Wow, had the H burger and it was 11/10. Food came really quick. Service was great too. Cant fault this place, it’s a must try!!! B

Great place for a lunch, with quick and friendly service. Definitely a bit busy a lot of the time, so sometimes it's a little loud, but the food makes up for it, especially with the new menu, always improving!

Nice setting and the waiting staff were lovely. Food was served luke warm and toast burnt yet cold at the same time. Perhaps they were having a bad morning, but hot breakfast shouldn’t be beyond a good establishment. It’s like they make everything in advance, including the toast, and just plate it up cold. Pretty poor.

What a most pleasant experience at Kofi n Co. Couldn’t rate this place any higher!! Menu I felt was bang on trend , and the proof was certainly in the eating, first class. Atmosphere was great , good vibe and pleasant background music. Friendly staff helpful and diligent. And finally the Coffee is fantastic, the basic standard of any cafe / coffee house. Ten out of ten.

Lovely location. Welcoming decor. Friendly staff with great communication. Good menu. We had to wait approx 20mins for table but was a great table. Food was worth visiting as it was delicious and nothing was too much trouble. If I had to be constructive, I would recommend some acoustic panels as it was difficult to hear anything at busier times upstairs.

I ate here for lunch today with my husband. We both had lovely food I had the SmasHASHed Avocado it was delicious. Debbie provided great service and assurances for my GF intolerance. Thank you 🤩

The photo makes it look a lot bigger than it is the staff try hard to keep the customers moving on as it's popular and packed. Personally I with the crushed avocado didn't have chilli already chopped into it as I am allergic to chilli.

The service was good, friendly and a great atmosphere. However, when my poached eggs on bloomer, arrived, the poached eggs were over cooked (really hard yolks) and not edible, for me. The waitress apologised, said they shouldn't be served like that, and took them away. I waited a while before some new ones came out, which was on the same piece of toast, of which was cold. My husband had about finished his meal by this time. I fully understand mistakes can happen, no problem at all. Notwithstanding this, I felt that a fresh piece of bloomer toast would have been appropriate, and maybe another coffee offered to me, by way of putting it right, would have been a nice gesture, whether I had wanted the coffee, or not.

Stopped off for a much needed break from the journey from Up Norf to Darn Sarf after Crimbo on the day the whole country decided to travel in the fog. A huge bonus was it being dog friendly. We had to wait a short while (<10 mins) to get a seat, but the staff were attentive, friendly & polite. We were quickly served with excellent food and coffee. Our large dog was making himself at home and introducing himself to our neighbouring customers, sitting on toes and displaying far too much interest in their meals. Unfortunately, our neighbours were NOT doggy people and grumbled to such an extent that we hastened our meal and cut short our break to return to sitting in traffic. However, we do now know of another good spot to break our north/south journeys with our oversized ginger hound.

Super service from Hannah at this café in the centre of Wetherby. On a long drive, we chose to detour into the town instead of stopping at a motorway services, and found Kofi on Google Maps. The café was full on a Monday lunchtime which we took as a good sign. Our table was a little cramped because the place crams in lots of customers. The menu has something for everyone, we loved that they do breakfast dishes all day. Coffee and food arrived promptly and were fine, but the standout feature of Kofi was Hannah! A super-star server the café needs to clone. (To qualify this, I've been a waitress and mystery diner for over 30 years and I rarely see staff this fab.) I don't know if Hannah is well-trained or just a natural but she did everything brilliantly, making it look effortless. Kofi is a perfect spot for breakfast or lunch, just off the A1M. Note for drivers: Wilderness car park by the river in Wetherby is free of charge and just 2 minutes walk from Kofi.

Friendly place with lovely people and smashing cakes to choose. Good coffee.

Went to the cafe today with great expectations! Wow was we disappointed with the food ! £11 fish finger sandwich had it been fresh fish battered I could of accepted that price but these were the cheapest frozen fish fingers you can buy and they were grey in colour in the middle disgusting 🤮, on top of that the coffee was mediocre which if Kofi is your name at least get your coffee right , £70 spent and I feel robbed we won’t be going back and won’t be recommending to anyone…

Stopped here for a quick lunch and had a great experience.The service was attentive and friendly. Lunch was served quickly and was absolutely delicious. We tried the special schnitzel and the chorizo hash—both were flavorful and generously portioned. There’s plenty of choice on the menu and drinks were good. Great value and a great spot for a nice lunch. Highly recommend!

Stopped here to break a snowy drive with a dog and baby. Excellent service straight away, and they had a kids menu that was varied and good, and vegan brunch options. I had pancakes which were brilliant, and a chai latte. Would highly recommend!

We went there on a whim once and now keep making excuses to go back, despite not even living in the same town! The food is excellent, the staff are very friendly, and the place always has a good atmosphere.

Pulled off the motorway to eat and came here based on the good reviews. Spacious clean and efficiently run. Lots of tables upstairs, food came hot and quickly and tasty. Rest rooms clean and well appointed. The staff are brilliant. Very attentive and on the ball. Well worth the detour .

