Great taste great food and great staff...

The food was top tier quality, exactly what I expected and the staff who delivered it, she was really nice and helpful too

Never showed up despite being marked as delivered, rang up and told 10 - 15 minutes, never showed up after that time obviously did not want to deliver and take my money, absolutely disgusting

Tried to order delivery on Uber Eats. Even though many other drivers could make the delivery and contact me on arrival, this place can’t. Didn’t deliver the food, and I may not get a refund through the app. I’m done with this Domino’s and Uber Eats.

Very Disappointing Experience! Just now I ordered a pizza, and it was by far the worst I’ve ever had. They drowned it in sauce, making it a soggy mess, and I could barely find any cheese. The little cheese that was there wasn’t even melted! This was a total waste of money and a huge disappointment. I’ve had pizzas from Domino’s before, and not all of them are like this, but this one was just unacceptable. It was supposed to be cheesy and delicious, but instead, it ruined my night. It didn’t even taste like a proper pizza. Definitely not worth it.

Today (19/08/2024), I had the most welcoming dining experience in Hull over the past year. The lady who took my order, was incredibly kind and helpful. It's also great to find a place that still offers Diet Coke, which is rare in most restaurants nowadays.

Often purchase a Domino’s but this one today was THE best I have ever had. Speedy delivery, hot, fresh and with mountains of toppings !

Absolutely shocking service ordered a meal Combo with desert pizza was wrong rang to ask for another order re delivered so we could eat our meal all at the same time all the would do is send another pizza so had a revise meal ..chicken garlic bread then dough balls then 20 mins later our new pizza came .

The Disabled toilet was full with the delivery 🛵 high chairs and chairs opened the door couldn't quite squeeze into the toilet area to sit on the toilet and then 1staff member said it doesn't work once our food was served we stood at the bench bar to be told we wasn't allowed to eat our food inside, why have an eating area if or disabled toilet 🚽 if your going to refuse customer's access to them?

Pizza took longer then needed to be made and staff was just stood around talking to each over

The food was amazing and there was an item missing but the delivery driver redelivered and the manager provided a complementary drink. Really trustworthy excellent quality of food and customer service!!!!

Hull city centre quilty has gone way down recently and it shows. The Indian man on the phone immediately needs sacking. He pretends to be the manager, and is one rude individual. Karma shall seek you out Mr Also never enough toppings, especially cheese, even when you pay for extra!

Such a bad place and awful rude staff , placed a order and paid chips , cheese and tomato pizza 🍕 chicken strips and Pepsi max , we waited more than half a hour , food was brought out number called man told us get your drink from the fridge so we did , only to be stopped by a Asian man at the door who accused us of stealing the drink, we were told to hand the food back and drink , which then they realised it was the wrong order , Indian man made us loon like thieves in front of everyone did not apologise orher ppl were saying it was wrong of them but he was allowing ppl to sniff coke in the takeaway. The food was rubbish the chicken cold and the chips raw . Absolutely disgusting place with arrogant rude scruffy staff

This was a fantastic outlet for lunch, with the deals made clear at the counter upon entry! The designs on the wall echo Domino's history, staff were helpful and upstairs seating is a worthy addition. I sat there with a fresh, delicious Tuna and Sweetcorn pizza, satisfied with the establishment's cleanliness too!

Should these really be in a disabled toilet, council contacted as well as head office.

Wouldn’t let me use the disabled toilet even after stating and willingness to show my disability record on my nhs app. Said they didn’t have a key I said I have my own they let me use it. When the door was opened I had to climb over chairs and a motorbike.

I managed to order to the wrong store but after confining I had indeed ordered and no collected from Bev rd they made me pizza here anyways free of charge! Very helpful, very pleased and pizza was great too

They can't even make an actual delivery, i live in a flat and they refuse to deliver to your actual door.. also overpriced and no better than a cheaper pizza shop which actually deliver to your door even in a flat. Domi NO NO NO i wont be purchasing anything from you again.

Ordered from the Hessle store. waited an hour for food. app said it had been delivered when it hadn’t. When calling up to find out what had happened got put through to the city centre store where we got told that the Hessle store had now closed (online says it’s open till 5am it was 11 when we called) and we needed to wait 15min to see if it gets delivered before they would help us. When we called back got told they would only send us food if we paid for it again.

I paid for extra cheese yet it came with hardly any on it and was so undercooked... Very poorly made. Absolutely disgusted by this effort

Was on my way to the P&O Ferry back to Rotterdam and wanted to eat something. The food on board is not really good at P&O. Now had a delicious Pizza BBQ. This was made with a lot of love, what a delicious pizza. Highly recommend this Damino's Pizza

Very fast service. After ordering a pizza for collection, it was ready in 15 minutes. They finished just before I arrived. I walked in while they were putting the pizza in the box. This is definitely a big plus. Very good pizza, Definitely different than others takeaways. I think there was a promotion because only 9.99 for the largest one. I will definitely come back.

