Ordered lunch today and it was quickly delivered by Karen. She was lovely and clearly cares about customer satisfaction and standards which was lovely to see. We will definitely order again from here.

After taking more than 2 minutes to look at the menu, the person serving me was really rude and abrupt. Have been alone in the shop, at almost 1am and made to feel really uncomfortable. Love pizza from here but definitely won’t be making a visit in store again

Food is very nice and staff have been friendly whenever I've visited for collection. I'm not a frequent customer, probably once every few months as a treat, but never had a bad experience with this branch. Delivery drivers have always been friendly, and I don't recall any issues with drivers finding my house. Satnav tends to mislead a lot of takeaways in the avenues area. Lately I've been visiting for collection on lunch break. Staff have been friendly and while my food has always been warm when delivered, it's even better when fresh out of the oven.

Let me paint you a picture: it’s been one of those weeks. You drag yourself back from a lecture, drowning in assignments, when suddenly—ding! A PayPal message pops up saying, 'Treat yourself to a takeaway!' Naturally, you order a Chinese, all excited for that sweet, sweet fried rice. You step outside at 23:10, eagerly waiting for your feast, only to get hit with the ultimate betrayal—order cancelled. Now, at this time, nowhere else is open, cue the sad violin. But wait! Domino’s is still open! You place an order, and it arrives faster than you can say ‘extra cheese.’ The chips and garlic bread? Stunning. The Meateor pizza? Absolutely amazing. And those cookies? Pure bliss. Honestly, 10/10 would recommend

Staff laugh at you if you make a complaint and refuse to find an alternative to help. I'd give 0 stars if I could. No point making a complaint as they won't care so I'll leave a review here for everyone. Avoid!

Just awful they don't let you order a gluten free in store so we had to order online for collection. Then when the pizza was ready it was not cut and they refused to cut it as it's store policy but the woman didn't even know why. It's clearly a cross contamination issue but the staff was clueless. A store like domino's should have different utensils due to cross contamination. How are people supposed to eat a pizza that's not sliced? The woman then started laughing and giggling with a colleague after we complained. Plus no where to sit people had to lean against walls. Sort your staff out and sort you store policies out!

terrible service got my pizza wrong im allergic to items that was put on the pizza explained this to the person the phone and he put the phone down tried calling back 3 times and they won’t answer just keep getting put on hold

Staff left us stood for ages waiting to be served, then they was very ignorant, and rude, then when our pizza was done they never told us and it was left on the side for a long time before we finally went and asked what was going on, the staff all need telling as they was rude and ignorant to everyone, other customers were all saying the same.

Think thats it now for me. Really loved dominos, the cost cutting behaviour has gone too far. A large pizza should be 13.5inches...its sneakily cut to 12, the store gives 1 measly dip pot on 1 box and the quality has gone downhill yet.... Prices have shot up! Will be raising this with Doms HQ and the store manager directly and wont be returning here or any Dominos again.

Most of the time they are late, if you are going to order takeout I do not recommend them.

Tried to order delivery on Uber Eats. Even though many other drivers could make the delivery and contact me on arrival, this place can’t. Didn’t deliver the food, and I may not get a refund through the app. I’m done with this Domino’s and Uber Eats.

Very Disappointing Experience! Just now I ordered a pizza, and it was by far the worst I’ve ever had. They drowned it in sauce, making it a soggy mess, and I could barely find any cheese. The little cheese that was there wasn’t even melted! This was a total waste of money and a huge disappointment. I’ve had pizzas from Domino’s before, and not all of them are like this, but this one was just unacceptable. It was supposed to be cheesy and delicious, but instead, it ruined my night. It didn’t even taste like a proper pizza. Definitely not worth it.

Today (19/08/2024), I had the most welcoming dining experience in Hull over the past year. The lady who took my order, was incredibly kind and helpful. It's also great to find a place that still offers Diet Coke, which is rare in most restaurants nowadays.

Often purchase a Domino’s but this one today was THE best I have ever had. Speedy delivery, hot, fresh and with mountains of toppings !

Absolutely shocking service ordered a meal Combo with desert pizza was wrong rang to ask for another order re delivered so we could eat our meal all at the same time all the would do is send another pizza so had a revise meal ..chicken garlic bread then dough balls then 20 mins later our new pizza came .

The Disabled toilet was full with the delivery 🛵 high chairs and chairs opened the door couldn't quite squeeze into the toilet area to sit on the toilet and then 1staff member said it doesn't work once our food was served we stood at the bench bar to be told we wasn't allowed to eat our food inside, why have an eating area if or disabled toilet 🚽 if your going to refuse customer's access to them?

The food was amazing and there was an item missing but the delivery driver redelivered and the manager provided a complementary drink. Really trustworthy excellent quality of food and customer service!!!!

Hull city centre quilty has gone way down recently and it shows. The Indian man on the phone immediately needs sacking. He pretends to be the manager, and is one rude individual. Karma shall seek you out Mr Also never enough toppings, especially cheese, even when you pay for extra!

Such a bad place and awful rude staff , placed a order and paid chips , cheese and tomato pizza 🍕 chicken strips and Pepsi max , we waited more than half a hour , food was brought out number called man told us get your drink from the fridge so we did , only to be stopped by a Asian man at the door who accused us of stealing the drink, we were told to hand the food back and drink , which then they realised it was the wrong order , Indian man made us loon like thieves in front of everyone did not apologise orher ppl were saying it was wrong of them but he was allowing ppl to sniff coke in the takeaway. The food was rubbish the chicken cold and the chips raw . Absolutely disgusting place with arrogant rude scruffy staff

This was a fantastic outlet for lunch, with the deals made clear at the counter upon entry! The designs on the wall echo Domino's history, staff were helpful and upstairs seating is a worthy addition. I sat there with a fresh, delicious Tuna and Sweetcorn pizza, satisfied with the establishment's cleanliness too!

