We went for lunch, the service and food was brilliant however I do feel like it could do with a good clean, the sugar bowls, menu, cutlery and cups were dirty and tables very sticky the interior was great however just a good all round clean to and to brighten the place up. Cakes are great.

Called in whilst on a long walk. We had Sunday lunch. Can't say anything but amazing! We had pork and beef with gorgeous gravy, veg, mashed and roast potatoes. Very good value. Took a takeaway cake as couldn't eat any more.

took the family out for a Sunday roast... proper home cooking, epic gravy, and an all round delicious meal in a lovely quirky cottage i will definitely be bringing my family back here again the prices are also fantastic considering the amount of food you actually get. all around great service well done.

Went there for afternoon tea with my family and it was absolutely delicious, it comes on tiered plates, cute design and lots of food, more than enough. The restaurant is decorated gorgeously and is definitely a unique place to go. The food tastes amazing and they also have a children’s option for the afternoon tea which is perfect for families. There’s a huge range of home baked delicious goods, would definitely recommend getting more than one. Overall a great place with great customer service and the people that work there are really friendly and nice

Had a fantastic brunch, staff were friendly and the best scrambled eggs on toast I've eaten in a long while!

I’ve had food from here many times ! The sunday roasts are to die for, and the decor inside is amazing, fun and cute , 100% recommend.

We visited for brunch with 1 vegan 2 veggies and 1 meat eater, there is a lovely menu which could be adapted to suit. The food was freshly cooked and very tasty. Great value for money and highly recommended

My mum ordered myself and my daughter a Sunday roast to be delivered as we’d just moved house and was unpacking etc. I’m sad to say that she spent almost £50 and the food wasn’t great :-( The ‘gravy’ was grease and left my food coated with a greasy texture, roast potatoes were over cooked and hard and looked like they’d been fried. The meat and veg were fab! Except using the ‘gravy’ made everything greasy so we couldn’t eat it. Really disappointed :-( I did contact them before posting this and sent the images. Sadly they haven’t offered a solution.

We went here for a small lunch and found the menu very limited and the food on offer was a bit to over the top for us, Nothing on the menu if you just wanted a sandwich or something. That being said what we did have was lovely. The decorations in the building were amazing and the drinks and cakes also looked amazing. Call us miserable but we found the owner a bit to talkative, It was lovely to see how passionate he was about his business but personally I didn't want him standing over me and talking while I was trying to eat my food. Probably wouldn't rush to go back unless it was with a group for an afternoon tea and cocktails.

went today with my daughter she’s 3 - i was impressed the toilets had a toddler seat , the food was cold and poor choice for children - limited lunch menu in terms of sandwiches and the actually restaurant it’s self was dusty and felt unclean .

What an amazing restaurant. It is themed on Alice in wonderland a d it certainly is wonderland. Beautifully set up especially the upside down room. The Sunday dinner we had was awesome and portions huge. The deserts have to be seen to be believed. Friendly staff and reasonable prices. This wasn't a meal it was an experience.

At a function yesterday afternoon, had the pleasure of tasting an amazing buffet. The selection of sandwiches, chicken, sausage rolls. The homemade coleslaw and potato salad were to top class. Would definitely recommend Kitties cakes emporium!
