Absolutely disgusting treatment… our order was wrong so I rang up to be told my order was right I am wrong and they put the phone down on me… I have been using this place for over a year I will not be using them again nor will the rest of the family

waited 1 hour and 20 mins, Arrived cold & was sent a £1 bottle of pepsi after paying £2.60 for Cola.

I like the food currys and pizza are good you must try

Use Arazona very regularly and no matter how many times I ask them not to put chip spice on the chips they always do, what’s the point in having a special notes option if there not going to look at it !!!

Food was cold and soggy, had to chase up as was so late, had obviously been cooked and left a long time waiting for delivery. Should have read reviews before ordering, never again.

this order was very cold not even edible asked for salad seperetly but was all piled on top awful what a waste of money

the curry was lovely, massive portion, enough for 2! onion bahjis (3) where lovely too! rice was cooked right, chips where a bit crispy, but overall good experience, I would order again!

The chicken cream was horrible! Always ordered before and been lovely. Used the cubed chicken for piazzas instead of grilled and tasted of nothing gent right in the bin. The chips, mushroom bhaji, cheese burger and garlic naan were tasty but the onion bhaji also were flavourless. Very disappointed have always recommended in the past but don’t think I would after that.

Chips were soggy for been in carton for too long and cold .. driver said u dint have a driver but just eat said you was busier than normal so someone is lying .. im not bothered as long as it comes when it says it does .. ordered it 2 hours before

The food was absolutely terrible, the chips tasted like they’d been fried every day this week. Absolutely no seasoning at all! Ordered a doner calzone with chillie and garlic and came with no sauce. Ordered a plain chicken wrap with salad and it came with mushrooms!!!! In a salad!! Then when we called they said ‘we don’t do a plain chicken wrap only chicken tikka’ so why did I have plain chicken and mushrooms?! We kindly asked for a refund as the food wasn’t satisfactory at all, to which the manager Sam said no he can’t do that.

Food was stone cold, burgers tasted like rubber and there was carrots in the burger too🤢 I will never order from this place ever again I have never been so disappointed

I order from here more than anywhere else as I like the Currys from here, but this time the Currys I ordered where not that creamy and they didn't toast as much, the pizza was still good though but very disappointed In the quality of the Currys.

Was really cold when arrived even though it arrived ‘on time’

The burgers and pizza was great. The pasta is cut into chunks and doesn’t look appealing. The biryani was fine. The donner was awful and it doesn’t match the pictures. Delivery driver was amazing, very friendly and the food arrived on time.

I don’t normally complain, but I usually order from here and pick it up and it’s all fresh. But I ordered tonight to be delivered as my little one was sleeping and I am a bit disappointed, chips or pizza wasn’t fresh at all and was cold.

Fast delivery, nice food and pleasant delivery driver.

Didn’t deliver all of our order. Then took them another hour to deliver the rest and we’re only two minutes up the road. Ordered sauces separate to kebab and they smothered it all over the food which meant we couldn’t eat it because the sauces were meant for another meal. Didn’t send a replacement when we phoned up meaning we wasted the kebab and someone went hungry. Such bad service, when we phoned up to explain the situation, we were met with bad attitude and a load of excuses. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone, this is the second bad experience in a couple of weeks with this takeaway

We ordered sweet & sour chicken curry but it was too spicy ? My son could not eat it .. the chicken curry was nice though

Order omelette n salad the other night was quick getting here but found plastic bottle top in the salad have sent email with the pic to them n got no reply so looks like they don't care about customers well this 1 won't order from them again

Been ordering from Arizona for years now. Food always tastes amazing. We collected this time and food was ready for when we got there, even though they were really busy. Every time we've had a delivery it's been on time or early and food always arrived Hot! Have tried other places now and again but doesn't compare and actually much prefer Arizona. Staff are always friendly and polite.

Really poor quality of food, chips were tiny kids portions. They were also cold. Unfortunately a very poor experience with a takeaway we've enjoyed in the past.

New driver who apparently couldn’t find us for over an hour. Considering we order 4-5 times a month from this place it’s hard to believe. Food arrived cold as expected, but also my son ordered a burger and they sent chicken nuggets. So normally these are an excellent place, to night was especially bad

Love this place! Lamb Korma is amazing. Lovely staff and the delivery is so quick, my food game in 25 minutes today was blown away. The garlic bread is unbelievable and soft, not too much Garlic butter, not under cooked and not rock soild, best Garlic bread, Very consistent good quality food and service!

Food was on time, however the food we got tonight was disgusting, not Arizona standard at all, garlic sauce barley tasted of garlic what so ever, garlic bread tomato had barley any tomato puree on it, wouldn’t recommend after tonight

Gave it 1 more try. Ordered medium keema peas and potatoes. Recieved a hot one, again of waste of money. Use to be nice. Won't be ordering again .

Normally no faults. 1st time ordering on a weekend. Samba was very watery, chicken tikka masala was too sweet no spice at all. The donner meat and chips were lovely though.

Been Ordering Arizona Food For Years and I Do Not Have Any Complaints as The Food is Just That Good…

We use arizona regular and today qas the first time we have had issues. Food turned up cold and a hour late half hour before my wife was due to go out to work,orderd it for 5.30 and turned up at 6.20. Had to warm up in microwave and never tasted that nice...I hope this isn't a sign of arizona going down their usual brilliant

Been going to Arizona for years an was my go to local takeaway. On Friday 6th l went at about 5pm and it was busy with the phone ringing and 5 customers in the shop. I fancied something different so asked for an omelette l was waiting for about 20min so was not pleased but didn’t hassle the staff as it was chaotic. I was so disappointed when I opened my omelette at home l can only describe it as a dried up cow pat and binned the £6.80 “omelette” The service was poor and the food un eatable …. so disappointed. I guess they put it on when l ordered it and forgot about for 20min but instead of starting again they served it. Good Reputations are difficult to build but easy to destroy poor show Arizona. Over 2 hours wait on a Wednesday night ? Food cold garlic bread was like dry bread - was no garlic on it no sauce on the spaghetti bolognaise- was too dry and waited far too long - rang to ask where my order was told on its way - shops five mins away so waited another 25 mins and rang again and had phone put down on me - disgusting customer service won’t be ordering from here again

I really loved there donner meat and chips once had it for the first time after not having takeaways for a while. I ended up binning the lot salad what salad chips hard and donner meat was dry and rubbery defo disappointed wont be goin there again

Used for the first time tonight will definitely never use again!!! poor quality of food kebab meat either burnt or bits and when found the pita bread it was a soggy mess..garlic chicken probably the worst we've had!! garlic breads undercooked and soggy and cold.. chips was okay to be honest hence the 1 star most went in bin lesson learnt don't try somewhere new !! Top marks for delivery on time only highlight

Would like to comment on the taste of the food but seeing as they never delivered it is quite difficult to do. We called the restaurant twice the first time they said it was 20 minutes away, 40 minutes when we called back they couldn't find the order so they assumed it had left the restaurant!
