Laksa in Swindon

We were just told about this place recently and being half Malaysian my ears pricked and we came as soon as we could, the menu is limited but what we had on it was excellent, the curry laksa, chicken curry puff and the special of the day Char kuey Teow was brilliant and tasted just as it had from Malaysia. The service was excellent and food is cooked frest so be prepared for a little wait, my mother and her friend and I will return to try the rest of the menu, can't wait until the special is nasi lemak.

Visited here on Saturday afternoon around 4pm when most restaurants in Swindon have closed; and were greeted with a clean, light and spacious restaurant(no easy task in Gorse Hill!!) The owner explained some of the dishes to us, we ordered and were eating 10 minutes later, we’d never had Indonesian food before but it was delicious, similar to Thai or Chinese but definitely different. We had a main course each and a drink and it was £19 great value. Plenty of free parking right outside. We’ll be back...

A fairly new restaurant and I had not had true Malaysian meals before so was eager to try it. Had a lunch meal there and really enjoyed it. I have had laksa before from supermarkets, but not the real thing, so had that. A wonderful spicy dish that I thoroughly recommend. I will definitely be going there again and recommend everyone to try it. It is not a large restaurant and a bit of a hidden gem, tucked behind the CoOp in Gorse Hill.

Excellent service great food something needed in Swindon worth a visit open in the evening will come back again

This is the best Malaysian Restaurant I have ever had outside of South East Asia and I lived in Singapore for 26 years
