Knoops in City of London, Westminster

My drink was really good, a bit sickly but a nice treat! The menu was laid out on the shop wall nicely so that you could clearly see your options and the price, there were no hidden fees. The staff member that served us was lovely and friendly despite the long queue. I would definitely recommend this place :)

5 for the hot chocolate but 0 for the service. 2 groups of customers walked out as staff more interested in cleaning and polishing that serving. Same sort of thing as in Rye Knoops, more interested in ignoring the customer than helping them. Shame.

Knoops recently opened in Richmond's high street. I am a coffee lover and I rarely drink hot chocolate, however, I enjoyed the overall Knoops experience. We ordered : 85% Single origin (Colombia) Floral & fruity with notes of vanilla & pepper and 34% Cocoa blend balance of milk, cocoa & caramel notes, both good. The staff was kind and helpful, however, the place is small and the queue outside was pretty long. Prices seems above average for regular and large cup, however, the chocolate quality is 54% or above (single origin and cocoa blend) and can be also made vegan.

I couldn't wait for Knoops to open in Richmond and had my day planned around it! I even got soaked due to the severe flooding of the river! BUT it was worth it. This time I had the 54% milkshake an honestly it was THE best Milkshake I've ever had! I've had so many milkshakes and this was perfect. I can't wait to go again...this time I think I'll avoid the river 😂. It was also lovely seeing the owner there who was taking time to talk to customers and answer any chocolate questions they had. Really showers his passion. Can't wait to go again...my waistline is going to expand even more!

I have been waiting for this place to open for ages. I literally waded through the river to get here 😂. (See my photos for proof!) I had the 54% milkshake and it was definitely the best milkshake I've ever had! That's saying something as I've probably had a million in my existence 😂
