Kitchen @ 149 in Islington

Estaba caminando por este lugar en mi camino de una visita al sitio y se veía muy limpia y acogedora. Fui por el desayuno 149 y fue una muy buena elección. Los huevos eran perfectos y la salchicha, tocino, espinacas eran de un alto nivel. El personal era muy acogedor y amable. No pudieron hacer lo suficiente para ayudar, incluso vigilaron mi bolso mientras yo usaba las instalaciones. El menú tenía una buena variedad de comidas con un montón de opciones vegetarianas y veganas, por lo que vi en otras mesas, su comida se veía igual de buena con porciones de tamaño razonable. Cuando esté en la zona próxima sin duda volveré de nuevo.

Después de pasar por este pequeño restaurante / cafetería en varias visitas al norte de Londres, finalmente me sentí tentado. Fue muy tranquilo las dos veces que comí allí, la primera tarde, hoy a la hora del almuerzo, así que creo que merece una visita. poca publicidad. El propietario es realmente amable, la selección de alimentos es amplia y atractiva, y el servicio es muy rápido. Hoy comí el pollo marinado con puré de batata y ensalada, y fue muy agradable: perfectamente sazonado, con un delicioso aderezo y un precio razonable de 8. 50. Ah, y buen café, también. Nuestra comida era realmente fresca y absolutamente deliciosa, el servicio era excelente y noté que todo estaba excepcionalmente limpio.

He caminado pasar tantas veces de camino al suelo del Arsenal. Finalmente reservado y se fue el sábado pasado. Comida encantadora y también excelente vino.

This is a really nice and unpretentious cafe. The food was tasty and well presented and service was friendly and helpful.

We stopped in after driving past whilst looking for a place to get breakfast. The food was outstanding and great value for money. Good drink selection and was refreshing to get served a decent coffee in a mug. This would be a 5 star review if it wasn’t for the fact they don’t take card payment. In 2018 this is completely unacceptable. This resulted in two of our group having to walk to the high street in the rain in order to withdraw cash.

The fact that they don’t accept credit cards in 2018 is actually ridiculous. The servers then said they couldn’t save our table while we walked a block away to get out cash. Menu didn’t look that great anyway, won’t be coming back.

Absolutely love this place! It’s a wonderful local cafe that’s been really nicely done up with a modern relaxed open brunch vibe. The best bit is the beautiful open front with space to eat outside. Been here 3 or 4 times now and definitely recommend the brunch. Great addition to the area.

Eine wirklich kreativ und angenehm zusammengestellte Möbel. Kleinigkeiten zu essen, ein tolles Frühstück und eine persönliche, zuvorkommende Bedienung. Viel Flair inklusive - super!!!

This is by far my favourite cafe in Finsbury park, I eat there, I sometimes take my laptop and work there, I cure my hangovers there and I often take friends there. The staff are lovely and the cook is excellent, he will always amend the way he cooks if you have an allergy. The only aspects i would change is opening earlier than 10am and accepting card payments as i often forget to get cash out.

I'm a massive fan of this delightful place. This quaint and cosy establishment on Hornsey Road really hits the spot every time. Great for a breakfast or brunch, the coffee is fab and the Bloody Mary is delicious. The burgers are great, and are many of the flexible breakfast options. Would highly recommend on a hungover morning.

Лучший завтрак в Лондоне! Приветливый персонал. Тёплая, домашняя атмосфера. Ооочень вкусная еда. Кофе так понравился, что пришлось взять и с собой. Просидели с подругой час. Рекомендую. По матрешкам на полочке определили, что хозяин заведения-русский. Ну, и политическая карта мира на русском на стене говорит сама за себя)))

Lovely atmosphere, great tea and good food and waitress extremely friendly. Passed a happy afternoon working on my laptop in the corner!

My husband and I ate here earlier today after stumbling past it en route to somewhere else. I got the vegan breakfast with sweet potato hash, roasted courgettes, avo, spiced chickpeas and roasted peppers (with two pieces of sourdough). A healthy and very satisfying brunch. My husband got the sausage, Brie and tomato chutney on sourdough. He found it tasty. The interior is so cute: lots of eclectic tchotchkes, brick walls and chalkboards. Also fair prices for everything and a friendly staff to boot. I would definitely return if I lived close by.

