This is an incredible bakery, the cakes and pastries in the window look too good to be true, but after buying two of the largest sausage rolls ever seen, we knew how good it tasted. We couldn’t resist getting some take away croissants. The almond one was great and the tiramisu one was delicious. Just as well I don’t live here, as it would be impossible to walk past and not go in and buy cake. However it’s a great excuse to visit here again. Best croissants ever.

Not your average bakery by and stretch of the imagination. Always a must visit and always a queue! Only speaks to how amazing the quality and staff are.

If you’re going to Cirencester you have to try Knead bakery out. We had a sausage roll / pastry & a coffee which were delicious. The staff are brilliant too. Just buy your lunch & use there free seating area which is tucked away just around the corner.

All I can say is wow These guys make the best products around have there pastry’s for breakfast every Sunday , doughnuts whenever I need a fix and there foccacia well what can say ❤️❤️

Shopfront looks great with tempting savoury and sweet treats. I wanted a take-away cake so chose a slice of the Raspberry and Lemon Drizzle cake that looked amazing. Got home and served it up. Sooooo disappointed. The frosting was tasteless, and the sponge itself was extremely dry and dense. Total waste of money. Would not recommend the slices of cake.

Popped in today as I was fancying a jam donut. I had to queue outside and could see the last 2 jam donuts, I was glad that nobody got them before me. I also bought a ham and cheese croissant, some macarons and a bag of peanut butter biscuits for my dog. Bit pricey but have to say well worth it, the donuts were superb, I’m gutted that I split the croissant with my hubby as I would’ve eaten a whole one. The dog loved her treats. I’ve kept the macarons for this evening. Will be popping in when we are down again in a few weeks time.

My wife and I each had a Gloucester Old Spot sausage roll after seeing them in the window of this bakery. They were quite the meal but comfortably among the best sausage rolls we’ve had. The staff were lovely too.

Stopped of here halfway through a 13 mile walk. Came across it by chance. Lovely looking pastries ...very intrstgamable if that's your thing. We just had coffee. We sat outside ...under cover and electric radiant overhead heaters. Lovely environment.

We visited Knead with family and our small children on a cold Saturday in January at lunchtime. We chose from the most beautiful selection of original unique sweet pastries and baked goods Huge pillowy flavour packed focaccia breads, deliciously imaginative, fresh, serve yourself salads and the largest most satisfyingly meaty, flaky and rich sausage rolls. There really was something for each of us! The knowledge and experience of the staff we chatted with added to the feeling of being in very safe hands, The staff couldn't do enough to make sure we had what we needed. The small but perfectly formed establishment was immaculately clean and even has a gorgeous little snug to sit with your coffee, just across the charming few cobbles in the passageway. We all agreed this is by far the best lunch we have had in a very long time. We were bowled over by this place, we left with bags full of goodies to take back home with us. An absolutely brilliant little place, dont miss out!

Lucky to find this little gem on a mini break to Cirencester and all I can say is wow! Cakes and bakes are outstanding and the lady who served us was just so lovely! Definitely make a beeline for here if we visit again!

What a fabulous find in the heart of Cirencester. Everything is well presented. You can see the staff work very hard, but they have great attention to detail. I encountered 2nd to none service. I ordered a hot chocolate, extra hot, for takeaway. When it came, I noticed it wasn’t so hot the gentleman observed me drinking it quickly and said to me is it hot enough ? I like the way he noticed and immediately offered to replace it. It’s service like this, when people keep an eye out and watch things which set the competition apart. Well done guys ! Would def return !

Great bakery. Fantastic crossiants and doughnuts etc. Coffee is lovely too. Definite family favourite.

Amazing bakery. Always huge queue outside. They had a stall in the Christmas market which was excellent too.

Stopped here on the fly for a snack, ended up leaving with a bag full of things! The pastries are absolutely gorgeous, and it was really nice to see a different collection to your usual places. As a family we had a Ham and cheese baguette and ham and cheese croissant (both toasted and top quality ham), the sag aloo pasty, a chocolate tiffin, a cinnamon swirl and two custard pastries. The blueberry and custard pastry was the best danish I've ever had. There was so much more we could have bought! The woman who served us was absolutely delightful. So friendly, chatty and just a pleasure to be served by. It's a shame we're not local, though probably a good thing for our weighing scales!

Good location just down the road from the Corinium museum .. Picked up a toasted ham and cheese baguette, Garlic and red onion focaccia , and some macaroons ! All were 10/10 👍🏼 Definitely recommend if you are in Cirencester.

Highly recommend knead and all it’s pastry and baking deliciousness! We frequently stop off for the sausage rolls and focaccia, which are very tasty - although recommend getting them as fresh as possible for the best experience.

The windows of this place are so appealing and everyone who walks past has a look! We enjoyed the sausage roll. Very large and tasty. Pricey at £4.50 but worth it.

A wonderful shop packed full of home-baked savoury and sweet goodies. We couldn't resist the delicious sausage rolls and mince pies on one occasion, having previously tried a sweet potato, spinach & ricotta tartlette. A delightful shop not to be missed when visiting Cirencester

Don't know about you, but I love a savoury pastry, Cornish Pastie from Cornwall and now Old Spot sausage roll from Knead in Cirencester. It is so meaty, not too much pastry like you get with so many sausage rolls and packed full of flavoursome...
