Locale in stile italiano nel centro di Londra ,dove puoi trovare diversi tipi di dolci ,panini e insalate. Bello anche come luogo d' incontro per prendersi 2 caffè e scambiarsi 2 chiacchiere. Non è male!

Local pequeno e agradável, ótimo para escapar um pouco do frio. Os cafés não são tão bons quanto estou acostumado com os do Brasil.

Con todas las cadenas por Regent Street es un soplo de aire fresco al entrar la Bottega del Caffé. Usted siempre son recibidos con un gran y genuina sonrisa. Como soy italiano (y un regular) el equipo siempre habla italiano, lo cual está bien.

Amazing breakfast, great atmosphere and lovely service! Good place to start a day with a good coffee... I will definitely come back.

He estado allí con amigos para un almuerzo rápido y realmente disfruté de mi experiencia. Yo tenía una focaccia que era agradable y no re éxito el tomate fresco dentro de mi focaccia. Realmente aprecio que odio tomate fresco caliente. Yo tenía un espresso al final era agradable, así que hizo que saben cómo hacerlo. Gracias dell caffe Bottega seguramente volveré

Es frustrante cómo pobre el servicio en este lugar. Nada funciona, por semanas tenían el TPV para los pagos de tarjeta fuera de servicio, pero no te dicen hasta llegar a pagar. Los chicos en el mostrador es grosero y no les importa a nadie y nada. Sólo hay una chica que en realidad es agradable y profesional. El otro día, pedí un capuchino y un cruasán para llevar, esperé durante 15 minutos y me dieron a ambos. Les dije que llevar (y yo repetí en italiano) en que me miraban como yo les estaba causando un montón de problemas.

Although the food is reasonably tasty, if you ask for it to be warmed, then it will be lukewarm at best. Furthermore, the staff are very slow, and seem to have no concept of queues, and which order to serve people in. Luckily, we went on a morning when it was not particularly busy, so were served before nightfall! The coffee was good but slightly overpriced, however all their other drinks were charged far above what they should have been. The food was the same. Although they do offer free water, this will not really excuse the other issues. I would advise skipping this place, and going to another of the great coffee shops around this area.

I've been here a couple of times, just because of the convenience of the location. However, the food is not that great. You have to pay extra to have the sandwiches warmed. And anytime I've ordered the pizza its been burnt. Additionally, they at times have items on the menu, however when you order its never ready in time for their lunch service. The servers are friendly and take your order right away. However, they are so slow when cashing you out, its like they don't even know how to use their system properly. Not worth the visit.

Nel regno del caffè lungo, offrono un buon espresso. Buoni i dolcetti e le focacce. Puoi sedere nella sala confortevole con tavolini e divanetti. Il locale è gestito da un simpatico spezzino cordiale ed affabile. Ni sento di consigliarlo.

Avevamo deciso di percorrere a piedi il lungo tratto che parte da Primrose hill e arriva a Piccadilly Circus.Ci siamo imbattuti in questo locale "La Bottega del Caffè" e siamo entrati.Locale adeguato per fare una colazione o uno spuntino a base di pizza al trancio e focacce di tutti i generi.Personale e servizio ineccepibile.Buon locale per una veloce pausa pranzo, i prezzi sono nella media Londinese, cioè alti per quello che si consuma.Il caffè è il migliore che abbiamo consumato a Londra.Consigliabile per un brunch solo se si transita da quelle parti.

take away sandwich, £5 cold and £6 pound warmed. I think its ridiculous, never in 5 years around Westminster have been extracharged for a warmed up sandwich.

Stopped to pick up breakfast based on the way the place looked. The presentation of the cafe is really nice, decor has a sense of elegance and quality, displays looked inviting and it smelt good. I checked the coffee prices which were comparable with chains and bought a cappuccino and some pastries.They weren't busy when I went it but service wasn't particularly quick, not terrible just a little inefficient.The cappuccino was seriously lacking in foam, more of a luck warm latte and the pastries were disappointing. Instead of buttery soft they were on the dry side and the fruit fillings were a bit gloopy.My recommendation would be to try another coffee shop in the area, there are quite a few. Such a shame, this place could be exceptional due to location and the 'look'.