I honestly wouldn’t rush back. Not crazy busy but our food was cold, one bit of burnt toast, two eggs, a teaspoon of sauce and two small bits of overdone halloumi.

Used to be really good but has recently started going downhill. The atmosphere and location is great, but the food and service are lacking. It can take three sometimes even four requests to get some water. On the last visit, we ordered a smoothie that never came. On our previous to last visit, the smoothie never came, but it was still put on the bill so we had to request its removal. Worst of all is the change to the bread that they use. They’ve switched to a thin farmhouse (thinner than the cheap supermarket sliced bread), and it’s wet and soggy and unappetising once it’s had [undercooked] poached eggs, tomatoes, and other foods on top of it. It feels like a cost saving exercise but after two very sub-par meals, we won’t be back. Shame as we’ve been coming here for over 6 years.

Always a great time here! The menu is huge, there’s so much choice. The coffee is delicious, the service is friendly and the venue is always very busy. Sometimes the service can be slightly slow but it is a busy place and the food and coffee are worth waiting for!! Definitely worth a try!

Visited this Sunday morning with my partner,she had a breakfast burrito and I had the grill. The grill consisted of 1 sausage 2 smoked bacon mushrooms small pot of beans 2 pieces of white toast and I chose scrambled eggs.. The food was quality,well cooked and I enjoyed the meal..so did my partner..we had 2 coffees and price was £30..which I think was steep tbh but I'm from yorkshire😊

Quality food in a nice setting. Not an extensive menu, however it had enough variety for my tastes. Had a Kofi chicken sandwich which was cooked nicely and had great flavour.

We were served by Josh and we had a wonderful experience! The food was delicious and the staff and cafe were amazing!

A fabulous cafe serving a good range of hot and cold drinks, and a beautiful array of very tasty food. Great service and an even better atmosphere - will definitely return here when we are next in Wetherby.

This is one of my favourite breakfast spots. It’s intimate but the variety, quality and service are exceptional. Some wonderful and unique offerings on the menu. The banana bread was divine ❤️

My partner and I called in today around 11 am, very busy inside and out, we were shown to a table in the top floor, my partner had the truffle mushroom Benedict I had eggs Benedict with bacon, they were the best poached eggs we have ever had, perfectly cooked with wonderful runny yellow yolks, credit to the chef. my friend and i meet up once every month or so and kofi is always our go to! the place is always packed and busy even for a working day, but the service is great nevertheless. the food is honestly gorgeous, especially the eggs benedict and the fries are to die for.

Kofi & Co has a great atmosphere where the staff are so welcoming from your first step inside. The menu is extensive and was tempting throughout. I was impressed by all the staff - and there are a lot of them - f0r whom nothing was a problem. Harry and the team have a lot other places would envy. #recommended

Always bang on here. Never had an issue in our multiple visits. Worse thing, deciding what to have! Staff always friendly and helpful. It gets busy (rightfully so) but well worth the wait if you have to.

Absolutely delicious coffee, lovely atmosphere and super friendly and helpful staff. I've been eagerly awaiting Kofi & Co opening and came today to read my book with a coffee. I'll definitely be back with friends to try some of the food next time too, the menu has great looking vegan options for all tastes and I look forward to working through them all!

Beautiful ambience, lovely cozy place, had my fav Oat Milk Mocha with croissant, was really nice.

Really enjoyed the eggs Benedict, great coffee and service. It was surprisingly busy at 10.30am on a Monday morning. No room downstairs but the stairs are very steep and my friend could not join us.

Staff were friendly and welcoming and attentive without being intrusive. We ordered hot drinks and I had a bacon sandwich, which was perfectly crisp and lovely. My husband had the breakfast croque with added mushrooms and hash browns. My husband said it was superb and it did look delicious. We will make a beeline for this place when we return to Wetherby.

Place was busy with lots of happy looking people. Got a coffee and a blondie, both OK but not stellar. Took a while to arrive but forgiveable due to how busy it was. The meals looked really nice so kinda wished we hadn't already eaten. Maybe next time

Quality Food at a reasonable price, severed by friendly staff...

Found this place in the town centre while nearby for a walk. You can't book in advance but luckily we managed to get a table downstairs (they also have tables upstairs as well as covered outside tables) Very interesting menu to please everyone including big and small breakfasts, pancakes, french toast as well as some very nice sounding brunch items. I got the smash burger which was really really good. The meat was perfectly cooked, juicy and tasted lovely. But the fries that came with it - the best fries I've ever eaten anywhere! They were perfectly cooked, tasted amazing and the portion size was good. My wife got the lemon & blueberry pancake which was also good (not as good as my burger though!). Great portion size, plenty of fresh fruit and good amount of pancakes. I also got a latte which was very nice. Service was great, food was amazing, and I can see why they were so busy. Highly recommend this place and we will definitely be back (Please keep the burger on the menu!)

