Meat was uncooked, tough And cold. Rice was hard and chewy, overpowered with turmeric.

Ordered mushroom rice and garlic naan, was great. I also took Chicken Tikka Madras where sauce was great however you could tell that chicken wasnt fresh as was super hard to bite and chewy, I skipped eating chicken and only ate the sauce.

Iv ordered a few different things from the menu now and they have all been delicious

We thought we’d found our ultimate, but no salad with the mixed kebab let it down. Apart from that the meal was delicious!

missing naan from the balti meal, and sag aloo near swimming in oil. Balti itself was good as were the bhajis. also restaurant got in touch quickly when I reported the balti issue which they knew was a missing naan without me saying so. they've offered some sort of recompense if I order again though I'm not sure how that'll work if I do so via the just eat app.

Delivered on time, good food and reasonably priced

Sadly the food this time round was nowhere near as good as usual. Not sure if the chef has changed but the saag was REALLY poor and the garlic naan was dry. Will look to order curry from elsewhere next time for a change which is slightly disappointing as always praised Le Raj for its quality.

Decided to try Le Raj for a take away on a weekday evening. When you walk in the front door it’s like walking into someone’s living room with dining table, sofa and armchairs !! I ordered a shami kebab which was nice, juicy and tasty. The salad was fresh and the mint sauce was surprisingly good. I also had lamb tikka madras, garlic rice and garlic naan bread. The lamb tikka pieces in the madras were disappointing and just full of gristle making it very chewy. However the sauce itself was good. Thick and full of flavour. I think the garlic rice was just pilau rice because I couldn’t taste or see any garlic. The naan bread was fresh and actually tasted very good. It is very reasonably priced and I will try them again but next time I will avoid the lamb !!

Curry was OK, kind of home made style. Don't know what was going on with the poppadoms but they were disgusting, tasted like plastic, and were thrown away.

Service was great and food came in the time expected which was good. Food was still warm when it got to me which is a nice change to some other places. The only thing that let it down for me is that my korma was a bit watery and I prefer a thicker less liquidy korma. I would probably order again but maybe try a different dish.

We’ve ordered from here many times before but this time, the food was unfortunately quite disappointing. The chilli garlic chicken had no heat to it and was super oily, and the chicken tikka masala was so incredibly sweet compared to usual. We’ll give it another go as this is one of our regulars but it’s a shame it didn’t live up to its usual standards

Delivery stood side on, holding my food abit too long, looking past me, whilst saying "Alright. How are you doing. Good?" bit odd n Over familiar for a delivery Anyhow food only warm, had to eat it quick before it got cold. Madras container was crushed, loads of ghee all over the bottom of the containers, pooling in bottom of bag. Too much ghee still pooling in the Madras i recovered. Also was mildly spiced and no heat to speak of. The best item was the mint sauce and the chicken tika starter.

Very dissapointed cold food missing items and wrong items sent I'm a regular customer so surprised at it being so dissapointing.

The food is always great and on time. Not as fast as some other places, but fast is not always good when cooking. They often include a little free treat, which is a nice touch. I am new to Kempston and Le Raj is my new Indian Restaurant of choice! 👍