This place does good breakfast foods - avocado on toast is very good. Coffee is good quality. Burgers are also good quality - homemade with plenty of flavour and good quality ingredients. Truffle fries with parmesan are delicious - recommend getting this. Wait staff are friendly. Recommend this place.

Fui con unos amigos, el servicio era todo el espectáculo, se me había olvidado muchos artículos, y entregado artículos incorrectos. Tal vez tenían un mal día. Tuve aguacate en tostadas. El aguacate era deliciosa, pero se sirve en sólo una pieza de pan tostado frío onu nevera. Parecía muy triste en mi plato.

L'endroit est calme, joliment décoré. La serveuse parle français et est très gentille: nous avons pu rester le temps de terminer notre goûter alors que le café était censé fermer.

La cocina @ 149 es un restaurante muy pequeño y acogedor con una excelente hamburguesas gourmet. El servicio fue bastante rápido y la hamburguesa Vegetal era de calidad excepcional.

Siempre estoy a la expectativa de un lugar estupendo brunch, y aunque esto localmente una parecía marque las casillas en papel nos dejó decepcionados. La mayoría de las primas, el aguacate era tostadas no era tostado, pedimos pan unseeded y tenía un puñado de semillas añadido (aunque esto podría ser un error de puntuación en el menú) y las hierbas aromáticas frescas en plato de mi esposa no estaban en ningún sitio. Aparte de eso, la comida nos pareció caro comparado con mejores opciones locales, y que incluyen fósiles y Stroud Green final en eso.

Comida fresca simple perfectamente preparado. Realmente relajado con una decoración interior muy moderno pero de estilo vintage. Lugar perfecto para el brunch.

I had a really good brunch here with friends, and chose something I'd never seen on a brunch menu before - smoked salmon with sweet potato fries, poached eggs and avocado. Really delicious meal and tea served in cute cups and saucers. Will have to come back to try the burgers!

Kitsch, Chintzy, Cute with a Retro twist, combined with exposed Brick Walls and Library Book Wallpaper this is a true find for either Brunch or a Burger. Make sure you try the 149 Sauce and have a chat with the charming owner and her efficient Team.A good old fashioned rare gem.

We really enjoyed our brunch here yesterday. It's a lovely quaint place with a really nice and relaxing atmosphere. We had the poached eggs with avocado and herbs and the bacon brie and caramelised onion sandwich- both were absolutely beautiful.The service was quick and friendly. We are back tomorrow for more!

Heard about this place a while ago and only good things so had to experience it myself.Went there few weeks ago for lunch with my friend. The place is quirky and authentic, so is the food -super delicious and very reasonably priced.We arrived around midday and it was full, so we had to wait few minutes for a table.Definitely coming back and suggesting everyone!

We went here with my girlfriend for a late lunch and we weren't disappointed. Nice food and friendly staff. We will visit this place again.

Came across this cosy new cafe recently in our area and was super happy about the meal we had. Their chicken burger was awesome and don't forget to try truffle fries! Next visit - pancakes & breakfast! The lady owner was very friendly and welcoming and we have a lovely time. You'll definitely see us soon and would recommend it to all my mates too.

DO NOT ORDER FOOD FROM HERE. The food came sloppy, waited more than an hour, burgers had a offf put smell. Awful overal. Just a wasted of money.

Found this new restaurant on our way to the Emirates. Fantastic service and food, the decor in the place was brilliant with every little thought going into making you feel right at home. This even went right down to the home kitchen look in their kitchen. Will definitely be returning here again

We had three different burgers - beef, chicken and veg (£6.5 each) - all were delicious, as well as the sweet potatoes fries. Nicest staff and pleasant atmosphere. Highly recommended!

This is a new place that just opened a few weeks back. It doesn't have loads of choice on the menu, but the food it does have is really good. The atmosphere in there is super lovely, with people just hanging out and reading the papers, and the staff are very friendly. I usually go there to pick up a take away coffee, which is always excellent.

A gem... Great find. Food was really really good. Little cafe with so much care put into everything from decoration to the food and drinks. Go and enjoy...