I ordered Saturday night for collection and was shocked by the service we received. The pizza took 45-50 minutes to come, and when we asked the member of staff about what was happening with our order, he was extremely rude to us, including ignoring us at first and then taking a phone call mid-conversation! I've never experienced anything like it before. In the end we almost had to beg them for an update about was going on. Shocking service

Every time we order it takes well over an hour for delivery, it comes cold and always comes wrong. When we ring they say we can have something free which will then take another hour to arrive or we can have a discount code which is always less than the discounts online. Bad service. No one knows what they are talking about on the phones either

My names Charlie Taylor and I am in love with food. I don’t get fed at home so coming here I had high expectations. Instead I ordered cookies and cried into them as they didn’t put enough chocolate chips in them😭

Ordered a medium pizza and wings. The driver turned up without the wings and the pizza was probably the worst pizza I have ever had in my entire life. I basically spent £20 to eat one slice of god awful pizza and couldn't even get a refund for the wings I paid for but never got delivered. I didn't expect a lot from a garbage chain like Domino's, but I still feel still feel like they just straight up stole my money by not delivering what I ordered. 0/10...if such a thing is even possible.

Terrible went in and the staff at the desk were only interested in answering the phone! I waited for over ten minutes and they ignored me! And they carried on answering new calls still ignoring me one of the cashier's said that she would deal with me but she carried answering new calls.I left disappointed & angry i know they get more money from deliveries but made to feel like second class citizen bcos I left car at home and walked in from the street to help the environment! Hopefully better luck next time.

Fabulous New Yorker Gluten Free pizza, yummy. Tandoori Hot is great too. So nice for a Coeliac to be able to order on a girls night out, friendly service on collection and hot food.

A quite standard retail in the city centre of Hull. They are open until late in the morning and apparently too many drunk people, worse, drunk little teenager just waiting inside of the premise. If you are tourist, it is not a pleasant place, but if you are on;y there to take away, then you have no problem. The staffs are professional, and they have patience level of God. They might need to redesigned the queuing plan to make it more effective and change the LCD direction so they dont have to shout at drunk people all the time. "need a g better management!"

This review is probably not acceptable as I eat there almost every week its my fav place and its had its ups and downs but if everything was perfect we would not have hotdogs.

First visit to Domino's and the pizza was reasonable given what I've heard about Domino's. What really disappointed me was the appalling customer service. Talk about service with a grimace. Young girl serving me just scowled at me like I am from Mars when I asked for extra chilli on my pizza. No explanation just a scowl. When the pizza was ready, she just waved it in my direction. Didn't bother speaking, it was clearly too much effort. Domino's; your business is being destroyed by staff like this. Get a grip!

The staf of dominos are very humble and polite.

I made an order from this dominos, after several hours of waiting they said their driver tried to deliver the pizza but couldn't reach me because my phone number was wrong. They then lied that they have sent my order, but they didn't. I called them again and another rude, uncouth guy answered the phone and said 'it was my mistake and my order was still with them' And they would not send it unless they het through with their other orders. I do not recommend.

I am vegan and suffer with celiac disease. A serious illness caused by gluten, the first time I ordered from this store they served me with 2 vegan pizzas with a wheat base. This could gave caused me to be seriously ill. Luckily I knew the difference, I had no sympathy from Mike the store manager he could not care less how serious this was for me. so I oder again but for delivery not knowing it forwarded me to cirty centre not County Road South as to what I called to then wait 1 hour for it to arrive to find out its dairy cheese on my pizza! (I'm vegan) the lady who took my order said it will come with vegan cheese on a gluten free base and was miss sold this for the second time from this store and called up for a refund as I can't eat this pizza To be told no I am not having my money back. So they don't care if you have a dairy allergy or a serious disease clearly. I'm absolutely disgraced! Stay away if you have any allergies this store cannot be trusted.

Good telepone delivery to a hotel (phone number taken automatically and then hotel name on the phone only needed details - great gold of the western moon). Pricey, very tasty like pringles. The driver had change ready in advance. Pretty good.

I went in at 20.55 orderd a personal pizza told it would be 10 minutes at 21 45 my order still hadn't been done I asked for a refund they didn't want to give it to me said they would start making it now I said I can't wait any longer I had a train to catch eventually Simone slamed my money on the side huffing and puffing I had to except cash even though I paid by card and wanted it back on my card staff there are to busy playing in the corridors and not focusing on getting customer orders out

My friend ordered two pizzas on Friday at around 3am, it was all paid online and we requested to have our food delivered but what a mistake that was! After receiving confirmation and keeping an eye out on the updates about our food when it was out for delivery with Bryan we specifically stated on the note section to call when arrived at the door to avoid missing our food as you can’t hear the knocking plus the dog would of been barking waking everyone up, we left a phone number there too so there is no complications and should be no problem contacting when at the address. However no good ever turned up! It was then confirmed as delivered!! Absolutely appalling service and just no consideration taken when it comes to delivering food, it’s clearly been delete between to the wrong address or was never even made. Any how we tried calling and got no answer, I then decided to call the next day to request our money back. I managed to get through but little help was provided I got told that I will receive a call from the night manager but that also didn’t happen. Next time I will remember to not order from the city centre dominos but use the other options available. I wouldn’t of left a bad review as I order from dominos only when it comes to pizzas but because there has been a lack of management and no one seemed to care about getting back to me I’ve considered leaving a review

I was ordered pizza and hot wings from this shop. And I have to waited 45mins + 5mins outside my house for delivery guy. I rang the shop and they told me he will call. But when he call me he told me come to the shop 3 mins walk from my home bcoz he couldnt find my house. I rang the shop as well but they do nothing, jst return my money back. They jst left their customer at 1am Hungry and very angry. Never recommend any1 order from this shop.

