Kings Pizza & Kebab in Bournemouth

I am absolutely disgusted with Kings’ attitude toward their customers. Firstly, I was given the wrong item and when I discussed this issue with them, they were less than helpful! Instead of correcting the mistake they proceeded to argue with me about it being my mistake when it evidently was not. Secondly the entire order was cold and despite having called them 2 minutes prior, they attempted to argue that I had received my order 15 minutes ago and refused to approve any refund or replacement. This is ridiculous. I spent in excess of £30 with them and they were not even able to correct a simple problem that I raised with them. Not to mention the fact that I live a 2 minute drive away, yet it still took them over 45 mins to deliver to me. I would highly recommend that you avoid this restaurant. Extremely disappointed with their behaviour, poor quality food and fundamental disregard for their customers.

I bought burgers for my kids, but when we got home, we discovered they were still frozen solid. My kids couldn’t even bite into them. When I called to report the issue, the staff admitted the burgers are stored frozen and supposed to be grilled before serving, but clearly, ours weren’t. I could hear staff arguing about it in the background, which didn’t help the situation. This is unsafe and unacceptable. I’ll be reporting this to health and safety officials.

Fantastic food, nice and hot, very tasty, I recommend the Lamb Kofte kebab as the taste was superb. Also a very polite driver who followed my instructions. will order again ... 👏👍👌

ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS. HOWEVER THEY KEEP LEAVING OUT ITEM'S THEY FORGOT A CAN OF COKE AND A PORTION OF CHIPS. APART FROM THAT WHAT I DO GET IS GREAT.

Awful sloppy Kebab gone so down hill and the staff are so miserable and rude and they can be Aggressive and can attack customers in the shop to what I seen .Just money grabbers desperate money they won't refund or correct the food so they ban you from their shop .Boycot this place .There are better kebab places everywhere better quality and cheaper prices

Not good . Didn’t get what I expected and the shop manager was rude when I rang to explain the problem. Won’t be using yourselves or the shop again

suggested between 20 and 40 mins for delivery, it was an hour. tolerable but not great. the food itself though... the chips were stodgy, and cold. awful. bit like eating cardboard in places. the garlic bread was a baguette with cheese and garlic shoved inside but the edges were so dry it was hard to eat so I didn't. The kebab apparently tasted good but my partner has suffered from stomach cramps most of the day. definitely won't be ordering from here again. 2 stars only for the kebab taste

Over an hour to get Soggy wedges and an average kebab. The delivery lady was so rude. I’d left very clear instructions on how to find my house which were wither not conveyed or ignored. She called me very rude and abrupt stating where she was which wasn’t where I live. I called the restaurant twice second time to say forget it. Next thing she was here full of attitude and not apologetic at all. Awful experience. No apology from restaurant either

I just had the most divine lamb shish. Compliments to the chef as it was juicy and tender. It was takeaway, Kings is my go to but this was truly so amazing I had to post it. Thank you.

Ordered a pizza for my dad and a wrap for me, got the order wrong, waited over an hour and a half and the food was stone cold

ordered at 18.22pm and did not get food till 20.00pm

Food was nice but portions small and late delivery- marked as having been delivered before it was and had to chase restaurant.

There's a problem :on the menu there's 1,5L Diet Coke bottle to order and the restaurant sends a 1,25L bottle which is unfair and it tricks the customer

Delivered hot chicken kebab was very nice donner kebab not so good unfortunately poor quality which is a shame so don’t think I’d order that again but happy apart from that

Another wonderful meal both my son and I thoroughly enjoyed them and it was lovely and hot thank you so much as I'm classed as disabled it's great to be a led to get a meal that is hot and as I can only afford to treat myself once a month

Would give 0 stars if I could! Extremely poor and rude customer service. Been a customer at this place for years, we ordered food last night an hour before closing time and the food didn’t turn up. We called them and they refuse to give my partner a refund saying we need to pay another £15 if we want it delivered. My partner was nothing but polite but the lady on the phone continued to shout at him down the phone and then hung up and said we weren’t getting a refund. Looking at the reviews we aren’t the only people this has happened to. So think twice before ordering from here!

My experience with this restaurant is Takeaway / Delivery only. Very good food quality. Recommend it strongly if you do appreciate a nice kebab

Very poor food. Pitta bread unheated & uncooked. chicken smothered in burger sauce so that the bread fell apart (had if berm cooked it wouldn't have done). we ordered chips which didn't arrive although the order doesn't show yhrm even though we selected them. one dish came as a kebab (a terrible one at that) the other (my hallomi kebab?) came as hallomi on a massive salad (not complaining about the size) but with a cold pitta bread separate on top of the box.. I had to heat it in the toaster.

It's a shame that while salads and fries were very good, they were overshadowed by bland and dry meat. This Donner Kebab wasn't it

ordered a king size and feels it wasn't a king sized portion, for the price I paid felt like and looks like size under a king. Delivery was around 30 minutes later than was meant to.

no salad...but apart from that the food was great. tasted fresh and very delicious.

The place took too long to deliver and when I called questioning about it, they hung up on me.

Shocking food and customer service ! 1 hour and a half to make 2 kebabs and deliver 1 mile away ! Called to question it twice to be told driver was just leaving both times and was given nothing but bad attitude and then the phone was hung up on us ! Disgraceful DO NOT USE THIS PLACE !

I have 4 small slices of mushrooms in the mushroom burger and practically half a onion I left a note on the booking for them to put salt and vinegar on chips but wasn't done

I put a review on here and it's gone so I drive coaches and was on my way back from work and was hungry went here and had kebab meat and chips piping hot as cooked in front chips nice. Recomend

Come here every Christmas eve and the food is just amazing. Recommend the Lamb donner on Chips, it's Top tier. If I had the money I'd come here everyday 24/7.

Annoyed with the order, specifically asked for NO PEPPERS (allergic) and when I'm about to start eating 2 big peppers were mixed in the food. Meaning : not eating anything except the chips. Not ok

was late but restaurant marked the order as delivered on time which was very disappointing had to call the restaurant to find out what was going on. When the food finally arrived it was cold and the pizza was like cardboard.

Absolutely awful. Waited for one hour twenty minutes for cold food to arrive! when I phoned to complain I was greeted with attitude. I wanted some resolution however was only offered 10% off my next order! As if I was going to order again. I really suggest Efes to everyone.

Food was absolutely stone cold when arrived. Tried to call resturant and no answer. Simply not good enough. This seems to to a pattern when ordering through Just eat. Not one to normally complain but just know nothing will happen by leaving this review.

Was nice and hot ordered mix kebab and chips was expecting a kebab with a pitta but got soggy chips underneath the meat little disappointed but was ok