A year or two ago La Bottega del Caffe used to be a haven for good quality Italian coffee, at a good price, with (mostly!) friendly service and a pleasant atmosphere. Since then it has gone downhill at an absolutely shocking rate. I stopped going regularly around this time last year, and each time I've gone back since, out of some vaguely loyalty to the place, and knowing how good it CAN be, it's sadly got worse and worse. There are far too many incidents to go into detail about, but to cover a few:- TERRIBLE attitude of the staff. From ignoring customers when they walk in, to serving people in a bizarre order, general surliness and muttering among themselves, they're almost laughably bad. It used to be just the odd employee that was like that, but now it seems to be all of them- Getting orders completely wrong on several occasions (sometimes twice in one visit) or serving the coffee cold- The pricing structure has gone out the window; they introduced a standard 'regular' price/size a while back, presumably to try to get more money out of people, which customers seemingly cottoned onto, and continued to order the small size coffees (which are plenty big enough and still good value). This morning I ordered a small, and when I went to pay I was charged the regular price - on questioning this I was told that, utterly bizarrely, they will only sell regular sized coffees to take away, which is one of the most blatant attempts at money-grabbing I've seen- Also this morning, another employee was coughing all over the croissants before she put them in the oven. LovelyThe last two times I've been in there, the place has been almost empty. To be honest, it doesn't surprise me. Maybe the staff are being put under too much pressure because the business is underperforming, but even if that's the case, transferring that attitude to their customers is the worst thing they can do. The sad thing is that the coffee is still usually really good, but if the above continues it's probably time for it to go.

This beautiful coffee place really called my attention while I was out shopping. I was not as happily surprised as I thought I would be. The food is nothing special and it is overpriced. The service is really slow, chatting in Italian behind the counter seems to be more of a priority.

Удивительно увидеть столько негативных отзывов - во время моего посещения всё было хорошо! Довольно уютное кафе, где подают очень вкускную фокаччу. Да, дороговато, но в Лондоне везде недёшево. Это заведение в самый раз, если вы хотите перекусить, попить кофе и поработать.

Disorganizzazione allo stato puro.Insalate carissime e di pessima qualità.Focaccie secche e costose. Da quando si paga una sterlina in piu per il take away hot? E sarebbe questo l'Italian food? Poi manco a pagare trovi un solo italiano! Tutti stranieri! Che ridere!

Was attracted because of the name - there's a really good coffee shop called la bottega in Leeds and I thought this would be just as good but I was wrong. The service here is bad. They are rude and slow. There weren't many customers but they took really long to make a cup of coffee. Coffee is watery and lack of taste. Frappuccino is even worse. So yeah basically costa is better than this shop.

Ottima scelta di spuntini, insalate e focacce confezionate al momento. Buon caffè italiano. Gentilissimo e professionale il personale. Finalmente un Luogo in centro a Londra dove prendersi un momento di riposante pausa.

Called in for takeaway pizza and foccia. Our order was given to someone else, we were then forgotten about and to top it off we were over charged. Pizza very greasy, salads left out uncovered on the server counter where people were paying.

The guy serving behind the coffee counter, skinny guy, stuck up. Feels like your asking him to give a kidney when you give him your order. Hes dreadful then you get a bald guy slightly chubby, that has the same attitude. I couldn't believe it. The only nice person is the guy behind the food counter. This has to be the worst customer service worst coffee ever!! STAY AWAY!

One of the best cappuccino I have eve had. Really to try. Fantastico!People are very nice and there is a huge selection of cakes and Italian "cornetti" which are delicious.

Dreadful. Has it changed hands? Pot of tea provided was water poured over leaves through a strainer then leaves dispensed with immediately. Result was water not tea. Had to ask for proper pot. Server didn't know what to do and I had to tell him to put a bag in a new pot with water. Then he complained about in Italian to his colleagues. The chocolate cake was dry and unappetising and at £3.60 way too expensive. This place used to be nice. Now it is extremely poor. Would never go there again.

Provato per caso, trovato buoni spuntini e buon caffè oltre a personale gentilissimo.Vasta scelta di pizze a trancio e focacce varie. Risolto anche il problema dello spuntino per mia figlia che non può mangiare formaggio.

We enjoyed a late afternoon snack of pizza and delicious chocolate slice. Very speedy and friendly service, and Wifi too. Tidy and clean eat in.

I live part-time in Italy. Going to a meeting, I stopped at the cafe for breakfast. The coffee was Italian, the "leaf with apple" pastry was just like I would get in Pietrasanta, and the croissant was the same. It was light, but good--just what I wanted. Not expensive, either.

Hoy hemos desayunado y nos ha encantado, mejor que los de la competencia. Muy buen trato, limpio, buen surtido, ...... Lo recomiendo. Lo único que es un poco caro, pero como todo en Londres

Trovare dei caffe' decenti in zona Oxford Circus non e' cosi' semplice. Il caffe' e' buono, il cibo dipende dai giorni. Decisamente consigliato se siete in zona e volete fare una pausa caffe' e mangiare qualcosa di italiano.

We ate here on 15 June 2013 - tucked away on Regent Street just before the new BBC building. The sandwiches were divine - too much for one person. The chocolate croissants are probably the nicest pastry I have ever eaten - was unsure whether to share that secret with you as you may go any eat them all!

