The best shisha in Manchester staff they are very friendly and professional

I visited Layali for the first time yesterday. The place is good. Staff are not very attentive, you need to keep waiving for them to change the coal. I have rated 3 for food, just to clarify they only have a few items like nachos, chips etc, no proper food though. They do some desserts, milkshakes, fresh juices and mocktails. My friend ordered the berry smash which was fresh mixed berries but was too sweet. The funny part is their Layali special mentions a description of pineapple juice + coconut milk and there was another drink that mentions coconut milk, the waitress upon asking said Layali special is a mixture of fresh fruit juice (like a smoothie) and none of their drinks have coconut milk in it. When I said it's written on the menu here, she said we don't use it at all, okay which means the description on the menu makes no sense. Anyways, the flavour we chose for the sheesha was kiwi + raspberry which was good. The place is compact and after a certain time becomes very stuffy due to the smoke.

Nice layout...decent atmosphere. Ordered a bluemist with irn bru. God knows what I was tasting.....maybe if you guys cleaned your pipes it would bring a better flavour out.

Come here regularly because it's a very clean and quiet place to chill with your friends and enjoy watching football. More importantly the shisha is spot on and they make one of the best double 🍏🍏 flavours anywhere!!

Extremely rude guy, I kept saying change the coals and the shisha was burning my throat. I said I’m leaving cuz I’ve asked so many times that the shisha isn’t good but he wouldn’t fix it. Then he snatched my phone and he was trying to fight me. I urge everyone to go elsewhere. It isn’t safe to do shisha in this place! He was even swearing at my female friend.

Wow just been to Manchester laylai Shisha lounge, the service awesome and absolutely polite, staff was really nice and happy. Service was provided with a sincere service to make sure that customers were happy. As I had come out with family. Ordered a double apple and mixed raspberry and blueberry Shisha, drinks strawberry magic, raspberry mohita and mint tea. The lounge was really nice and clean all the tables were numbered and staff knew exactly what they doing. As there was no extra charge and all prices were correct. Really enjoyed the Shisha and drinks. Relaxed environment and nice décor. I would highly recommend laylai Shisha lounge as service was excellent. We even got plate of nuts prior to ordering plus they changed the music straight away and didn't say anything at all but were happy to do so. Rude staff, they change coals every 2 hours. The guy sitting next to us was their friend he kept on blowing smoke our way to intimidate us 😄 Avoid this place

Avoid at all cost the prices you see on the menu and what you end up paying is different. Menu price £23.50 end up paying £27 only to find you have to pay £1 each for disposal pipe.

Good shisha and average service, very nice decor - prices let this place down, really put us off when the bill for the tea we ordered amounted to £10.00! Criminal overcharge! The biggest pot of tea for 4 people was more like a 2 person pot, with tiny cups - smaller than the usual mint tea cups. Pulled it up with the staff and they claimed that it was £2.50 per tea x 4 people = £10.00. Basically charged us per cup, which I have never seen before at a shisha lounge. If that wasn't enough to leave a bad taste in our mouths; the tea was also subpar.

Very bad service, staff impolite ,disrespectful and arragont. Cafe was half empty yet they make you sit where they want as in the midlle of the cafe as they keep the seats to their arab customers who apparently pay good tips.next time I get told where to sit I will be calling Manchester city council and report the cafe.

Poor shisha. Fake flavours. No Customer service. Management with attitude. Stay away

Layali one of the best shisha place on the road. Great to watch the footy the big fight. They are not short of 50inch ultra hd tv's. Only down side is that the owner needs to sort the door sitution out.

Shisha is good & the dessert was nice but it took a bit long for them to make a waffle even tho it was busy that night.

Layali not only is an exquisite shisha lounge , it's also comfortable oozing Arabian escense and flowing with friendly bubbly staff. This little diamond in the heart of Manchester's famous Curry mile, is by far the best in terms of shisha quality and ambiance . Morroco meets the east with a twist of the elite. For those of you who wish to enjoy a pleasant and afordable night out, I would seriously recommend you give this place a shot. It's my absolute favourite for all the right reasons. 👌🏻❤ Thank you all for always giving me great service and warm welcomes 🏆⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We went there recently one of staff come over she was asking to swap a table, for not reason witches so rude. It was many empty table there. Very bad customer service.
