shame you forgot the pita breads but food was awesome

The food was extremely bland, probably the worst both me and my partner have ever eaten wish i didnt waste my money on it

My 2nd time ordering and I had a live fly walking all over my kebab, over £40 I spent aswell🤮🤢

came early, chips was actually crispy on no the normal kebab shop chops, garlic may tasted of garlic, loads of salad and they gave me loads of the pickled chillies, a mistake was getting the chilli though, it's definitely chilli, get it again when I'm back down here next!!!

Good portion sizes here. When you order a large it’s actually large not like the shop down the road who have started giving child portions for xl.

Food came cold full of grease even the box was soaked in grease! Food was absolutely disgusting even my dog turned her nose up to it! Chewy fat all over chicken! Man came on the phone to me shouting and swearing whilst my 6 year old daughter listened! absolutely shocking customer service whoever that disrespectful idiot was that feels it’s acceptable to shout abuse at a disabled woman infront of her child needs sacking definitely should not be working in customer service! Even when he had me in tears he continued to shout abuse at me! Have been reading reviews and it seems that ALEX likes to scream at any customers making a complaint not only me! Fool needs to get a new job he’s no good at his current.

I don’t normally leave reviews but I was really impressed with king kebab. The food was delivered early, piping hot and was delicious! They forgot to bring the pizza we ordered the first time but the lady on the phone was honest and said she didn’t remember packing it - which is fine, mistakes happen. I then had a phone call I assume from the owner who apologised profusely and said he’d give us a larger pizza for free for the inconvenience, which was a lovely gesture. Really great food and service, can’t recommend enough.

Great kebab shop, I’m not from Merthyr but here working, have visited this kebab shop a few times now, the staff are very friendly and the chicken shish and chicken donner are delicious and the guys can cook the chicken perfectly too. Plenty of salad and sauce, if you’re local or in the area then I highly recommend this kebab house 👍🏻

Having visited Brecon for a weekend away I wasn't expecting to find a place as good as this. Food was great and reasonably priced with big portions. The garlic bread was amazing. The owner was very nice and friendly, offering us free drinks after we'd been chatting. Would highly recommend!

I wouldn’t order from here overpricing on food, I spoke to them about this on 1 occasion they sorted it said it was the system fault but I’ve ordered again and overpriced again good customer with these I ask can I speak to boss they give 2 excuses, and said I had to wait for a call back cause they to busy they not busy just trying to fob me off cause they know they overpricing on a few occasions they have missed stuff on my order and had a attitude on the phone bad customer service I wouldn’t order from here 😒

Placed an order for a mixed kebab, but when it arrived was literally all Doner meat and a massive pile of salad. I called the restaurant and spoke to Alex who advised me that he was the owner. I told Alex about my concerns, but unfortunately he got on the defensive and was extremely rude and hung up the phone. I have read on other platforms that this is not the first time this has happened to a customer. Food was disgusting also. I would stay well clear of this restaurant. Went there today for the first time as it opened at 4pm. First impressions...really clean,extremely friendly staff,excellent service. Got a free cheese and garlic bread pizza,free chilli sauce. Tasted absolutely incredible,lovely mixed kebab, fresh salad,fantastic value for money. Will definitely be back, this is going to be our favourite kebab shop. Best in Merthyr, by far.

We came across this lovely kebab shop during our trip to Wales from London. The man who served us and the service in general was fantastic- the workers were so friendly and very hospitable! The food was perfectly served, generous portions and tasted absolutely delicious!! Definitely recommend if you find yourself in Whales!!

Visiting South Wales for a couple of days from London. Found this place on Google nearby to where I'm staying. Alex was so welcoming and prides himself on the tremendous customer care he provides. Ordered a few family platters which were loaded with all meats, pitta bread, chips and salad. Food was amazing and proper Turkish flavours - grilled to perfection. Great value for money too. Glad to have found this place and will be visiting again during my stay.

Anyone looking to stick to an healthy diet id highly recommend the chicken shish with all salad, doesn't even need sauce thats how tasty the shish and salad is. Ill be ordering a lot more from this place cant see anywhere else beating it 👌

The quality of the food is really good. In fact I am eating my pizza as I write. But, I constantly find when you order a particular dish there is always something missing. Like my pineapple on my veggie pizza. I paid for the extra topping and it is not there. Not the first time either. I previously ordered an hawaiian pizza for my daughter and on two occasions it was only a pineapple pizza. Good job we like pineapple. Not sure if it's a genuine mistake or you just trying to save money. As it has happened a few times. I have previously given you the benefit of the doubt but seems to be a regular thing.

To me all donner kebabs taste the same so really it comes down to the salad and the sauce. Salad that is available is good high quality stuff. If they offered a nice creamy coleslaw it’d be better. Also chicken shish kebabs are always dry. Not bad but if you want a chicken go somewhere else. If you want a donner here is a good option