Set over two stories is this lovely little brunch spot in Wetherby town centre (which is also dog friendly). This place is very popular, when we arrived we had a short wait for a table, but were given a menu to look over whilst we waited. The menu offers a good choice of different breakfast and brunch items, and both alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks. We were seated after 10 minutes which was good as we thought it may have been longer! One thing that was annoying, is that a couple who were seated next to us 5 minutes after we had been seated ourselves, were served before us meaning they got their food and drinks first too, but this wasn’t a huge issue as it was busy and easy to lose track. To drink, we ordered a black tea and a flat white. The flat white was professionally made, finished with a heart decoration on top. To eat, we ordered; the fish butty, the fried chicken wrap and fries. The food did arrive quicker than expected, considering how busy the restaurant was. Unfortunately, we did feel that the chicken wrap was underwhelming. There was only one chicken tender in the whole wrap and the rest of it was bulked up by lettuce and quite watery coleslaw which was also a bit bland. The fish butty and fries however, were really tasty. We would have both ordered this if we’d have known the wrap was under filled and bland. Overall, despite the chicken wrap being disappointing, we would still return here if we were in the Wetherby area, the staff are friendly and did a good job of running a busy weekend lunch spot, the coffee was great and the fish butty with chips was nicely presented and tasty.

Extremely busy but people were getting seats nonetheless as the service was good. The popularity might be an indication of the quality - though the coffee was fairly good, the food, ambiance and service was high quality. Perhaps on the pricier side for a café, but this might not be the best way to describe it as it also does brunch, burgers and fried chicken. I'll have to come back for the last two!

Food was excellent, nice place and dog friendly - it was very busy so we had to wait for a table for 10-15 min and they were rushed off their feet so we were left standing without offering us drinks or a menu while we waited. Service was quick once we were seated.

I don’t really write reviews but I couldn’t not here I was that disappointed with the value. It was dog friendly, which is a bonus, but it went downhill from there. I ordered a coffee and a breakfast grill, my wife ordered a mocha and a veggie breakfast. The coffee arrived; the cup was half full. Could they not just add some hot water? Then the breakfast arrive. I placed the knob of butter on my toast hoping to soften it, it didn’t … the toast was stone cold, the bacon was also on the cold side and the one sausage was barely cooked, it hardly had any colour. The waitress asked if everything was ok with the meal. I explained my disappointment and all I got was sorry and a bill for £32. Why bother asking? We won’t be going again.

We discovered Kofi and Co back in the summer and I have steadily been working my way through the card enjoying dishes like Kofi Croque, Turkish Eggs and Moroccan Eggs. All delicious. Typically we go about 10:00 am and it invariably busy but we have always found a seat. Service is excellent and I know of nowhere that serves better coffee

Lovely staff, great food, excellent coffee. Only possible gripe was the portion of chicken in the kicking Kofi bites could definitely be bigger. Kicking absolutely, value for money they certainly were not. 3 fairly small strips of chicken certainly isn't enough. Should be 4 or 5.

We spent 5 days in Yorkshire and met friends here for lunch . The Food was disappointing and we all felt that there were too many choices on the Menu. My chicken and salad was served in what I can only describe as "A Soggy Wrap" The Chips were soft and had little flavour. Considering the Prices , one would have expected better quality! We have had lunch out each day , during our break and this was the only disappointing meal !

Such nice coffee, might need to buy a grinder so I can have their blend at home.

Little Gem in the middle of Wetherby. Best omelette I've had for ages. Such a clean, relaxing coffee house and bistro. Loved it and will be back. Really recommend it.

We go to Koffi and Co regularly. The menu is imaginative and the food is consistently of good quality . The atmosphere is busy and warm with friendly helpful staff . We are served quickly The cafe is fairly small but the food and drink is worth waiting for.

Great coffee and tea cakes and lovely staff. Kofusions need reviewing after being serving the mint one I expected a teapot infusion or at least a bag infusion not 3 leaves curling and brown mint leaves in hot water in a cup with a possible insect on very poor to look at or even be served I would have found embarrassing . Otherwise lovely place and staff would go again .

Food was absolutely amazing! Very busy but we managed to get a seat outside. The whole menu looked appealing but we finally settled on the American pancake stack and the Kofi croque with a side of chicken bites. Highly recommend this place if you're in the area for breakfast, brunch or lunch.

Food and drink was great albeit a little pricey. Service was a bit slow but they were busy and the waiter should wait till customers have finished before attempting to clear plates etc as people eat at different speeds and it's a bit rude to be stretching over people when they're still eating. The atmosphere was very loud everyone seemed to be shouting at each other instead of just talking.

Busy Saturday - seated no drama - service was good and the food was both delicious and served quickly. Really well run restaurant

Eggs benadict the best we have ever had

We popped in with our granddaughter a week or so back. This place is just great.we would not even attempt to eat anywhere else in the town it is that good. If they ever wished to change their name, yum yum, happy yum would be just perfect.

Have had lunch here twice recently. Great veggie choice and for non veggies too. Delicious juices.

It seems mean to criticise the size of their flapjack but it tasted really good, but it was huge.

Really love lunch at Kofi&Co. The portions are very good for what you are paying for, and their are plenty of vegan and vegetarian options. Next time, I would ask about gluten-free options.
