I only order beef dishes from here and they all taste amazing- I don't order chicken or pork. Lunch deal is fantastic value but i often go for dinner. Its a fast casual no fuss dining experience. It's cheap, cheerful and filling. Beef brisket is delicious

Food here is amazing. Staff really looked after me. This is now my favourite in Manchester. Great sized portions, amazing use of spices . Flavours were out of this world

went there at 13:30 Saturday and there was only 1 customer, but gave this place a try anyway and immediately regret it. The food is not fresh for sure the rice is was 2 days or more leftover the chicken meet is very hard to chew and it found piece of chicken where half was completely dry

They offer a huge menu and we didn't understand what they were. We just wanted a chicken fried rice and ended up with a chicken cashew with egg rice on the side. The chicken was bland and had a weird after taste and the rice was mushy. The server didn't know English that well we asked for soy sauce and he didn't understand. We asked for hot sauce and he brought sweet chilli. The food was disgusting.

I ordered from Deliveroo and I was very impressed with the food. The rating there are 4.7 stars (435 reviews). I ordered the Twice Cooked Belly Pork and Kung Pao Chicken from the Classic Hot Dish mains selection. This selection comes with steamed rice per main, which is a nice little touch. Unlike some of the other takeaways you might get, this restaurant serves authentic Chinese food. I'm very pleased and will likely order from here again. If you are ordering from Deliveroo, however, do allow an extra 10mins or so as the time for delivery is always adjusted.

It was very delicious. Even though I only went there after 9 p.m., everyone was friendly and I got something really tasty to eat very quickly. Completely satisfied.

Dropped in for lunch. Tried to order more than two dishes for lunch but was told it wasn't possible? However, the twice-cooked pork and minced pork with aubergine were excellent! Accompanied by decent portions of rice as well. All for £9/head.

I never write reviews, but I have to about this place. I am one of these people who travel the world and work internationally. I have to tell you that this is one of the best Chinese restaurants you will find. The staff are delightful and extremely helpful. The food is fabulous. The food is interesting hot and fresh. It is not expensive. It is delightful to be here. I’m very grateful for a superb meal. I strongly encourage you to come also by the way, there are particularly good options for vegetarians. Order from Deliveroo.. it was not the first time because I love this dish taste is great, BUT as a last 2 phone calls I asked them to put less chili in there but as a picture see they forgot again (I eat mos of the chili). Food taste is great but the chili kill the flavour.

Lovely restaurant with incredible, authentic food

The supermarket has a variety of products. Especially main products imported from Taiwan! 👍🏻

It is a Sichuan restaurant, which means hot and spicy food. It is in general authentic l. But as I grow up in China, I won’t be very impressed. Actually my favourite dish here is the large pork shoulder. It is not very spicy either.

I can't speak about the restaurant but the shop is stupidly expensive. They didn't have some basic ingredient so I had to go to the other Asian shops in town and found everything I bought here way cheaper. Even the Korean shop next door is cheaper! Waste of money and time. Won't be coming back.

You can't pay by card if you spent less than 10 pounds unless you are willing to pay 50 p extra for card payment? What kind of dark economy is going on in this place? Any one know where I can report this?

中规中矩的中餐馆，可点菜，烧烤，也提供单人份量饭。不知道之前的差评什么情况，感觉像是另一家餐馆的评价。

东西特别齐全，但是价格比较贵，跟中国城的其他中超相比，贵了一大截。 主要是离家近，很方便。

Fake face masks with poor quality can not be used at all, and the male boss in the supermarket has a bad attitude.

Ordered online the offer of pork soup and seafood noodles. Only around a tenner for both. The soup was a bit greasy but ok. The seafood noodles was good. You do get a lot. Overall i would like to try the mean menu next time. Can't fault it for the price. Would be disappointed if I paid more for it.

The cashier in the supermarket who is a middle-aged man is very rude.

I’ve ordered 2 soups and they lost it. I was in the restaurant and they refused to make me another one. Please don’t order from these people as they laugh in my face telling me to “fxxx of”.

