The food is good the delivery time is not changing. The food is delivered reasonably hot. The only thing lacking is the packing. Its not so much the packing as the way it is carried, all upside down or tilted sideways.Danger of food spilling all over

This is the only time that the food quality and quantity has been very poor our order from here all the time and I’m a regular customer for many years and never had such cold. Disappointing low quality and quantity food very small portion. Not tasty at all no effort to my order. I’m very disappointed but I will be ordering again. I hope this is the first and last time because I do love your food and you always have been good and this is first complaint that I’ve made.

Pedido a domicilio. Aparte del seco e insípido koko sabzi los entrantes estaban bien pero los platos principales eran terribles. El arroz estaba mojado e insípido, el Chenjeh estaba seco y el pollo era insípido. Hemos usado Kish muchas veces en el pasado, pero nunca más. Un amigo me dice que el Kish ha sido absorbido por un nuevo propietario y que muchos viejos clientes están sorprendidos por lo mal que se ha vuelto la comida.

I ordered from kish... nice food but my drink wasn't given to me and it took very long to arrive. Also the sabzi salad was a small portion amd not a good value to the price.

The kitchen in Fesenjon was taste odd and kebab was very average. I wouldn’t order from this resturant again,

The meat in the shashlik dish was very poor quality and stale. They had tried to cover up the smell and staleness with a lot of salt. Unfortunately, I was only able to eat a third of it and I am very disappointed.

Good kubideh but old rice- not remotely fresh.

The rice with the kubideh was inedible- it had a bad smell and was clearly old. In the previous order, the rice was clearly a bit old but not as bad as this time. A shame as this hadn’t been the case with previous orders.

Hadn’t tried before but had good reviews, and it didn’t disappoint. Food all came hot, even the flat bread which I was impressed about, the main food was all delicious, rice soft, fluffy and flavoursome. Chicken and lamb both cooked perfectly again soft and well seasoned. Would definitely recommend and will be ordering from here again.

The "just to eat" bag should be cleaner.

I have ordered from this restaurant, on the app showed they will deliver at 10:50 latest they came at 11:30 and the food was cold . I called the restaurant so many times until they answered and when they answered they only saying it comes in few minutes , definitely not ordering from them again …

I was greatly disappointed to find my Faloodeh was melted when delivered.

Have been ordering food from Kish and also eating in the restaurant for nearly a decade and always enjoyed the food!

It took two hours to arrive. In the app it was saying that it is delivered but when we called them they said that it is going to come. It came so late that we couldn't enjoy the food.

Chincken wings are veryyy small.I left a note to grill them properly but it wasn't and there was even chicken stew( like juice)on it .why ? Its called grilled chicken wings not chicken stew or soup!!! Joojeh kabab was ok

Been ordering from here for a very long time absolutely beautiful, tasty and fresh food always delivered on time. I wouldn’t go anywhere else and I’m Iranian worth the money.

The main courses were huge (koobideh and ghafghazi) but very bland on taste. The starters also were bland. Kathy e baseman was too dry. The desserts and drinks were excellent (fresh lemonade, havij bastani) and out of this world. The service is excellent even when busy

The food was high-quality, excellent, and had a very generous portion.

Koobieh was way below Kish standards as if the chief is changed or made by an unprofessional kitchen porter. Taste and quality was extremely disappointing.

Food wasn't fresh. I don't normally leave negative reviews but considering how much it cost I really think it's a disgrace. Shan't be ordering again.

1.I ordered a hot chocolate it came half full...2 the pancake was freezing an so soggy and wet for no reason! horrible...3 the brownie was burnt an couldn't even bite into it !!! and 4 pound delivery fee nope 1 out of ten

expensive soggy chips. not totally cooked. cake I wanted not available...no cakes available. tabolah tiny pot of chopped parsley with lemon. true waste of money.

We ordered in good time to be delivered by 12.30. After an hour the food haven't arrived yet and the app shows it has been delivered. We called the restaurant and all they could say it's outside the door (which is not) and we're sorry. Very unprofessional and bad service. Don't recommend it at all.

1 hour 40 minutes to travel three miles. Delivery cost £4, for WHAT?

Horrible delivery service, food is over 45 minutes late and restaurant didnt offer any compensation when I spoke with them they just assured me it would arrive in 10-15 more minutes

Their food was perfect but when you ordered kotlet and olovieh you should know they won’t serve it with bread which is weird!!! So next time you want to order be wise and order bread separately unless like us you have no bread at work and everyone remain hungry so you should order sth else again!

unfortunately quality of the kebabs is not as good as before. and the rice also wasn't good.

The food not bad but their kebabs are smaller now and the bread that I bought separately was a dried out store bought Lebaneses bread that is only good for birds.

Their delivery time is awful. I received my order one hour and half after ordering. around 11: 20 pm!

I ordered at 19:30. The delivery was estimated to arrive at 20:15. I had to call at 20:40. My food arrived at 21:05. Disappointing as the food is otherwise very good.

Staying over the road at Marriott Maida Vale we decided to visit Kish. We had a lovely meal. The staff were very friendly and helpful when ordering. This restaurant is a must if staying at this hotel.

Dear Sir I need to bring to your attention that your kobedeh kebab & rice meal tonight had way too much oil. I recommended Kish to my guests but it was very enbassrssing as the oil in the rice was too much. Persian rice is famous for being fluffy. But the oily rice is not good for our health. The after taste of oil in my mouth has affected us all. I was embarrassed for my guests..

Kolet I ordered was only three pieces and I would’ve thought at least five or six pieces considering the price, momtaz kebab and chicken was very dry and well done not juicy and soft as it is usually when ordering previously as this place is my favourite Iranian restaurant, that’s why I keep ordering. The dormer was nice and the portion was sufficient and baghali polo maiecheh is always a must Oder

Excellent Persian cuisine. This really was the best Iranian food I’ve had in any Persian restaurant. It was outstanding and I cannot wait to return. The lamb tachine was exceptional. Massive portion, enough for 2-3 people! The tahdig was delicious. The Momtaz was excellent. All our food was amazing and delicious.

Didn’t like how manger chose our food in a large group without our consent , which was not nice. Brought in bottled water and high priced starters and charged, When it came to the end paying took ages and felt cheated. Waiters were very pleasant, food was good.

Lovely atmosphere, attentive staff and delicious dishes. What a wonderful find after a long day of travel. It would have been worth making my way across London for, so how lucky that it was right across the street from my hotel.
