Excellent food and service. Been 3 times since Christmas. Tried different curries on the menu, all quite different and very tasty. Very attentive staff.

Great food. We regularly have meals from here and they are always top notch. Best in the area. Restaurant has really nice atmosphere with striking vibrant decor. Staff are always polite, accomodating and friendly. We also had a big family meal here and we all had a great night with great food. They have never disappointed and will continue to be our number one go to for quality Indian food.😃

Very good food and service, the restaurant is large and clean. We had popadums, chicken, Jalfrezi, sagg aloo, Pilou rice. I would definitely recommend.

I had a delicious takeaway from this restaurant - the food was recommended by Tazor, the chef. It's been 35 years since I last had an Indian meal and the selection of dishes were sooo good - the best re-introduction. I'll definitely be diving back into Kohinoor's flavoursome menu 👍🏽

I have been a very good customer of this restaurant for many years. I ordered a huge takeaway order for collection on NYE. Collected the order around 30 minutes after phoning. Got the food home...it was luke warm & my curry had more juice than meat. When placed on the plate with my rice & dry chewy chicken...my whole plate was swimming in water!! & my rice was a soggy mushy mess!! After spending alot of money in the past at this restaurant & my disgusting 🤢 meal on NYE,I will never order from them again!!

Not ordering again. First time ordering and they sent the wrong food. Second time ordering and it has currently been 2 hours and we’ve been told “it has left the kitchen”… where has the driver gone, Mexico!?!?!!

Food arrived 30 minutes later that was advised. Food arrived cold and had to be reheated in the microwave. This place has gone down hill for take aways. Only ordered as usual take away for I Dian was closed on a Monday. Won’t return back here for take aways.

Slightly more expensive than you would want to know pay. We both had a starter and main courses, 2 beers, 1 wine and a glass of water, the bill was £65. Not sure I'd be a regular there.

Torn between this and onther Indian. Tried both now. Food here on point. Nice heat and flavours and massive portion. I prefered the nan at the other place but this will be my go to place. Very reasonable price for collection. Looking at an earlier review of the vindaloo.... mine had no excess grease nor water. It was a thick flavoursome sauce with chicken and potatoes cooked to perfection. (How do you get excess grease? Chicken and base sauce cooked in advance).

Did I get unlucky? First and last time ordering. Vindaloo is a typical base sauce with a bit of spice and tonnes of grease. Got my rice order wrong. I ordered keema and got mushroom!!! Ordered 2 breads and only got 1 so had to go back. Both breads burnt. Thanks for ruining my night with this poor meal,👍 Should've read the warning signs of nobody eating in at 7pm

Had to edit my review(was previously 5 star) food from here is now always dry, burnt and flavourless. The take away is always late and with how bad the quality of the food is it is now horrible value for money.

Starters small, main bland and tasteless, garlic nan was a plain nan with a dollop of garlic butter smeared over it.

We ordered a takeaway on a Friday and the food was lovely. Only slight issue was ordering online, going to collect and the food wasn't ready for a further 15 minutes from the collection time.

This is our local Indian and we always get treated so wonderfully! Staff go out of their way to make us feel welcome and ensure we have everything we need. Never had an issue with the food, always tastes good and we leave with full bellies!

I was recommended a dish out of 3 i wanted to try and it was amazing. Full of flavour. The staff was lovely and friendly. Highly recommended and will definitely go there again.

Came here as I was in the area for a car show and was looking for some halal food. Saw the prices and wasn't convinced it would be great however I was left surprised at how tasty the food was. Great prices great portions and great food!

Service not friendly cold atmosphere. Food ok but not great. Asked for something different and the cost was explained a couple of times made me feel awkward. First time I have never left a tip. They got the bill wrong that had to be redone. All the mains were the same colour and stingy over poppadoms.

I fully understand that today is Sunday 27th March and it is Mothers Day!!! Order placed at 6.40pm. Website states a 45 minute delivery time. Allow for it being Mothers Day thought maybe a 1Hour to 1Hour 15 mins time for delivery...allowing that extra time for it being Mothers Day. 7 55pm called the restaurant where is the food? Advised driver has left...so that is 1 Hour and 15 minutes since order was placed We live15 minutes away from the restaurant. 8.23pm..ring again...oh driver has left...so 1 Hr 43 minutes has now passed. Where is the food I ask ABOO from the restaurant...?? He apologised but no idea at all and would call the driver. 8.25pm ...Food arrives....1 Hour and 45 minutes later!!! I asked for a refund due to the delay. I have a 80 year old who is Diabetic and is my wife's Mum plus my wife for whom it was also Mothers Day and the reason why the meal was ordered in as I didn't want her cooking and the 80 year old didn't want to go to a restaurant. The restaurant did not want to do a refund or even a partial refund and to add salt to the wound, the food arrived barely warm as it had to be microwaved to put some heat back in it!!! What was supposed to be an enoyable family meal turned into a nightmare. A shame as the restaurant was recommended by friends, unfortunately we will not return.

Had a takeaway....easy to order, very courteous staff at pickup and excellent curries etc. I will be back and will also try the nicely laid out restaurant when I get a chance.

This is a fantastic restaurant. The menu is very extensive with all the traditional dishes but also lots of different options which you don't find at most restaurants. The staff are great and the venu itself is very clean and nicely decorated inside and out with a modern twist. I would highly recommend it.

Used to order from Spice Lounge in Higham but one day decided to try this place! I haven't looked back since the food is beautiful everytime, I've never been let down! But the real winner is the naan breads, I always have a garlic peshwari naan and I'm not lying when I say it is absolutely superb, always my favourite part of the meal! Keep up the good work!

Only ever ordered takeout but the partner has eaten in and loves the restaurant as well. As far as takeout is concerned the food is brilliant, always arrives hot and on time. Friendly and polite on the phone. The food is lovely, never had a problem. Very tasty.

A very nice restaurant and takeaway in Finedon with friendly staff and good prices. The food is very tasty and full of flavour and you can tell that each dish is prepared separately. Will definitely be our new local Indian restaurant and takeaway. I have given 4 stars due to being used to a Michelin starred Indian restaurant in Surrey which is at the next level and which all Indian restaurants should aspire to reach.

Had my first take away from here tonight, think it will be my last too. Expensive and bland. The veg curry was very runny and lacked content, onion bhaji was doughy like it was from a supermarket rather than a take away and bombay potato was rather plain! First time ever, still hungry after this!

Ordered a meal for 3 people this evening, at 5.50pm. Was told a hour for delivery. Called again at 19.26 to get an update. We’re told it was on its way. Called again 20.22 to ask where it was, was told they would call back. (No call back) called at 20.25, still no food. Food arrived at 20.35, was cold, so we sent it back.

Miserable waiters, food statred ok on the starters but mains arrived both dishes looked the same and uninspiring. Both tasted very bland. Wouldnt go back. Also the venue has been cheaply converted from an old pub which if the food was great with a bit of atmosphere could add to a decent meal...but sadly no.
