I’m coming up to Hartlepool for a week from Cambridgeshire and omg!!! These waffles are to die for! Great size and toppings. Good price for what you get. Will definitely be visiting again

Went in to this place for a cup of tea and some food it was empty when we arrived dark and gloomy but looked clean ordered two coffee lattes and a pot of tea when the drinks arrived they were tepid warm but not hot and two cheese and ham pininies and a hunters wrap drinks got served we waited 53minutes for the food to arrive only to be given wrong food went to the counter to explain the young lass was very rude and not helpful her colleague said she would get what I ordered when it arrived it was cold the hunters wrap had been reheated a few times it tasted like hard string the bacon was not cooked the coleslaw tasted like water I was very disappointed with the overall experience I would avoid this place next time I'm in seaton carew

During our initial visit to Larry's a few years back, we were met with impeccable standards – the venue was spotless, the staff welcoming, and the crepes delightful. Fast forward to our recent visit as a family of three, and it's disheartening to say that our expectations were not just unmet, but starkly disappointed. The establishment's cleanliness has notably declined; tables, chairs, and even the toilets were unkept, with the walls near us marred by uncleaned splatters. The ambiance was further dampened by the staff's apparent disinterest and lack of warmth. Gone were the delicate crepes we once savoured, replaced instead by overly thick, dry pancakes that bore more resemblance to the American style, served in such a disproportionate manner that necessitated additional plates. While the skin-on fries accompanying the burgers were passable, the burgers themselves were excessively greasy. Financially, the experience didn't translate to value for money – tallying over £45 for three, encompassing a less than satisfactory latte, a can of Fanta, a fruit shoot, the aforementioned pancakes, two greasy burgers, and subpar fries. The coleslaw's potential was lost to its poorly prepared vegetables. It's with a heavy heart we conclude that Larry's, once a cherished spot during our Seaton Carew visits, will no longer be a stopping point for us. The steep prices don't justify the underwhelming experience and noticeable decline in upkeep. A true letdown from what used to be a highlight.

Called to Seaton Carew for a few hours. Called in here for a coffee before going home. Nicely set out,clean and tidy,staff very pleasant. Good menu covering from breakfast to lunch to quick snacks and drinks.

This place is amazing. Fast friendly service and the food is to die for! The portions are massive and the price is very reasonable. Everyone enjoyed their food and it’s one of the top five places I’ve eaten. Hats of to the chefs. Highly recommend 5*

Little expensive if you have a few kids but a lovely treat on a sunny weekend.

2nd visit...its really great...the big breakfast knocked me out...also the way was served...in a huge metal tray..the mushrooms were 😀 magic..well done...

Well today the food was aweful, and sand/grit in the salad, wouldnt have 2 starred it if anyone was bothered 35 quid for lunch isn't cheap really and when 3 of us are eating sandy grit it kinda puts you off, complained to a waitress and still waiting for the cook to come back from his break. Sad times

Really tasty food! The onion rings were freshly made and the pizza fries were delicious! The sundae and waffle we order were super tasty too! Totally recommend if looking for some where to eat in Seaton Carew.

We only had a drink in here but the food looked amazing. Will certainly visit again, staff were really nice and it was very clean.

dont reccocmend, first we orderd a bacon and sausge bun and a kids meal with hot dogs and chips and the bacon and sausge bun came in a sandwitch and the bread was disgusting and then we tryed the chips and the after taste was horrible i wouldnt reccomend taking your family here

They have a great selection of milkshakes and desserts. The business are working well following government guidelines for COVID so you can feel safe either ordering to take away or eating inside. would recommend 👌

Good selection of food and ice creams

So, I had a hole in my tooth so I couldn't eat anything but I wasn't going to deny my wife and kids a glorious looking dessert. Not thinking anything of it they ordered and I had nothing. Then the lady who served us brought over what could only be described as a beautiful waffle flavoured sculpture that could rival the Mona Lisa as a work of art. She ate it lovingly while looking me in the eye and I hated her for it. But being the wonderful husband I am I soldiered on. I will be back as I am owed a waffle, I spotted a Bueno waffle on the menu, it's mine and I wants it......see you soon.

Everything was done properly signed in with app Sanatized hands asked to take a seat and member of staff came took order and paid and order was delivered

Visited here for tea time with kids. Order nachos, sandwich, nuggets and wedges. Nachos didn't have any guacamole and it was more nachos than filling and also I was disgusted with the sandwich! The bread was cold and dry/stale (from frozen) and the filling fell out due to dry bread having no butter. Wasn't ImPressed spec for the price.

After ordering 3 hot chocolates, a waffle and a crepe, I was still refused a piece of fruit for my 5 year old nephew. I was quite happy to pay for it too.........speechless.......

We had a bit of a wait for food as it was quite busy but when it arrived it was lovely. Milkshakes and soda floats went down well too.

Had latte with chocolate sprinkle on it , had to send back as latte doesnt have chocolate on and one of us is celiac gluten free . They chsnged it as didn't know if it was gluten free . Chips tasteless and cold . Chicken nuggets horrid .

Popped in for a bite to eat with a young child and a baby and couldn't have been more impressed! The restaurant is very spacious so I could navigate my huge bulky pram to my chosen table, the staff were extremely polite! I was confidently directed to baby changing facilities very close by which were clean and easy to use. The food was absolutely fantastic and I found the prices to be extremely reasonable too! Will definitely be visiting again real soon! 5*

For a decent cup of tea, coffee and snack with friendly staff, takes some beating in Seaton Carew.

If you’re in the mood for a seaside, retro food parlour straight of the world of Grease look no further than Fizzy Izzy’s. The atmosphere here has a buzz to it and together with the decor which reminds me of an American diner. I do have to say though that the sofas are very tough and not too comfortable to sit on. They could do with adding some cushions to those and maybe adding some more options to the menu as its a little restricted. When I was there with my partner we we were impressed by the selection of American drinks, snapple being our favourite. The ice cream and sweet selection also looked good and I urge people to give them a go. If your not too full after munching down on their food the place is connected to a bowling alley and arcade which you can get to easily through the doors to the side. They’re open 10am to 8pm all week apart from Saturday where they give us an extra hour till 9pm. Go pay them a visit.

I ordered hotdog and chips for Jacob and jacket potato with cheese and beans. The jacket potato was ok ,the hot dog was small and the chips looked like matchstick but nice according to Jacob, the burger that was ordered was very greasy and didn't look if it tasted nice, I found that this place was expensive and didn't have a decent selection to choose from as I struggled to find something for me , the jacked potato did come with salad (side) I won't be going back there as I didn't enjoy the experience

Service was quick. Food was good...kids enjoyed. However i have given 3 stars on the basis that everything is so much smaller in portion size than it used to be. I would have said no to the kids going if id known it had changed that much....even the coffees are a bit of a rip off!! Tiny cups for £3?! Wont be going back any time soon....

Clean, friendly, spacious in a really nice but often overlooked Seaton Carew. Fully recommend the breakfast bun an absolute steal at under four pounds. Attentive staff but be aware all foods cooked to order so not a fast food outlet, which simply adds to it's charm 10/10
