Krispy Kreme in City of London, Westminster

Rude customer service. Turned up to the counter to have the cashier oblivious to waiting customers as he was preoccupied with his phone. I asked him to change one of the doughnuts and he huffed and puffed. Made to feel like a nuisance.

Visité la tienda de Croydon en el centro de Whitgift. La selección es bastante pequeña y el stock tiende a agotarse con frecuencia. El personal era amable, los donuts eran bastante frescos cuando fuimos a las 16: 00. Estaba demasiado sobrecargado por mi pedido, y no había un gerente de turno para autorizar un reembolso, por lo que no tuve más remedio que irme con las manos vacías. Sobrecargar a los clientes es un simple error y se puede corregir fácilmente en la mayoría de los restaurantes. No parece que en Krispy Kreme, cuando se le cobra demasiado, olvide intentar recuperar su dinero, la administración y el personal de turno lo rechazan, ¡incluso con el comprobante de compra! Espantoso, y no volveré a comprar nada de ellos.

Teníamos donas Krispy Kreme en la estación Victoria a mediados de julio antes de dirigirnos a Dover. Fue la elección perfecta para nuestros nietos de 13 y 16 años. Lo que lo hizo aún más agradable para ellos fue Nicholas, que estaba trabajando detrás del mostrador. Él conversó con ellos y los hizo sentir bienvenidos. Ambos comentaron lo amable que era. Debo agregar que generalmente no como donas, ¡pero la mía era deliciosa!

The staff here are so friendly and helpful, particularly when we are so indecisive! They suggest the best quantities/pricing for what you want, and confirm that all the doughnuts are freshly made. The doughnuts are delicious and make the journey to Gatwick airport much more pleasurable!

I'd give this place five stars if Krispy Kreme donuts tasted better. Never really been a fan - find them very sickly and sweet. Prefer Canada's "Tim Hortons", or, even better, "The House of Donuts" from Saudi Arabia. Now THOSE are good donuts!! Regardless, during a trip to London my friends and I stopped off at the Krispy Kreme booth and got a donut each. It was nothing special, just a typical, sweet Krispy Kreme. Service was pleasant, and I didn't find the prices too extortionate. I have friends who absolutely worship KK donuts, they just aren't to my taste.

London Victoria station is one of the easiest places for me to meet friends from all over the city for a coffee, lunch, or pretty much anything else. Yesterday I had farewell lunch with a friend who was moving back to 'Merica, and after hugging her goodbye there was only one thing that could make me feel better… Carbs. A twelve-pack of chocolaty, jammy, glazed goodness; coated in sugar and flash fried in just enough fat to give my arteries a run for their money. Through a cloudy haze of tears appeared my salvation: Krispy Kreme Doughnuts. The woman behind the counter was efficient and friendly, widdling the line down with ninja-like cash register skills and a sincere smile. I felt so much better by the time I arrived home, with two less donuts in the bag—but a smile in my heart.

A big variety of freshly made doughnuts, hot and delicious . When you are in London you have to try them! 16 different and delicious doughnuts with and without filling. Every one is yummy and it's difficult to choose your favourite. 😂
