food was done early but, the pizza was meh

We ordered a few days ago and it was nice and got delivered really quickly so decided to order again today and to then have the wrong order delivered tried calling them and number was not known and finally found the correct number got a hold of them and they seemed very rude and then to say we will redo your order after about 5 minutes and no apology they hung up received the correct order to have the bag swimming in grease which you expect a little and then they were prity blunt at the door and walked away and blanked me

Good service rang to check the delivery time and was at the door within 10 minutes even tho ik 3.2 miles away

food wasn't the quality I have been used to from this store. not much meat in the wraps. kofta was dry and tasteless very disappointed with my order tonight as usual the food is stunning

Always on point with food any problems sorted fab staff very friendly and very helpful, great with collection times too

Ordered chicken shish wrap, Doner kebab and a lamb & chicken shish combo kebab. Everything was spot on except the lamb tasted a little different.

was shocked when ordered a medium lamb kofta for nearly £10 for it to show up 20 mins and to find only 3 pieces off meat and for it to be luke warm will never order from here again

Been eating here for years there’s a new worker and delivery driver there who are so rude two boys when u walk in they are laughing and whispering had food pizza burnt to a crisp when they had tried to cut it didn’t even cut the base it was that bad , won’t be going here again until it’s sorted and they learn some customer service and manners

We have food most every week with yourselves, but our order last night was the worst we’d received, the chips were horrible and the burger was that greasy my partner wasn’t able to eat his burger or chips. It was the most disappointing that we’ve received from yourselves

My food was old, dry and stale (my chips). I called up to politely discuss the condition of my food and the male on the phone was extremely rude. He told me not to call the shop and said he wouldn’t give me a refund. Absolute no disregard for customers or the food they sell. Chips tasted a week old 🤮 I’d rank them lower than 1 start if possible. Complete waste of money and especially considering how disrespectful the male worker was to me over the phone. Wouldn’t spend my money here if you’re looking for polite customer service and decent food/or at least fresh. They said that they cooked them just now but there must be something wrong then because I live very close and my chips came cold. The delivery driver was lovely, the woman at the desk was lovely but whoever the man was, he shouldn’t be working with customer services.

Very rude chef. He Got annoyed because our chips were stale. He told me never call the shop and he wouldn’t give me a refund. Chips tasted so old- he refused to help at all and was just rude.

Top kebab. Best in mountain ash in my opinion. Great service and pizzas are lovely from this place. Order a fair bit from them and will defiantly be a regular for the future !

Chips soggy bun soggy. Fried chicken was dryer than a nuns crutch. You new it was in the warmer Forever!!! Never ever again will I buy from here. Such a pity, visually chicken looked lovely. Asked for suger free coke and got full sugar pepsi, and it was late!!!!!

What sort of kebab shop closes at midnight? Are they not aware the only time some people may want eat such calories is past midnight? Despite ordering at half past 11 for midnight closing these guys are so determined to close on time and get home that they are willing to lose out on sales, therefore I will never ever use theses again despite using for 15 years and order from amigos

Absolutely foul. Ordered a load of food, specifically asked for the meat to be cut thin. It came nearly a inch thick in places where they had hocked it off in clumps. Rang to complain to be told that it was the end of the kebab. May as well have just slide the meat off the cardboard and put it in a tray without slicing it would have been just as bad. Total waste of time and money had to then drive back to get my money back for his dog food he tried selling me. Easily the worst kebab I’ve ever had.

My favourite is the pizzas there not shy with the toppings plenty off it rite to the edge I would have given a photo but had 1 night before last,

Everytime I order from here never give me my dips keep telling me they're busy and they are sorry at £3-4 a time they must be making a killing, wont be ordering here again
