I order online and receive delicious Chinese takeaway food every time .prompt delivery . fantastic staff and flavourful hot food . Highly recommend

Ordered Salt and Chilli ribs House special black bean Chicken and king prawn chow mein Curry sauce and fried rice Ribs were meaty but not enough spice Black bean was watery with little taste Chow mien was disgusting tasteless and massively over cooked. Portion sizes were good and plenty of meat in both dishes it’s just a shame that they overcooked everything until it was tasteless. Noodles were boiled until they were soggy mush and didn’t look like they’d seen a wok I won’t be going back. Also cash only so had to go find a cash machine .

Very unsanitary, staff wear no hair net or gloves. Pre cooked food waiting to be heated for customers. Two kids running around (potentially dangerous). Manager seriously needs to review these issues

Glad I ordered from here after reading most of the reviews that are positive. Spent £35 & the food is lovely! Quick delivery. Would of gave 5 stars for the food instead of the 4 if the curry sauce was more tasty. I find it very bland & the weakest Chinese curry sauce I've honestly ever tasted. Everything else was absolutely fine & me & my two friends really enjoyed our meals. They would coz I paid for it all as an early Xmas treat for them. 😄 Lovely Chinese food but the curry sauce desperately needs to be far better. 💁 ⭐⭐⭐⭐+?

Every order I have from here for collection has been wrong in the last 6 months… they have not offered to deliver the correct order yet But to bring it back and that it was my fault that I change some of the order … from onions to mushrooms or vice versa !! No chicken in the king prawn chicken curry fried rice ! Ordering from somewhere else in future… for £40 spent such bad customer service!!

Absolutely fantastic, best Chinese in the area, so welcoming and polite you really feel welcome, great service and foods always 10/10 wouldn’t go anywhere else now. We’ve tried numerous items from the menu and they are all great. Our favourite items are the munch boxes and the curry.

This is the worst food I've ever eaten Chinese, the curry has no taste at all, probably the worst in the town, and it will never come back again, the food seems to be disgusting for pigs

Ordered tonite at 5.30pm delivered at 5.40pm chips were heated up omlette must have been allready cooked the rest of the food had no taste at all what a waste of money

Ordered the house special curry and the house special fried rice for 2, it was delivered quickly was nice and hot and the food was fantastic, couldn't eat it all so had the rest for breakfast, definately will order again

Went to this store as it was recommended by a friend was served by a ginger lad who made me feel welcomed and gave me time to order my food and even offered some recommendations food was amazing and for a cheap price they really delivered would highly recommend

Been coming here for years. Always good food, we always order extra so we can have it over 2 days. Portion sizes are generous and packed with flavour.

Have no desire to be rude, but the food was bad. Ribs really dry and tough, and the batter the king prawns were coated in tasted awful (perhaps just not cooked enough?). Its a shame, but I can't find a decent Chinese in the area.

I love spending almost £20 on something that had things under cooked and over cooked at the same time. Save yourself bother next time, have the driver turn up 25 minutes late again and spit directly into my mouth, the level of moisture and grease will be the same.

Order through Just Eat DID NOT arrive even though they said it had been delivered. First time i've tried them will not be a second time

Ordered food on just eat, delivery was late and when I phoned they said it would not be ready for at least another 30 minutes. They then told me they would just cancel the order after I'd already waited over an hour in the first place. No phone call or message at all. This place is completely unprofessional and when there are plenty of other good takeaway restaurants I wouldn't bother at all with them.

We used to love this Chinese before it was taken over. But now the food and the service is awful, they tried to give us the wrong dish and tried to pass it over as the right one then when they did give use the right dish it had a long black hair in it. Really off putting.

[EDIT: Different owners. This place is simply not the same anymore since the change in owners. Very much a mediocre Chinese now.] Lovely food and family, canny drivers aswell. Not just supermarket curry and frozen chips like most these days. About as close as you can get to the original taste of English/Chinese takeaways we used to have. No card payments is the only downside I have experienced. Delivery time is usually within the 45 mins region. Maybe 1hour on Fridays or Saturdays. Reasonable prices. Very clean with a 5 star food and hygiene rating to back it up. CLOSED ON TUESDAYS.

whoever made the curry tonight sunday 7/4/19 needs sacking ,it came out the tray like a custard slice cream cake was pretty much solid n tasteless,time to move to another chinese

Literally live up the road but always used ridgeway. Tried this the other night and it was amazing..with 2 of the fussiest kid eaters in the world practically licking their plates clean. No need to say but after finishing this review ill be ordering again tonight. Great HOT food..fast delivery and great price. Cant complain.

Just had food delivered... absolutely disgusting chicken was very dry and hard . Soup was very bland .. rice hard and prawn crackers tasted stale ..most of it went in the bin . won’t be ordering from here again

The staff who answer the phone for orders are not professional and can be quite derogatory in their tone. Please make sure in future they are trained as professional staff, or this recent order with you will be reported to the authorities.

Has went down hill always used leam lane. The only good thing I can say was the driver that brought the food and he had to come back and get the food as it was not cooked

Just had Singapore chow mein.it was full of spam with no heat in the dish at all. I have travelled Asia for many years and dish was so far off the mark. May try again to see if something else can be as bad.

Don't be mislead by the FSA 5 star rating - we ordered £31.00 of food last night (6.9.17) the food received was only fit for the bin . A telephone complaint was made food collected and a refund of £20.00 given - our advice don't use this food outlet

I will not ever order from here again took an hour to come wich if fair enough then it was wrapped up well but when i opened it it was luke warm and had no taste wot so ever i got the house special chow main and very gunky my son got won tons they were awful just a tiny bit of rubbery mess inside and tasted horrible a cant even describe wot was inside cost me nearly £18 and it all went straight in the bin

We tried this take away two weeks ago and it was excellent, we had the set meal for two and it was really nice from starters to main meals. we have tried it again tonight and I can not fault it very nice and very tasty. First class.

Stinking don't buy, ribs are chewy probably dog meat, prawns in house special curry I've never saw any thing or ate anything like it, the very worst won't buy again : /