This little cafe on Regent street Is a nice place to relax and have proper Italian coffee with nice little pastry or a cake. The stafr are friendly and atmosphere is very relaxing. They offer some nice speciality coffees ;) worth trying

I noticed the the Caffe walking past and it looked very welcoming form outside so we decided to go there for a quick lunch. Delicious food and coffee. Lots of choices, sandwiches, pizzas , toasted focaccia with mozarella parma ham and sun dried tomatos is a must! The staff is very friendly and polite, nice indoor and resonable prices.The only one think I would compalin about is the inside temperature, for me it was too hot, but it wont stop me from going back there again

We had it just down the block from our hotel. Every day on our way back we stopped in, for a sandwich, their great soups or just for a coffee. Home cooked food as reasonable prices.

Appalling service. The food is ok but it really isn't worth the trauma of trying to order it! I've tried eating in and taking away over the last few months and I've given up - it is consistently a nightmare and so many of the staff are so rude!!

Sono capitata in questo bar per caso. Potete trovare tranci di pizza, focaccie, panini e insalate. Noi abbiamo mangiato la focaccia che era buona. Il personale é italiano e con noi é stato cordiale.

Ottimo per una pausa pranzo se ci si trova nelle zone di regent street...il cibo è davvero buono e tutto italiano!!! peccato per il personale che è davvero scortese...addirittura il secondo giorno che ci sono andata non volevano farmi valere lo sconto del 10% (che poi davvero pezzenti perchè lo sconto era inferiore a 1£ !!!!!!). Prezzi nella media e state molto attenti a richiedere il menù che è molto conveniente ( con 8£ circa vi danno una focaccia, una bottiglietta d'acqua lete e il dolce)

Se volete concedervi una pausa a mezzogiorno con cibo italiano evitando le fritture quotidiane e siete a Regent street non perdetevi questo caffè con prodotti ottimi. Se ci andate una volta (ne vale la pena) le volte successive avrete lo sconto del 10%. I prezzi non sono bassi ma comunque un tantino meno della media del centro di Londra.

I took my girlfriend there for lunch and it was great! The atmosphere was very cozy, the food was fresh, and the customer service was excellent. I highly recommend it!

Il locale, nella parte alta di Regent Street, di forma allungata ha alcuni tavoli nella parte retrostante e un paio di salottini all'ingresso davanti al bancone del bar dove poter consumare la colazione o prendere un aperitivo.Ci sono stata in occasione di un aperitivo organizzato da Italians of London e nonostante sia il piattino di stuzzichini e il calice di vino offerti per £6 fossero più che dignitosi, la partecipazione numerosa a questi eventi, mal si addice alla piccola location dove non ci si poteva letteralmente muovere.Tuttavia, se siete dalle parti di Oxford Circus in una giornata "normale" potete considerare La bottega el caffè per una facile sosta.

After being spoken to like total idiots for not understanding that dine in customers had table service we were served by a more pleasant male waiter. The coffee was reasonably priced for London but the price of the tea was expensive. Our order was wrong when brought but and+was rectified with attitude. The food was average for breakfast although the foods being prepared for lunch looked lovely. Overall a distinctly average experience.

I was passing by La Bottega del Caffe’ a few days ago and I was drawn in by the aroma of coffe and toasted bread. I ordered a Rosina (freshly baked type of bread) with bresaola and parmigiano and a freshly squeezed orange juice. The food was so good that I had to order a second one to take away  . Very good food and helpful staff. I definitely recommend it.

Abbiamo scoperto questo caffè per caso, dopo un pomeriggio di shopping a Regent St. Il posto è davvero italiano, nel senso che propone quanto di peggio ha l'Italia da esportare: staff poco professionale, impegnato in conversazioni personali ad alta voce ed incurante dei clienti. Mentre aspettavamo di essere serviti una dipendente senza uniforme si è messa a parlare con un'altra dipendente dietro al banco, dicendole cosa doveva ancora fare prima della chiusura. Siamo stati ad aspettare che ci servissero per 5 minuti poi abbiamo chiesto se c'era un responsabile che potesse aiutarci. Ci è stato detto che la manager, italiana, era già andata a casa. Alla fine è arrivato un ragazzo che ci ha servito, ma non abbiamo potuto mangiare niente perchè dovevano chiudere (parole loro). Meglio il servizio impeccabile di altri locali di Londra! I pesci in faccia li prendiamo già anche troppo in Italia.

Siamo appena tornati da un breve viaggio a Londra e, durante il soggiorno, avevamo voglia di un buon caffè italiano. Abbiamo trovato questo locale che, sembra, abbia aperto da poco, gestito da una ragazza italiana.Purtroppo è stata una brutta sorpresa in quanto il locale era sporco (solo un bagno per tutti) e lo staff (tutti italiani) ci ha praticamente ignorato. Un menefreghismo pazzesco! Abbiamo cercato di deciderci per una colazione, ma nelle vetrine c'erano solo quattro paste rinsecchite. Per farla breve, ci abbiamo rinunciato ed abbiamo preso solo un caffè. Nel nostro albergo ci hanno detto che per bere un buon caffè italiano bisogna andare al Bar Italia a Soho. Così adesso lo sappiamo!