Placed an online order when I received it after waiting along time they only sent half my order and I ordered a lot of food! I rang to ask where the rest was they said they would send it no problem however this took an hour to come and then the delivery driver was a different guy and delivered to wrong address arrgghhh the food finally came the rest of it and was cold anyways! Really disappointing! The woman on the phone was rude too needs some communication skills.....

Well done Dominoes for our delivery of 37 small pizza's today. Delivered on time, order correct, still hot, quality of pizzas very good, and at a good price. Thank you all for making our company Christmas Lunch so special as we couldn't eat out this year x

Ordered a takeaway pizza for delivery which came from city centre branch, although I would usually collect from Beverley Road which I always find good. Paid £17 and had the wrong pizza delivered which we only realised when we sat down to eat. We just ate it as we were hungry, but it was pretty grim, and we had to stop after a couple of slices each, far too much topping and a really awful italian base, which I haven’t ordered for years and was not nice, missed the thin and crispy we ordered. So it was thrown away. Generally only get Dominos once in a while as a treat, but probably won’t get it again after this, definitely never again from the City Centre branch. Phoned them up and they did offer to redo the order but at that point we didn’t want another pizza. Some kind of gesture of goodwill for the future to acknowledge the expense and waste and poor service would have made amends but wasn’t offered.

The food is, as Domino's always is, delicious. Nice area to eat-in, also a nice area just outside to eat-out, or there's take-away. There's no short-stay parking for picking up an order, though I've never been in trouble for pulling into the area for a couple of minutes. The staff are OK, as I'm sure are most take-away staff.

Food is always great just a shame the place is lacking in any form of okay or good customer service. The lady on shift was so rude.

Ive not had Domino's much, ive always thought it was well overpriced and well overhyped. Being an instore customer yesterday proved that right. Ordered just 1 pizza and it takes 55 minutes? I saw the same delivery driver walk in and out 3 times before we got 1 pizza. What a joke. All things aside though, the doorstaff/ security do a better job keeping customers happy than any of the actual staff.

Absolutely disgusting. Pizza arrived was totally wrong one. Rang and waited 35 minutes for a replacement for it to arrive soggy watery and all the toppings sliding off. Almost uncooked. Not impressed at all!!

Absolutely awful service everytime we order. Something is always missing, or adjustments weve made and paid for haven't been done. Tonight was the last straw, we ordered food and a pizza was missing, it took AN HOUR AND 15 minutes for the second pizza to arrive.

Useless Lazy Staff Ordered delivery, 1 and a half hours later I checked my phone and it said already delivered. Long story short the lazy delivery driver couldn't be bothered to get out of her car and rang the wrong number, obviously didn't get through so went back to the shop. Then the follow up customer service was dreadful. No acceptance and even tried to re-send the original cold and soggy food. Absolute joke.

Avoid like the plague.. got a severe case of food poisoning after eating here Saturday 29 February must of lost a stone in weight overnight.. Hence to say it ruined our weekend.. I'm still not 100% nearly a week later.. I don't like leaving negative reviews but in this case I think it's justified....

Blood over doors, didn't wash hands when I suggested arrrgh not eat food or going there again

I ordered a half and half, 1 half New York Hotdog and 1 half The Cheeseburger, instead they gave me 1 half of The Cheeseburger and some spicy chicken pizza. It made me feel sick and I have been vomiting and having painful diarrhoea. I definitely won't be ordering from the city centre Domino's, I only picked them because they have my favourite drinks (Fanta Fruit Twist and Dr. Pepper), I'll just stick to Holderness Road from now on. Now back to being sick and pooing all night! :( P.S. The bottles of drinks smelt like sweaty armpits so I had to wipe them down with a baby wipe before opening and drinking from them.

Just eaten pizzas, wedges and chicken strips from here....NICE and hot and tasty food. Dom, does the best pizzas in Hull!!! One thing though we could have done with a hot drink to wash it all down but unfortunately Domino don't do hot drinks, what a shame I would have given a rating of 10/10 but more 8/10 for not doing hot drinks!! We will be back soon!!

Schnelle und richtige Lieferung. Die Pizza ist qualitativ hochwertig und die Zutaten sind frisch. Auf den Pizzen sind viele Zutaten. Anders als bei anderen Speyer Pizza Lieferanten kann man hier nicht ein Flugzeug zwischen einer und der nächsten Salami landen. Über das Internet kann man sich eine Pizza nach Belieben zusammen stellen. Die Fahrer sind freundlich, haben aber Angst vor unserem Aufzug (kann ich verstehen)
