It's a good chippy we normally have fish and chips big portions they do other options like kebabs

I just hate this fish n chips because they did not cook fresh poor fish not good worst in Rochdale

First time I visited here, very pleasantly surprise by quality of fish and chips.

This Chippy is arguably the best in England. A real hidden gem. The fish is always freshly made with a crispy batter and succulent fish. Chips are the best as are the curries. A must for ya Tea! Staff don't stand around much as they are super busy and friendly. Which I why I always tip them in the bucket on the counter

Amazing Food and Staff friendly I am a Vegetarian went to a chip shop earlier and chips were shocking so had to find online a nice chip shop really glad came across Langley friary Chips were Georgous NO Greese and thick chips fair large portion as welI will highly recommend to come here I'm sure the fish will be amazing as well so what you waiting for guys stop reading and go get your amazing food you wont be disserpointed I will be back at some point would give 10*s.

Friendly service, good choices, lovely food, but a little expensive but it does depend on what your having and how many your ordering.

Moved from wigan down to langley to live with my partner and he introduced me to langley friery and omg it's the best chippy iv ever had

Friday fish and chips. My fish was very good quality - albeit they only do regular size, but the batter was perfect with lots of crispiness and the fish was fresh and flakey. The chips were okay, nothing to complain about. Peas and English curry sauce were spot on. All in all, top drawer.

Not great even thought it can be busy. Very pricey.

I get the fish deal every week and it's by far the best fish and chips i've had for a long time. Good portion size (even for a small) and great value for money with a drink and peas. Highly recommended.

The kebabs in here are to die for. Must try if you've never been before.

Best chicken tikka and chips with garlic sauce you've ever had. I drive 30 minutes down the motorway for it.

Very good delicious fish & chips. Beware they only take cash, but there is a cash machine next door! The Chinese curry sauce, gravy & peas were also top rated.

Think of it as a chippy on steroids. As well as really nice fish and chips they also do excellent burgers and kebabs. Also, unlike most other chippies in the area, they don't shut early. Friendly staff too. Not being on Just Eat doesn't seem to do them any harm and, in fact, the place is good enough to justify getting your coat on.

Ordered 2 chicken tikka kebabs and 2 spam fritters was nice also had 2 donners and a tray of kabab meat everyone who had the donner meat was sick hours after eating it

Normally great chippy however, my daughter just got me chips, fish, peas and gravy. Opened it and ended up basically chips and a smudge of gravy with the peas and fish on top with no gravy not cheap at just under £10. Who even put it together that way? Train your staff properly! Bought tonight 16th Dec at about 7.45pm I am not happy!

First time tonight will definitely return. Fish was nicely cooked and very tasty, went down very well with the family. It was a big order during the final hour of opening and didn’t phase them at all , Chippy had 4-5 other customers in, everything cooked fresh to order and I was on my way within 10 mins.

Fantastic chippy! I've tried all the ones in the Middleton and North Manchester area, and this one definitely comes out on top. Food is always fresh, portions are generous and service is always fast and friendly. Prices are also very reasonable compared to other chippies in the area. Never had a single bad experience here in the 8 years of coming here, and neither have any friends or family who have visited. Highly recommend this place for guaranteed, decent food every single time.

Fantastic community sport shown by these lovelies this evening, we'd had a smashing experience during a house move and needed to sweep the glass up, so very greatful to Langley friery to letting us borrow a brush and shovel, food smelt delicious and sore plenty of customers leaving with a smile on their face, I'm sure we'll meet again when we're in need of a chippy not just a brush, thanks again guys
