terrible service got my pizza wrong im allergic to items that was put on the pizza explained this to the person the phone and he put the phone down tried calling back 3 times and they won’t answer just keep getting put on hold

Wish I could put a 0 rating but I can't this is a mixed wrap with chilli sauce and garlic sauce and chips a couple of chips and the swrap is awful will never ever recommend this place what a total shower and may I add over 12 pound delivered for that I have been robbed will never ever use again would rather go to mcdonalds did phone them up tell about the terrible order ect they Said would send out again it was same as the first order if you look at second photo you can gather where it all went yes that's correct black bag in the bin

Wasn't great the donner meat was far to long needed cutting smaller.Also wasn't warm

Garbage, placed a £40 order - stated 45 minutes at checkout. Email said 1 hour wait. 1 hour 15 minutes later, still no delivery??? Called, got the old "yeah, mate, it's 2 minutes away" BS AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE. Edit... I won't be reaching out to you, I won't be ordering from you again, and I hope this review helps to save ather people time and frustration in the future. The length of time it's taken you guys to respond to this review says it all really 🤷‍♂️

Absolutely the wrong order then when called i was asked if I could speak English very offensive verging on racist obviously new owners will not get my business again.
