Conseguimos nuestra ropa hecha mientras estábamos de turismo por waaay menos de lo que el hotel quería. Nos perdimos los perros, pero el depurador era genial y la ubicación era muy conveniente.

Lo recomiendo encarecidamente a cualquier viajero de vacaciones o de vacaciones. Al ser de los Estados Unidos, estamos muy contentos de encontrar un lugar así. Solo 23 libras para el lavado (con detergente y suavizante de tejidos) y secado. Otro sitio dijo que no se doblaron, pero los nuestros fueron doblados. Sólo tomó 90 minutos. Pero hay mucho que ver en esa zona. Comida, Pubs, Entretenimiento Callejero, Tiendas, hermosos edificios y si lo desea, puede pasar el rato en el Café. Dueños muy amables. Incluso llamó a un taxi para nosotros. Servicio A+.

Si estás buscando una opción de lavandería en Edimburgo, este lugar es para ti. Cafetería arriba, lavandería abajo, buen servicio, personal amable. O te dejas llevar y recoges tu ropa más tarde, o te quedas a tomar un café (o té) con su internet gratuito y esperas mientras tus cosas se limpian. Muy recomendable.

El increíble servicio ofrecido aquí hizo que valiera la pena el viaje. Relajarse con un café y una gran compañía mientras nuestra lavandería estaba hecha para nosotros, hecho para una experiencia agradable. No podíamos recomendar la lavandería lo suficiente, incluso si éramos demasiado tarde para ver a los perros.

Después de ver el precio del servicio de lavandería de nuestros hoteles, empezamos a buscar otras opciones. Nos vendieron en este lugar cuando anunciaron Scottish Terriers para mascotas. El servicio de lavandería es genial tanto en precio como en tiempo. El café es impresionante, y no puedo elogiar el lugar lo suficiente.

Nos estábamos quedando sin ropa limpia y encontramos este establecimiento en línea. Visitamos con 2 cargas para limpiar, mi esposa los separó ya que algunos necesitaban ser lavados por separado. Cuando llegamos nos golpearon la frente porque éramos de Texas. Pagué por adelantado, cuando los recogimos parecía que todo se lavaba en la misma carga y se secaba igual. Todos fueron puestos en 2 cestas en bolas cuando salieron de la secadora. Para empeorar las cosas, mi esposa fue a recogerlas, tuvo que doblarlas y le volvieron a cobrar. Recibimos un reembolso. 2 cargas cuesta $ 38 libras, lo que fue ridículo para lo que recibimos. Investigaría una lavandería de autoservicio. Nunca recomendaría lavandería Kafe,

Tuve que lavar la ropa un domingo por la tarde en Edimburgo y llegó al LaundryKafe. Cumplido por el propietario, había muchas cargas por delante, pero tomó mi ropa y dijo que se quedaría hasta tarde para terminarlo. Cuando regresé la ropa estaba completa y lista para llevar. Todo fue muy bien hecho a un precio justo y aprecio su gran servicio.

Necesita limpiar algunas prendas rápidamente mientras está de vacaciones. Encontrado en internet. Llegó con dos cargas y estaba fuera de la puerta (lavado y secado) en 90 minutos. Pudo tomar un café y un bollo mientras esperaba. Personal amable, servicial y acogedor. Los cuatro Scotties en la Kate eran un buen toque y eran amables. Toda la experiencia superó mis expectativas!

Mi marido y yo tuvimos unas vacaciones extensas y nos alojamos en Edimburgo en la tercera etapa de nuestro viaje. Nuestra ropa limpia se estaba agotando y necesitábamos servicios de lavandería. Llegamos al café de lavandería justo cuando abrieron a las 9: 00 . Inmediatamente nos ayudaron con nuestra lavandería, luego esperamos a que las máquinas ejecutaran sus ciclos. Este lugar está lleno de carácter y los cuatro perros Scottie que llegaron poco después de que llegamos allí eran absolutamente adorable y lleno de vida. We went here to get our laundry done. Findley is AMAZING. He stayed open longer just to finish our loads of wash. The set up is different from the states. You go in and he will wash as much as you can fit in a basket. He provides the detergent and fabric softener. We chose not to do softener. Our friends did one load and we did two loads. They were 19 GBP's per load. Then he tells you what time to come back or if you don't time it you just go back and your laundry is in a basket. We decided to wait so we had tea and coffee while waiting. Findley is super nice. His father was there, also. His father is a bit of a character but didn't take his comments personally. We were in desperate need for clean clothes as we had been traveling for 9 days already and had 15 more ahead of us! I had a sore throat and Findley suggested a tea that would help and he gave me salt to gargle with water when we got back to our hotel. It was the IBIS (South Bridge/Royal Mile) by the way and I DO NOT recommend that hotel! Anyway, it was raining when we were done and Findley suggested we take a taxi back so I wouldn't have to walk in the rain with my sore throat. He booked the taxi and it was there within minutes. BTW it was an OK walk from the IBIS but I was jut happy to stay dry with all our laundry! Super considerate and super nice. Our Laundry came out great and was so happy to have clean clothes, again. Highly recommend the Laundry Kafe!

Halfway through a two week holiday we needed laundry services. The Hilton recommended this shop and we were happily surprised at the ease and price of the services. The hotel prices were outrageous! We would definitely use this service again and recommend it to other travelers!

I am extremely disappointed with the service provided. After using this laundry service, 7 pairs of my wife’s Victoria’s Secret underwear and 3 socks went missing from the load. I distinctly remember placing them in the basket before dropping them off, and it wasn’t until I got home that I realized they were gone. When I called to report the issue, no explanation or resolution was offered. Strangely enough, all of my large men’s boxer shorts were returned intact—it seems only my wife’s underwear vanished. This raises serious concerns, especially considering the nature of the missing items. I understand there could have been a chance someone else in the shop mistakenly scooped them up while the staff were busy, as many people walk downstairs to drop off their laundry. However, if someone accidentally picked up 7 pairs of Victoria’s Secret underwear, I’m sure they would have returned them by now—or perhaps not. After reading other reviews, it seems that missing underwear from other customers’ wives is a recurring issue at this establishment. This pattern of complaints suggests a troubling ongoing problem. I will not be returning to this establishment, and I urge others to be cautious. This kind of unprofessionalism is unacceptable.

This is a brilliant place in the middle of Edinburgh! We had a great experience! Our laundry was clean and smelled fresh all for a really very decent price! The owner is incredibly friendly!!

Very nice and dog friendly laundry. In one hour and 1/2 we had everything clean and dry. The owner is such a kind person. You can also sit there and have sonething to drink and eat. And, by the way, the espresso is excellent. Highly recommended
