Great food loved it amazing chicken and dessert best Chinese food ever 100% recommended I would love to go again and staff very kind 5 stars

It is difficult to describe just how bad this place is, but I’ll give it a go… Came on a Friday night with 8 friends, 3 of whom are vegetarians. Non existent vegetarian options other than cold noodles, cold rice and overcooked cold vegetables. The same serving spoons were used for both meat and noodles - if it was an allergen I can’t imagine how much chaos that would cause! The staff were unwelcoming and ineffectual. Mr Kipling bake well tart, with whipped cream and sprinkles somehow passes as a ‘main desert’. The toilets were disgusting and the taps were covered in grime. There was a hair in the food and the plates were dirty. Fortunately the mint imperial was welcome to take away the flavour of the food. All in all, DO NO GO. Definitely not worth the £18.99, should’ve just stuck with a maccies.

Possibly the worst Singapore chow mein I've ever had. Dry, almost like a 50p packet of boil noodles from aldi. A few slivers of onion and that's about it.

Standard Chinese buffet. Really wide range of choices, try as much or as little as you like. Try everything, or stick with just duck pancakes. I particularly liked the chocolate fountain - bought out the little kid in me, thank you!!

Basically the whole experience was very dissappointing , most of the dishes were the same tasteless, cold and lukewarm. The staff were not accommodating when I asked how come a chinese restaurant dont have Chilli Beef on the menu and why name a white cabbage dish as chinese green leaves! One of the chefs were sat at a table and constantly blowing his nose! No atmosphere at all. You have been warned.

Managed to get there after our canal walk one hour before they close for lunch. We enjoyed it thank you.

Ignoring some of the reviews, we chose to eat here and would have no problem with visiting again. We were greeted at the door and taken to our table, with everything explained to us. There was adequate choice for everyone. Although I'm not vegetarian, I don't eat a lot of meat, and found enough to suit me. The place was clean, the food was hot and the staff friendly and attentive. The range of food probably could have been wider for buffet experts, but was fine for me.

A group of 5 of us have been twice during July because it just so good. Everything is so well cooked and very well kept - they’re really quick to bring out more food once one plate has been eaten. The staff are always really lovely too. 10/10 would recommend- defo coming back (:

Really disappointed with our visit to Kung Fu in Stratford-upon-Avon. Upon reading the reviews which I found quite mixed. I thought I would give it a go. I regretted even entering the place with my two daughters for the lunch buffet. We arrived on opening at 12pm. Food was not even warm. Sweet and sour chicken - The chicken was not chicken it was disgusting. The beef tasted horrible and not even chewable. I tried mushrooms which were ok. Green beans were very dried up. Spring rolls cold. Along with everything else. We was inside for a whole of 20 minutes then asked for the bill to be told we have to go to the bar. I was asking for a bill I didn’t even want to pay. We had one plate each which was mostly left. At the bar when given the bill before making the card payment I explained the food was disgusting however it was like talking to a brick wall no response and I was heard but not acknowledged. I will never return and do not recommend to anyone. It is such a shame it could be a wonderful place but greed of taking money but not delivering appropriate food really let’s it down. I don’t even understand how they can sell or run a restaurant it completely baffles me. Environmental health will be contacted for the meat.

Just received a takeaway order from Uber eats. £9.50 for a duck dish which consisted of £9.50 worth of duck fat , negligible actual meat. Called to complain and told to complain to ubereat! I'm pretty sure they don't cook the food, only deliver!!?? Also ordered noodles and received half cooked cold chips with random sliced chilli!!! With today's present economic situation a takeaway is becoming a real treat, but if this is the standard to be expected I won't be making the same mistake again. 30% of weekly shopping bill and inedible........😟

This place is simply awful. The staff are unfriendly and unaccommodating and the food is a notch above edible. Don’t bother - save your money or go elsewhere.

Visited this evening and had to ask twice for someone to take our order, customers arrived after us and were being attended to before is. Food arrived at different times and one of the meals got delivered to the wrong table and sat there for a few minutes before being taken back into the kitchen and then being delivered to our table. Had to ask for our rice as this had also been delivered to another table. Asked to speak to the manager but he was too busy to speak to us. Tables were not cleared for hours. Avoid this restaurant

Not much more I can say that excellent. Consistently excellent. Food, service, comfort, atmosphere, cost. Always my favourite restaurant when I work in the area.

I attended Kung fu with my husband and friends while visiting Stratford for a birthday weekend away. We chose to visit Kung fu, as fancied Chinese and the website said it was all you can eat. When we arrived, we were given menus, and told that the all you can eat option wasn't available- fine. Would have been better to know that before, but still, happy to stay. We ordered drinks, 3 alcoholic, one alcohol free. The waitress made a huge deal about the fact that a member of our party wasn't drinking. She commented on it when she took the order, then again when she brought the drinks back, saying "for the only one not having a grown up drink". Unacceptable. The time came for us to order our food, which we did. We were then almost chastised for ordering a mix of everything, our plan was to put it in the middle and share. Waitress wasn't overly happy with this, and made a huge speech about wasting food. I'll just add, at this moment in time we were only ordering, we hadn't even had anything yet. The food itself was lovely, apart from the GREENEST Thai green curry we have ever seen, that was that spicy it couldn't be eaten! Everything else was nice. When it came to the bill, we paid cash, which again didn't seem to be what the waitress fancied, but she took it anyway. There was change due, which we were planning on leaving as a tip anyway, but that choice was taken away from us, as the waitress just didn't bother bringing the change back! It was like she assumed we were happy for her to keep it 🙄 Food was lovely, but I wouldn't go again, the attitude of the waitress we had, was really quite shocking. She just didn't seem interested in anything other than her own agenda. Even when we left, she looked straight through us, and turned away. Awful. Wouldn't go back, which is a shame as the food as nice, but I don't like to be judged or lectured when I'm out for a meal!

We came here for lunch it was fairly busy ordered food which was nothing special for Chinese …. restaurant big and no atmosphere no sauces and very bland ..I won’t go again but we tried it out as it’s still very new.

Covid had killed the buffet but the meals were very very good. Traditional with a few twists in the flavours made for an enjoyable evening. Good price for the amount we ate and drank

An excellent value & really tasty set menu meal with great service from friendly and helpful staff . They also brought out more cushioned chairs for some customers on seeing they found the outdoor seating a bit uncomfortable.

Large restaurant, great for social distancing, amazing tasty food, unbelievable selection of vegetarian/ vegan options. Great service and good price... what else could you ask for!