Considered as authentic sichuan cuisine, they offer lunch sets at affordable pricing of 7, with additional 1 pound if it's not lunch hours. Service and ambient was ok 还算正宗，味道不错，也挺大份的 午餐时间的盖饭面条类是7磅，过了午餐时间就另外加1磅 整体不错

菜乱改日期标签，第一次买鱼到家发现生蛆了 第二次去买米，买的SUSHI RICE和以前亚马逊买的同一个牌子，做出来的米竟然完全不同，估计又是假货，简直气死了。再也不去了

Food is okay and restaurant is clean. But I do not like the way that woman staff treats me. She is absolutely rude and gave me terrible service. The woman waitress who works in counter and helping to pay.

When I checkout I left the counter to grab sth during which the staff put two extra items on bills. This is really a terrible dishonesty, remember to double check the bill when you do shopping in this store. 请记得结完账核对账单，店员会趁你不注意多加你没买的。

Rude service from the waitresses. Didn't feel welcoming at all. It was a terrible experience esp when I was bringing a guest along. Food was overpriced where you can get more decent food with the amount of money that you are paying.

The dish we had, which was malaxiangguo （麻辣香锅）is written in Chinese on the menu and was perfect for the price. Very authentic taste and very spicy that I like it. (Be careful if you not used to spicy food) There was a slight mixup with the tea we chose being served cold, maybe not clear on the menu, but they they give a free hot tea in replacement and the price was good for everything. Would go again after this first time I visited. I lived in China for many years and felt the dishes we ate made me want to go back again soon.

Very Good food and excellent value for money

I never went in to the restaurant but I often shopped at the Chinese store downstairs. It offers quite lot of choices and fresh produce e.g veggies, tofu, soy milk, ramen noodle, fish balls, frozen dumplings, etc. The price is okay considering the good quality products and the strategic location.

The set menu had so huge portion that I had to pack it for the next meal. No additional charges for packing the meal, which was really nice gesture. The food was overall okay but the sweet corn soup was too salty and starchy with barely few sweet corns.

Very slow service at lunch times and seeing the other reviews pointing out the 0/5 Hygiene rating its perhaps not surprising that it made me ill.

Sauber und ohne Kitsch; freundlich und schnell. Ich war alleine hier und habe ein Tofu-Gericht gegessen, das wirklich lecker war und viel frisches Gemüse enthielt. Die Portionen waren großzügig bemessen. Der Geschmack war prima. Ist jetzt nicht das tollste Restaurant der Welt, aber absolut in Ordnung und solide. Würde wieder hingehen!

食材很差！都是用很重的调料掩盖很不新鲜的食材。以前吃酥羊排都没有辣椒，这次竟然放辣椒，以往基本都是瘦肉，这次百分之九十都是肥肉，几乎没有能吃的肉！全是各种调料！点的上汤豆苗，里面皮蛋都是硬的，不知道放了多久，豆苗都是生的根本没有熟。而且菜里面竟然有塑料泡沫！！WTF？！楼下超市可以刷卡，餐厅不能刷卡，强迫我付现金。一家良心被狗吃了的餐厅，早日倒闭

A good clean and comfortable restaurant. Rather an extensive menu, which can take some time to read through. Portions are of good size. Most days there is an offer of a 'set menu' - a special from a limited amount of dishes for a very reasonably priced fee. There are a set of stairs to climb to get into this restaurant, however there is a modern working lift that also goes to the same entrance floor. On the day we visited there were only a handful of staff and service was not the fastest imaginable. If in a rush, maybe this will hinder a customer. Takeout is available and group bookings are taken.

They got 0 in hygiene rating. My first time I ran to the toilet while eating food. LOL

Always come here as I live close by. My favorite chinese restaurant and supermarket. The price is quiet high but the food and beer is worth it.

Food's alright and a decent price but the service is terrible. Extremely slow and all the food is brought out separately, won't be going back again.

Had a good meal on Monday , went back tonight and ordered the same. We got the wrong dish despite showing the waiter the picture and he brought the wrong noodles. He then brought the right dish , which was obviously so rushed the chicken was hardly cooked. It even looked totally different to the previous evening. The noodles were also rushed and came out wet and tasteless. Their excuse......its a different chef tonight ! He cooks it's differently. Hit and miss if you get a good meal ...obviously depending on the chef ! Think I will be sticking to Chinatown.