Should these really be in a disabled toilet, council contacted as well as head office.

Wouldn’t let me use the disabled toilet even after stating and willingness to show my disability record on my nhs app. Said they didn’t have a key I said I have my own they let me use it. When the door was opened I had to climb over chairs and a motorbike.

I managed to order to the wrong store but after confining I had indeed ordered and no collected from Bev rd they made me pizza here anyways free of charge! Very helpful, very pleased and pizza was great too

They can't even make an actual delivery, i live in a flat and they refuse to deliver to your actual door.. also overpriced and no better than a cheaper pizza shop which actually deliver to your door even in a flat. Domi NO NO NO i wont be purchasing anything from you again.

Ordered from the Hessle store. waited an hour for food. app said it had been delivered when it hadn’t. When calling up to find out what had happened got put through to the city centre store where we got told that the Hessle store had now closed (online says it’s open till 5am it was 11 when we called) and we needed to wait 15min to see if it gets delivered before they would help us. When we called back got told they would only send us food if we paid for it again.

I paid for extra cheese yet it came with hardly any on it and was so undercooked... Very poorly made. Absolutely disgusted by this effort

Was on my way to the P&O Ferry back to Rotterdam and wanted to eat something. The food on board is not really good at P&O. Now had a delicious Pizza BBQ. This was made with a lot of love, what a delicious pizza. Highly recommend this Damino's Pizza

Very fast service. After ordering a pizza for collection, it was ready in 15 minutes. They finished just before I arrived. I walked in while they were putting the pizza in the box. This is definitely a big plus. Very good pizza, Definitely different than others takeaways. I think there was a promotion because only 9.99 for the largest one. I will definitely come back.

I ordered Saturday night for collection and was shocked by the service we received. The pizza took 45-50 minutes to come, and when we asked the member of staff about what was happening with our order, he was extremely rude to us, including ignoring us at first and then taking a phone call mid-conversation! I've never experienced anything like it before. In the end we almost had to beg them for an update about was going on. Shocking service

Had to put an order through on the phone. Spoke to Liz who was friendly, helpful and patient. Really refreshing to get such good customer service from a chain.

Every time we order it takes well over an hour for delivery, it comes cold and always comes wrong. When we ring they say we can have something free which will then take another hour to arrive or we can have a discount code which is always less than the discounts online. Bad service. No one knows what they are talking about on the phones either

My names Charlie Taylor and I am in love with food. I don’t get fed at home so coming here I had high expectations. Instead I ordered cookies and cried into them as they didn’t put enough chocolate chips in them😭

Ordered a medium pizza and wings. The driver turned up without the wings and the pizza was probably the worst pizza I have ever had in my entire life. I basically spent £20 to eat one slice of god awful pizza and couldn't even get a refund for the wings I paid for but never got delivered. I didn't expect a lot from a garbage chain like Domino's, but I still feel still feel like they just straight up stole my money by not delivering what I ordered. 0/10...if such a thing is even possible.

Terrible went in and the staff at the desk were only interested in answering the phone! I waited for over ten minutes and they ignored me! And they carried on answering new calls still ignoring me one of the cashier's said that she would deal with me but she carried answering new calls.I left disappointed & angry i know they get more money from deliveries but made to feel like second class citizen bcos I left car at home and walked in from the street to help the environment! Hopefully better luck next time.

Fabulous New Yorker Gluten Free pizza, yummy. Tandoori Hot is great too. So nice for a Coeliac to be able to order on a girls night out, friendly service on collection and hot food.

A quite standard retail in the city centre of Hull. They are open until late in the morning and apparently too many drunk people, worse, drunk little teenager just waiting inside of the premise. If you are tourist, it is not a pleasant place, but if you are on;y there to take away, then you have no problem. The staffs are professional, and they have patience level of God. They might need to redesigned the queuing plan to make it more effective and change the LCD direction so they dont have to shout at drunk people all the time. "need a g better management!"

This review is probably not acceptable as I eat there almost every week its my fav place and its had its ups and downs but if everything was perfect we would not have hotdogs.

First visit to Domino's and the pizza was reasonable given what I've heard about Domino's. What really disappointed me was the appalling customer service. Talk about service with a grimace. Young girl serving me just scowled at me like I am from Mars when I asked for extra chilli on my pizza. No explanation just a scowl. When the pizza was ready, she just waved it in my direction. Didn't bother speaking, it was clearly too much effort. Domino's; your business is being destroyed by staff like this. Get a grip!

The staf of dominos are very humble and polite.

I made an order from this dominos, after several hours of waiting they said their driver tried to deliver the pizza but couldn't reach me because my phone number was wrong. They then lied that they have sent my order, but they didn't. I called them again and another rude, uncouth guy answered the phone and said 'it was my mistake and my order was still with them' And they would not send it unless they het through with their other orders. I do not recommend.

I am vegan and suffer with celiac disease. A serious illness caused by gluten, the first time I ordered from this store they served me with 2 vegan pizzas with a wheat base. This could gave caused me to be seriously ill. Luckily I knew the difference, I had no sympathy from Mike the store manager he could not care less how serious this was for me. so I oder again but for delivery not knowing it forwarded me to cirty centre not County Road South as to what I called to then wait 1 hour for it to arrive to find out its dairy cheese on my pizza! (I'm vegan) the lady who took my order said it will come with vegan cheese on a gluten free base and was miss sold this for the second time from this store and called up for a refund as I can't eat this pizza To be told no I am not having my money back. So they don't care if you have a dairy allergy or a serious disease clearly. I'm absolutely disgraced! Stay away if you have any allergies this store cannot be trusted.
