We gave this another try because they advertised that it was under new management- we had some problems a couple years ago. The prices are good. 3 x 10" pizzas, 2x chips, and a bottle of drink for £19.30. Last time, the pizzas and fries were really good. This time, it was a bit oily. The chips were definitely over fried, possibly twice fried? Pizza was nice, though, good for the price if you want something quick and easy. The manager definitely cares about the business, and we did catch them on a particularly slow day.

the staff are absolutely lovely and the food is gorgeous. They always make the food fresh, and have never had an issue. Thankyou very much xx

Called here on way home from work asked for specific pieces of chicken which the lady said was fine and got completely different pieces and when started eating them they was still pink 🤮🤮 never again

Don't waste your money. Food takes ages to arrive and then some items arrive cold (usually the pizza) missing items, driver went back to collect and never delivered. Rang up 45 minutes later to be told it is in the car ready for delivery, never arrived. I emailed them on their menu page as it was closed when I rang a second time, still had no response. Also placed an order online for delivery a few months ago, they took my money then rang 10 minutes later, to say they were closed early. Told me they would refund my £30, after 3 months of waiting and numerous emails and phone calls I ended up claiming the money back through my bank. Won't be eating from here again!!

Ruined New Year’s Eve! Waited 4 hours for a delivery that never arrived, went to bed with a slice of toast! Will never order from here again!

I would give it less if I could, used to be one of my favourite take outs, I even worked there when it first opened but now the staff are rude, waited 2 hours for an order that had bits missing, was told by staff that they were busy yet the receipt read I was only the 2nd phone order of the night, when I called to ask about my missing bits the guy genuinely said 'do you want them or not' when I said yes his reply ok I send bye n he hung up

Wouldn’t advise working here as a driver as you’ll get falsely accused for theft even though your proven innocent. Very bad customer service and disrespectful!!! Including being under paid your basically working for your fuel cost not enough to get yourself anything to eat or drink.

Ordered a meal only for myself and it took over two hours to get here. When it came, I got slimy lettuce in my burger and cold, soggy chips. I now have really bad food poisoning from a chicken wing which I received and was pink. Definitely not ordering again, wouldn't recommend.

Took over 2 hours for delivery and food was not even nice.

When you order your food, the price you pay is also for the service you receive with it. I ordered food which was half the size of the normal order. Call to complain, and the response we got,,,,, if your going to complain don't order from us again. What? I paid for food and the order is half the size from previous orders. If your not going to complain, what are you going to do. Food was also burnt. From manager to staff very rude definitely nasty service. Would strongly recommend to take your food orders from elsewhere.

It was so bad that I wouldn't even rate it a 1 star the service was horrible, they had no respect whatsoever. We politely told the worker that the chicken strips where the size of a small bite we would take.They said we always complain and do this and that they don't want to serve us TYPE of customer and that we won't even get another bag of chicken or a refund.Disrespectful workers and service. I personally expect to pay full price to get full portion!!!! I would never order again.

Absolutely diabolical service. Ordered food at 21:45 and was told it was en-route half an hour later. Called the restaurant after an hour and half and was told it was being packaged up and is the next order going out, waited another half an hour and it didn’t arrive, tried calling the restaurant after 2 hours and it had closed. The order arrived eventually 2 and a half hours after ordering, it was cold and inedible and went in the bin, what a waste of money. I won’t be ordering from there again.

We've always gone to the shop and ate in the car in the carpark as we're out of dilivery area,I can't complain about the food or the service we've had,its all cooked fresh while we wait.... not very long....a weekly visit 30 mins drive... at least it's going out 😊 still going. . .

Milkshakes are the best in rossington!!! Lots of virieties flavours, and chicken is delicious!!!

Driver couldn't be bothered, left shop with my order. Lied to shop staff saying knocked on my door, nothing took food back to shop, shop shut.

The milkshakes are out of this world. There are large selections to choose from and all handmade to order not pre-bought in and if you go in there you'll see them make them for you. The food is all freshly cooked and the staff are very friendly. At busier times the delivery times may be longer due to the amount of orders they get, but please be patient as it is worth the wait

Very slow delivery an 1 hour 35 mins to arrive chips cold not first time has taken so long to arrive. Deluxe burger very nice how ever chicken wrap soggy

First time trying any food from here and it was appalling. My chicken wasn’t even crispy at all, the gravy was like water and the order was wrong. The only nice thing about the meal was the onion rings. Safe to say i will not be ordering from here ever again it was a waste of £20.

1 hour and 45min wait for an order that was incomplete. What did arrive was soggy chicken and wrap with same chicken and slimy lettuce. Woman on the phone was rude and didn't offer any refund. Would never order again. Avoid this place.

Appalling service ordered at 4pm every Friday last week took 2 hours when told up to a hour so tried again this week rang as opening at 4pm to be told delivery up to 45mins rang after 75mins the man on the phone very rude and put phone down on us. Delivery bout 10 mins after to be told there was three orders at 4.15 and they had sat a hour waiting to deliver Chips were awful and chicken only warm today lost our custom now

Rubbish food, dirty food area and the staff were scruffy.

Just had a pizza and loved it! Definitely new place to go for pizza, they do a lovely vegi 8" stuffed crust, recommend it!

