La Pino'z Pizza in Harrow

We are a regular customer here but today we had horrible experience ..we ordered giant pizza for collection and the person in charge gave the pizza just with one packet of seasoning .After I requested for few others as it's a big pizza he gave me one more that too as if doing a favor ..I asked its not how we get it usually he said we just give two and when I asked to provide chilli flakes he initially said with attitude we don't provide chilli flakes🤨 I mean ..then I had to tell him again that seasoning and chilli flakes are always provided to us with pizza.. he said that we don't have ..I am totally disappointed with this behaviour and the way we are dealt with zero hospitality..don't think I am gonna visit this outlet again

This is the best pizza ever. The sauce is so creamy and the owners are so friendly, especially that tall kid lol. The paneer and seasoning are top notch. Well done!

We had an amazing experience at La Pino'z Pizza! The Seven Cheese pizza was a delightful blend of rich, gooey goodness, and the Las Vegas pizza packed a punch with its bold, savory flavors. The crust was perfectly crispy, and the toppings were generous. To top it all off, we indulged in their Choco Lava for dessert – a warm, molten treat that perfectly capped our meal. Special shoutout to Tejas from the staff, who was friendly, attentive, and made our visit even better. Highly recommend!

I have never seen such quality and taste in uk since 10 years. I tried 1st time yesterday and i loved it. I forever decided that ny 1st preference will be la pinos and now I will avoid eating from all those high street pizza places.

On September 2, 2024, I placed an order for pizza through their app, but it was delivered late and cold. The delivery driver claimed that the store had provided him with the wrong address. When I attempted to contact the store, no one answered, so I left a review on the app. The next day, I received a call from Mr. Patel, offering me another order, which I declined for the same day I said when I needed I will give you a call for the new order and he said okay that’s fine. So On September 5, 2024, I placed a new order with the store, scheduled for delivery at 22:45. However, at 17:00, I received a call from the store claiming that the pizza had already been delivered the previous day. I informed them that I had not received any delivery, and they insisted that their driver had delivered it to my house and even called me. I requested to speak to the driver and asked for their name and number, but the store refused. I find it unacceptable that the store would claim to have delivered an order when I was not even present at the address, and no one from the store or the driver had contacted me. I have attempted to call the store today (05/09/24) 13 times to resolve this issue, but they have blocked my number. This experience is not about seeking compensation; it's about the lies and poor service that La Pino'z is providing to its customers. I hope they will take steps to improve their service and honesty.

Best pizza, very tasty and delicious. The Staff is very polite and friendly - specially Mr. TEJAS very attentive to customers even in busy time. Shop is high in Hygiene level all checklist ticked. Must recommended.

Not good customer service at all .. staff behaviour is good with only his friends not with actual customers… and you need to call staff after waiting long time to place your order…

The pizza was good but the reception person was rude he didn't reply in a good manner and he didn't want to listen to me and want to reply.

I just found this from Ronak who was giving out leaflets at Harrow town centre so i visited with my friends and food and service was amazing. Mr Tejas was serving and making pizza. We were impressed by his service and he also explained how they maintain the hyzine.

I was living in Uk since from 2010 and I didn't get good Indian taste but one man I see on roads who distribute leaflet and I meet so he tells me about la pinoz in uk and tells me good deals and when I visit the man was there and he treats me good and when I taste pizza so it's like Indian taste. Good taste and I will give 10 rating and +10 for that man is Ashish. I will prefer la pinoz only.

I ordered pizza from La pinoz and I was confused which pizza I should order for my company party so Tejas suggested me I should try paneer tikka masala, chicken tikka lababdar and Farm villa and We all like the taste of pizza , it was very yummy and The food is excellent, generous portions and great prices. Not at all worth spending a penny for vegetarian or Jain options. Also, all the offers are misleading and waste of money. There are few more better options available nearby. Not even worth a try.

A very expensive price point for very poor quality pizzas. You can tell the dough was old as the pizza was chewy. It is highly expensive but I am not sure what premium I paid for. My tummy was feeling pretty down after the pizza I guess because the dough is not fresh at all. Will not be ordering again for sure!

I have been a regular customer of La pinoz. Since they are open. Earlier they us Eto deliver it for free without any price restrictions, now they literally charging fortune. You will get the same pizzas from farmhouse for much better prices. This place has started looting literally.

I have just switched from being a Pizza Hut customer after so many years, to a new La pino z Customer & was greeted on the phone today by their lovely staff member called Tejas who was very pleasant & helpful on the phone, whilst I was ordering our pizza, he handled our order beautifully & gave my mum who is registered blind the best deal possible, to which we can’t bless this lovely la pino z staff member enough!!!! Tejas customer service was outstanding & La pino z seriously needs to promote Tejas,Harwinder,Bhupinder to the highest position in the company with the highest salary possible, would love to See my words turn into action real soon! We were offered Paneer Tikka Butter masala by Tejas. We simply loved it. The courtesy offered to us was remarkable and the pricing was good along with the service and good gesture. We will recommend there all the dishes which reminds you the taste original of India.

Awful service. We ordered 2 pizzas in the restaurant, and the owner told us it will only take 15 mins. Pizza arrived after 30 mins and the 2nd pizza 15 mins after that! Staff were totally unhelpful and incompetent. I feel sorry for the owner who was extremely pleasant but she’s being let down by poor staff Pizza when it came finally was nice.

Such a beautiful and same like Indian test......

We had their pizzas for Rakshabandhan, delivered. For veggies, all had paneer pieces in them! Neither the margarita or veggie had ANY kind of Italian herbs in them and the sauce had no tomato taste and was bland. The actual base was uncooked and there was a lot of cheese topping. Overall the pizzas were not pizzas at all, and perhaps I've had the worst tasting pizzas ever. Not sure why so many people queue outside these places, or why so many are giving a higher star review ( sounds fishy!) - they need to go to an ITALIAN RESTAURANT to see what a true pizza tastes like. The the sizes were smaller for the high price - a complete rip off. I am disappointed and sad that this chain is so popular in India, where the public generally has a very sophisticated taste! The chef needs to use Italian herbs, salt, tomato made and let the pizzas cook for longer until the base is browned. We won't be eating from this chain anymore

I really like this place. They serve pretty good pizza, pizza have their own style of root beer. The decor is interesting in itself and gives it a rather hometown feel. Five stars for uniqueness.

On my way back home to Birmingham, I decided on a Take Away. My restaurant of choice was closed and as a result I went to La Pinoz Pizza. I could not have been anymore impressed with every aspect of La Pinoz. The location was spotlessly clean, a good view into the kitchen (which was also very clean) made for a reassuring change to the usual where you can't see how your food is being prepared. The staff were all very helpful and attentive, with excellent advice on the numerous offers available as well as recommendations from the menu. The owner of the business (Aruna Ben) took the time to introduce herself and her passion for outstanding Pizza! The food was simply the best, in all my 52 and a bit years the La Pinoz pizza was the best I've ever had. The only words which can do justice to this amazing restaurant are "go try it for yourselves, you will not be disappointed".
