Best chippy ever! Staff are so friendly, kind and funny. Great atmosphere. Food is amazing and delicious. Would 100% recommend. Its my favourite and won’t order from anywhere else absolutely love it

I ordered doner meat pizza with coke cola from here it was really yummy and fresh, everyone should give it a try!

Steak pie was quite good. Didn't have any chips because they looked old and dry. The black pudding was delicious but the batter was inedible. It was thin and dry and brittle. Had to pick it off and feed it to the birds

A few months ago this place was good but it must have changed hands as now you get old chips, and lower quality produce. Been twice in the last couple of weeks and it's garbage, not much better than dug food. Better places in Gala than this shower...choose wisely.

Food is stinking here, reheats from the night before and try to pass it off as fresh Our burger in batter was so hard it bounced off the door and left a dent in the door, failed food hygene and keeps changing names on just eat to avoid being noticed. These people are disgusting and i wouldnt risk my health visiting this establishment. Gino needs to stop being on the council and bailing out fellow Italians who cant even make toast let alone anything else. Shameful

AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!! The second time I've ordered and they have mucked up! The first time they completely forgot to send a whole supper and juice and waited over half an hour on it arriving. This time they completely ignored special requests, and got my 6 year old daughter's order wrong. When I called they said they would send out another. After half an hour and my daughter complaining of being starving, I went out and bought something else. Just back from our holiday last thing we wanted to do. I then called and said I wanted my money back, I was told when the driver came back they would send him straight out with my refund. It's now been 2 hours, and I've called twice since and been told they are too busy, and in so many words I'll just have to wait. It's almost 9pm on a Sunday. I ordered just after 5pm. Absolutely disgusting customer service!

Ordered from Mealzo with discount, honestly loved the pizza. Will defo order again w the family. Got the food so quick, the guy working there was so polite. keep up the good work​👍🏻​

The most disappointing chippy I've experienced. Used the website to order called after an hour to get update, order not received. Gave order over the phone called back 30 mins later order still not left. Kicked up a fuss order just being put together. Order arrived after 9pm a good hour plus after time given on website. Given a bottle of Coca-Cola as a sorry. Very very very disappointed. Will definitely not use website again and although Langlee Chippy said the order hadn't gone through that was not my problem. It told me the items ordered, the time of delivery and the cost. I wasn't to know that it hadn't gone through to the chippy. The meal arrived was eaten but not enjoyed.

The Fish Supper is amazing but the pizza is awful they need to work on their pizzas it tasted like there was no sauce on it.

Would have gave no stars if I could. Owner Mario is absolutely rude and arrogant, particularly to woman it would seem, misogynistic? That aside, food is totally rotten. Kicking myself I gave this place another chance. Chicken Pakora inedible, could not get my teeth into it. Cannot believe someone gets away with treating customers as he does. Never ever write a bad review (and I write alot) even when receiving bad food, alot can be forgiven with nice customer service...but with this place you get a double whammy. Sort the attitude out Mario, it stinks!

Chips and fried stuff normally good but chips are reheated and overcooked the kebab meat is shocking quality always burnt big chunks or under cooked meat last time I order from the have just put most of it in the bin

I recently had 2 suppers which were as good as can be expected. The fish was tasteless, as per the normal round here, but it was freshly cooked as it was a busy time. Some days later I decided to order a delivery using Mario's app. Easy enough to set up. Expected delivery time 45mins. Ordered at 7pm After 2hrs no delivery, I tried phoning, continually for ages. The phone rang but no one answered. 3 and a half hours later at 10.30 it turned up. Almost a world record I'm sure. I refused to accept the food. Best avoid arranging any takeaways at peak times and weekends from any food outlet. They cannot cope with the demand. If you order at other times expect cold stale chips. Its the norm. Langley chippie is as good as any round here. They are all inconsistent. .

Waiting over 2hours for a delivery phoned them up an got abuse so cancelled it they hung up straight away absolute joke.....crollas it is for me now on

Sure they gave me food but it wasn't what I ordered, simply one slice of meat and when I called they proceeded to say I was wrong. Never again thanks.

Food was over 2 hours late and when i had issues getting a refund as wanted to cancel my order they told me i could do it on the just eat app, when i phoned back to tell them there wasn’t an option for that the man asked me if i had been drinking. So rude!! Last time ill be ordering, thats the second time my foods been extremely late, now i know its not just a one of. My partner kept his order, was ordered at half 6 and didn’t arrive until 10pm!!! Ridiculous

Appalling chips....reheated several times and at £2.90 a portion, disgusting!!! If a chippy cannot provide a decent portion of chips, they should not be in business....a greasy dump!! AVOID

Absolutely disgusting.£10 for donna meat/chips and chips cheese and curry sauce. Absolutely disgusted with the place chips were brown and chewy the curry sauce was pure water.For £10 i would expect better.

My experience tonight: I Called in an order for 2 pizzas, was told to collect in 10mins, I waited 10mins and went to collect. I told them I had an order to collect which she acknowledged so I stood back and waited. After 10 mins I noticed some pizzas getting put in, I asked if they were mine and she said they were. To top it off the girl serving wasn't wearing a face covering and the other 2 'chefs' had theirs on their chin. So yeah, I won't be back.

Owner was the rudest proprietor, I have had the misfortune to meet. Arrogant, obtuse and downright vexatious. The food was marginally better Not hard to achieve that.

Told him his chippy cheeseburger wasnt the same as the time before that. He started a huge argument all because I said his cheese burgers weren't the same.. customer lost all for being nice and honest and he forgot my brown sauce. More interested speaking on his phone than listening

Asked for a donner pizza with red onions, the guy moaned about not having enough donner meat!! It showed in the pizza hardly any on it and no red onions either, and it was only 8.30 pm! Won't be back

The sign said "Every Tuesday all suppers £3:50" (every Wednesday "Buy one supper get the second one half price") so as it is Tuesday I thought great, one fish supper please. I was charged the full £6:50 menu price.........make sure that you check your change! As for me.......I won't be back (pensioner)

Best place in the area. Easily the best chilli sauce. Not weak like everywhere else. When that s**t is in your meal you know about it....🔥🌶

Shite!! Waited 2 hours for a delivery for a pizza and chips and the pizza was doey looked like it had been cooked for about 2 mins. Also they didnt cut the pizza had to put it in the oven and recook and cut it myself!! Shocking wont be back :///

Probably the best chineese takeaway out of them all that are in galasheils. The prices are very good and the delivery is good aswell. I have ordered here on a few diffrent occasions and have never been disappointed. Well worth it if looking for good chineese food.
