing the other vegetables. Much nicer when it’s a good mix. Strawberry cheesecake was still half frozen. Chicken wrap, chips, salad and rice as lovely as ever.

Had just eat notification to say food was on the way at 8.45, food turned up an hour later.. rang lebaneat at 9.20 & was told the ticket hadn't printed & they had just made it.. food turned up, all tasted old, chips like rubber, some not cooked, chicken looked like it had been chewed up & spat out.. brown salad, really gone down hill!! Used to be the best!

The shawarma was super salty, the chicken was super dry which had almost crumbled without any proper pieces of chicken. Very unimpressive. Wouldn’t recommend their shawarma to anyone at all. Not exactly cheap.

Asked for a refund still have not got one chicken was pink and not eatable I have sent pics and had no response just eat said 48 hours and hear nothing

Very much yummy. A discount on Sunday. The best since I went to the UK. The lamb wrap (maybe this name) tastes excellent. The rice, though not as good as wrap and a little saulty, is good as well. I may try chips next time. The garlic sauce is tasty. The girl smiles lovely and is very kind. It’s a pity that I couldn’t sit in the shop and eat until I return to where I live. I will try it again.

My meal was very very tasty and very good portionsonly one slight problem nwal came with roasted veg I got 3 small pieces of Peper and ons small quarter of tomato tiny amount!!! Please if meals says roasted veg make sure you put plenty in thank you!!! X

Best falafel wrap I’ve had! The portion sizes are huge, and worth the money you pay. Plus the deals they do in their website are fab.

Chicken tasted like it had been pre cooked and warmed up in the microwave.

Despite asking for no garlic sauce on the chicken wrap ( in capitals as this has happened twice before) wrap came smothered in garlic sauce. I rang to tell them only to get a call back from the manager stating I was wrong. Needless to say I sent the wrap back untouched and I was right. Terrible service.

Delivery time was cutting it short. Chips were dry and burnt. Falafel was very dry and uneatable. The halloumi was nice, but only got 2 small finger slices. Quite pricey.

We've spent hundreds here over years but now consistently orders are poor; they're either missing items, burnt, or wrong and late. They do replace some items when they're wrong, but it's consistently an issue. Bad times when the food can be so lovely.

Only do take away at this branch for dine in there is another resturant in town. Food is good.

Lebanese Bread was Missing from the order, called and was told it's included free with the meal so sorry but we didn't "technically" pay for it but we could come to drive to pick some up if we wanted fairly poor customer service when the mistake was on their side In the grand scheme of things does it matter, no, but in the world of doing right by your customer they fell short on this occasion.

Good food but a bit pricey. However, I think it was a owner who was shouting like an animal. Regardless, he should learn manners and keep his calm in the shop. We could hear him sitting outside in our car. The guy who served us was v polite.

Ordered and paid by Internet. The food and service were excellent. I was surprised to see bad reviews because the staff and the food were first rate. I'd recommend this to anyone in search of a good meal.

The places used to be good, but recently it looks like they don’t care that much anymore. Soggy fries. Sad tasteless chicken. Will need to look for something else now.

Ordered food for 9 (~£140), and when the delivery turned up (and asking the driver if he was sure all food was there), 3 mains and the garlic bread were missing and had to ring the Resturant. Food itself was nice but this is the 3rd or 4th time of either the wrong food being delivered or missing food having to be re delivered.

My order was delivered 30 minutes late even though it was preordered for a time as it’s my break at work, the food was freezing cold disgusting service I won’t be ordering again £6.50 for delivery and £2 extra because I have allergies
