Lovely food. Really enjoyed the set meal.

The starter was old dry on un eatable kebab was from three days ago. Onion budgie were rock hard and the chicken tikka was old. You couldn’t eat it.

Brilliant value I always get the korma for my son and nan bread is delicious

We always have our kebabs from Lalahs and tonight we ordered chicken tikka and doner on naan….it was huge!!! The naan was thin and crispy round the edges, tons of chicken and doner and the salad was lovely!! Absolutely delicious and could easily have fed 4 people, it was bigger than the deluxe kebab for 2 people5⭐️

Love everything I’ve ever ordered from this place and the delivery guy even delivers it unlike most who phone you to go find them!!! 5 ⭐️ all day everyday 😊

Food came absolutely swimming in hot sauce to the point it wasn't edible. Food was freezing and to top it off I only got a fiver refund from a 25 meal that was could and couldn't eat

It never happened with lalahs before, but this one time the food wasn't delivered to me at all by their uber driver, I had to reorder my food again, I'm very disappointed that they couldn't help me with this issue or did not asked me anything further to help with this matter.

I enjoyed the food the only thing i ordered shatkora donner with chips their was very less chips with the shatkora donner. Wasnt to keen on that

I had to call the restaurant to find out where my order was and they said they’ll be 10/15 after I order it over an hour ago I don’t think the food was even prepared. The kebabs was good but the pizza was undercooked.

Authentic dishes and staff are amazing.

I ordered a big kebab, arrived with no salad or sauce which i asked for everything come plain n greasy. And also my jalfrazi was raw disgusting 🤮 👎🏻 neva again!!

Took well over an hour for the food to arrive. Theyre probably very busy because it is a popular takeaway so I get it. But On the other hand, the food was lovely but the donner meat was too salty

Poor service, many times from these guys. Mixed up orders multiple times not gonna use again.. Sharpen your pencil order guy.. Gutted I give them another chance . Useless taking orders over phone.. Very miffed.

Messed order up, rang up n left me on hold only to hang up. Stupid people working there, trust me don't order from these clowns, man's response is 'it wasn't me that wrapped up' proper joke

First time trying, I thought I'd ordered the mixed kebab including mushrooms and onions, but there were none. food was delicious and I'd order again.

order 50.00 worth of food which I thought was dear to begin with but then gkt a phone call to be told they had no pizza's so I needed to swap that for something else (which I did) then when the ordered came it was missing half of it and when we rang we was just told ohh we will get it to you soon absolutely terrible service the chips had hardly no potato in them the chicken nuggets had been cooked for to long and was hard

Very late and wasn't helpful at all. Said it was delivered on the app when it wasn't.. .the guy on the phone said he put chips in extra for being late which we didn't receive either. Absolute joke!!

Food was cold all over the bag the curry was everywhere hard to eat to be honest very soggy

Ordere food from here waited over a hour and half for them to say it's been delivered after speaking to the take away I was informed that they had handed the food to someone with out asking if the food was there's and proceed to then say there wasn't wiling to do anything about the order and I should just contact just eat for a refund. Customer service was shocking will not be ordering from here again.

This was the best takeaway i've ever been to Customer service,Food and the atmosphere is extremely uplifting,Workers have good relations with customers and never fail to deliver the best food.Would definitely recommend.

Very poor food quality set under cooked food and then blamed the delivery driver spoke to staff on the phone and got abuse over the phone do not order waste of your money

I have always had very good service from LaLa's. They are always good at delivering on time. The telephone service is second to none. Keep it up.

Very poor customer service , Rang couple of times staff said they ran out of donner . They said order would be here in an 1hour . Ordered at 7:30pm delivered food at 9:00pm. Staff was not apologetic at all .

The chicken on the burger is burnt

Chicken Rogon, chicken bhuna, Chicken biryani, mix shashlick, etc are to die for. Food is so good. 😋 👍

Place needs to fix up very rude staff

Staff here are extremely rude! Absolutely no customer service skills. Don’t bother placing an order - it’ll come 2.5 hours later - the staff will blame you for not calling despite getting in touch multiple times! Go elsewhere. No food is worth a 2.5 hour wait on a Wednesday smothered with a drizzle of abuse from the staff.

Ordered food said it would take 45 mins. Rang after 1 hour said it would take longer because donner is not cooked yet, we asked if we could pick up if it would be quicker they said no as donner needs to cook. Rang again after 1.5 hours they said they are packing it. Rang after 2 hours to cancel as kids have gone to sleep, they said do not order again in a rude manner . Awful customer service please avoid. Not even worth 1 star

Food is appalling to say the least. Used to be a favourite, but soo much has changed. Deluxe kebab for 2 does not have the same massala sauce as before, the seekh kebab are now shop baught not made like before and the lamb tikka is nowhere to be seen. And prices are ridiculous. Never again

Whenever I order this is the only place o use for kebabs I order regular from here. All the staff are very polite and food is lovely, kitchen is clean and very reasonably priced.

Absolutely awful , delivery driver took twenty minutes to find us . The stater was over cooked and obviously cold tasted of old fat Main was supposed to be an aromatic mild curry it came laced with white pepper sauce was dreadful the the chicken had had the life boiled out of it tasteless The chips had been overcooked and charged £3.00 for the pleasure Don’t go there it’s really bad !!!!!

Ordered the mega kebab for 2. Food was edible, wasn’t overly hot and definitely for one not 2. Tried once, never again.

In Bangladesh, I can order food online and pay for it online. Here, cash only! Moral of the story, Oldham is still stuck in the 90’s and Bangladesh has progressed further being a third world country.

Ordered 2 hours ago and still waiting. When phoned I only get told their busy and just packing the order up. Ordered for kids but they go bed soon so having to make them something instead. Very rare they get take away as its only for a treat and they still won't tonight because of how long they are taking.

Food is good but sundries are a a little overpriced

The best kebab in Oldham without question. They set the bar over 12 yrs ago, and they've never been beaten. It's Deluxe for a reason 😗👌 (chefs kiss)

Would rate 1 star if possible, ordered from here and the food looks nice on website but in reality this was nothing like that. I will add photos of the overcooked pizza with hardly any toppings on and the donor that was probably left until the end of the night that was chopped with a knife not a machine.

guy on the phone is so rude...i am very dissapointed with the service..i only asked what size pizza they do and the guy turned round and said " do you want to get your order right before placing an order" i would not recommend that place as it has happened the second time and it is always that 1 person who picks up the phone...eerrggghhhhh