I have just ordered a chicken fillet wrap and it’s made me throw up due to some small bones in the crispy coating. I am appalled and disgusted that food this poor is served.

One hour and fifty minutes for a straightforward order to arrive. Finally did and wrong pizza , over cooked and lukewarm. Luke warm soggy chips. Straight into the bin. Just couldn’t be bothered to ring up again. Just given two stars for the ok burger and corn on the cob. Disappointed

Waited nearly 2 hours for the food to arrive rang after an hour told it would be 15 minutes took another 40 mins before food arrived absolute joke will not be using again

Terrible. This takeaway used to be really good and quick. Dont know whats changed. Last few times ive ordered the delivery has taken well over an hour, last night over an hour and a half (had to go out to dominos in the end and get a refund from Just Eat). Called the restaurant after an hour and was told the food was in the oven (10 mins after the food was due). 20 mins later it still hadn't arrived. Asked why it was taking so long, apparently its SO BUSY - my reply - its a Tuesday night? 90 mins and still no food, no updates from the restaurant. No excuse for that. Wont be ordering again. AVOID AVOID AVOID. Poor girl who answers the phone must hate answering it

Been waiting an hour and 15 mins n wen i phoned to see where order is they said theyll be sending it in 15 mins so by time it gets ere its been nearly a 2 hr wait,not happy

First time we ordered it took over an hour which can be forgiven on busy days but yesterday we waited for over 2 hours, phoned them after an hour to ask for ETA and they said 10 more minutes. Which ended up being another hour instead. Will not be using again and will not be recommending to friends

Ordered for the first time yes its bomfire night and i did account for that but after 3 phone calls my food was still on its way an hour and a half after ordering 45 minutes ago they said if wil be 10 mins so i rang up and cancelled and to be honest they didnt apologise and were quite rude i will never order again AVOID UNLESS YOU WANT POOR POOR SERICE

Guy I spoke to tonight total idiot delivery arrived cold and guy on phone told us to come down for refund then proceeded to make a fool out of me and my son total Pratt telling me to go home receiving no refund and no food

Chicken fillets were soggy, wings breading were not crunchy. Chips were missing any seasoning.

Order from here a lot, recently rang up and complained that the milkshakes tasted of and was met with a very rude response basically calling me a liar.

Now I don't want to give a false review so I will break it down. This opened its doors a few years back and I ordered many times. It's like KFC but if I'm honest it's much better. The boneless box meal is unreal and the size,,,,,, well if you can eat it all you've done well because I think of all the times I've ordered I've only managed it once. I now deliver for krispy fried chicken and everyone I talk to says the same "good bit of food from tgere" the store is very busy and I mean very. I have worked at places and they are busy. I thought Bella pizza was busy but the amount of orders is just crazy. The staff don't get a minute all night. I take my hat off to them. There is 4 delivery drivers on every night. Please if you order expect it could be a little later than expected due to the amount of orders but when you get the food you'll be happy with the wait. All the food is fresh and prepared that day. I watch them do a full clean down every night so as for cleanliness I give it 100%. The boss is a really nice guy and even gets his hand dirty. He ain't afraid to dig in and help the team complete the busy shift. We all know some owners can be lazy. Also the boss has a lot of trust in workers. I have work at some places and they send you with a money bag with change for each order and you take it back after every drop. This guy on my first day looked after me as if I was there for years. Take the cash for every delivery and cash up at the end like every driver. Well I think I've covered everything. Hmmmm well now you know where to get some very good fresh food that's cooked in a clean place by friendly hard working staff. 🏅🏅🏅🏅🏅

I would definitely recommend. Very polite staff inside the shop and over the phone. Amazing quality of food, lots of flavour. The milkshakes are a bonus, worth ordering one! Never had an order delivered wrong, fast delivery and polite drivers too. The shop is very clean, the staff are always busy doing something and you can see that they enjoy their job. 5 stars🌟

Really recommend this place!! Fast delivery every time and the food is never dry. Definitely deserves more than 5 star.

Disgusted to find a finger nail in my food (chicken burger) they were informed and sent a driver to give me a refund. Not apologetic however, very augementive.

Treated my 16 year old daughter terrible. Had her working 14 hours trial with no pay over 3 days at Christmas then when she fell ill after 4 shifts they sacked her. Wouldn't recommend any young ones working here.

Quality fried chicken at reasonable prices

Place a £30 pound order 2 hour 40 minutes my children have waited for the food to turn up and it was all freezing I order every week from this place not no more shocking!!

A month ago supposed to be tasty and delicious. But after yesterday I will not order anymore. It was quick but I guess the quality went down.

Cold chips,, lukewarm chicken and spicy wings that other than tasting of burnt oil were about as spicy as a plain chicken with a little pepper lol. Don't be fooled by the reviews on Just Eat like I was! Never again, vile!

Had the worst chicken wrap ever today from here. The chicken was over cooked, dry, chewy with a strange taste to it. The chicken was like it had been cooked a long time ago and just thrown in the wrap. I tried emailing as I ordered on line due to having phone phobia, tried to email to report but email bounced back. Messaged on Facebook over 3 hours ago...still no reply!!! So disappointed and left hungry!

Been a krispy fan since they opened but this morning I've woken to salmonella poisoning, did question the chicken when consuming it and left half as it just wasn't right, now I know why.. thanks for this. Will be avoiding this takeaway from now on.
