Rooms recently had a makeover. Food and service was excellent. Although soda bread was missing from the breakfast menu. Gym and pool were clean. Very quiet at night. Highly recommended for a refreshing wee break.

Highly recommended! Very well maintained hotel despite the classic style, friendly and very accommodating staff and excellent breakfast/ dinner. Booked a Woodland Lodges with the hot-tub with a scenic view which was a lovely surprise. With good reason they've just won 'hotel of the year' award.

Fabulous hotel,so clean and lovely. Great buzz about the place. Just passed through, but I. sure it's 5/5. Great location not too close to the centre but close enough 👌

Was in for a spa day today and when enquiring I found it very difficult to get answers via email or even by telephone but eventually got sorted. The treatments themselves were just ok, nothing special but the relaxation room was lovely. Included in our package was lunch. Restaurant was very busy but very few ground staff on and those that were didn't take drinks order properly. Food was lovely but I'd asked our waitress to put a birthday candle on our friends dessert but when it arrived no candle. I asked the same waitress if we could get coffee and she was quite rude, grunted at me as if to say can you not see we're busy! Eventually got the coffee. Next was the mix up with our bill which took 4 different people to sort out so for these reasons unfortunately I wouldn't recommend which is so unfortunate because it is a nice hotel in a beautiful place. I did make my server aware of my dissatisfaction but it got me nowhere

Positives: - Beautiful location. - Friendly restaurant staff, very warm welcome and helpful bar staff. - Well equipped, comfortable rooms. - Good breakfast selection. Negatives: - Rude staff in the health spa reception. - £2 charge for a swimming cap. If you have to wear one, thats fine but a 4 star hotel should just provide one. Going down to the Spa to relax and then be told everyone needs to pay extra to use the pool because we had no swimming caps was a pretty rubbish experience. - Food in the restaurant was tasty but overpriced. Note: This is a nice hotel but maybe not ideal for couples looking for a relaxing get away. Lots of young kids playing in the Spa, more like a leisure centre than a relaxing spa.

Beautiful setting for an afternoon tea. Reasonably priced, lovely decor, friendly staff and most importantly- the afternoon tea itself was fantastic.

Stayed for 2 nights for our 30th wedding anniversary. Lovely hotel in a stunning location and thankfully we got 2 days of sun. The room was lovely and spacious and the bed was very comfy. We picked a room with a lake view which was nice to look out. It's nice to walk around the grounds and down to the jetty's to look at some lovely cruisers birthed up. It's only a short walk into Enniskillen which is a bonus. My only small hate was there was only one member of staff behind the small bar which during busy times meant you had a big wait to get a drink as they were taking orders from the people who were having food. The girl behind was flat out so it was not her fault as she was doing her best. Not good for a hotel of that size and the amount of guests. We will definitely stay again and might look at the log cabins at the lake side as they do look lovely.

Superb stay from start to finish. We thoroughly enjoyed our few days in Enniskillen and can’t recommend this hotel enough for families. Hotel is situated beside the lake, ideal for our morning strolls. Our room was spacious, modern and airy and thankfully the travel cot was set up for baby which was super handy. She also received a lovely little Teddy which I thought was a lovely touch.Staff were friendly and very accommodating. Breakfast and dinner were very nice, as were the cocktails, nice atmosphere in the hotel too. Pool was large and I thought the family changing room was a great idea. We are looking forward to returning again!

My family and myself , visited here on Thursday past , it was my mums birthday . Now she was asked it was her choice to eat out somwhere nice ,and she always picks This beauitful location . On arrival ,we were met by a most nice , mature lady ,and was way and beyond, most kind and helpful. We had a stunning seat by the window, and this lady ,brought us our meals ,as we are both not great on our feet and was weary of falling with our tray from the cavery , WELL, our meal was outstanding, service ,5star , pricing, very reasonable. I think the member of staff was called Libby , this girl has done you most proud and our family too . Looking foward to next time soon .xx Thanks all .

We expected a 4 star 'luxury' experience and left disappointed. It should be marketed for young families, not couples away for a romantic weekend. To start with the good - the receptionists were friendly on arrival and were very accommodating in changing our room as we didn't want it adjoined to another room with a connecting door. The grounds are kept very well with a lovely green area over looking the lake. And now the rest - We ate in the Grill and we were disappointed with the food. The a la carte menu is very overpriced for the quality of the food. We had the duck main and it was overcooked and not worth £25. The truffle fries were bad - they were just chips drenched in truffle oil. The apple tart was rock hard. Our room had no air conditioning and it was a very warm night on 11 May. Uncomfortable pillows. Are dogs allowed in this hotel? We heard a dog barking all night. The pool or spa is below average. The changing facilities in the pool are poor. It's quite a small pool, very loud and will be full of families. As this hotel is a 4 star we expected at least a 4 star experience (nevermind luxury) especially as we have been to another 4 star spa in northern Ireland which is leagues ahead.

Gorgeous location, spacious & pretty.. terrible food. Terrible. Dozens of people have talked about how awful the food is. Esp for a 4 star hotel. The restaurant manager was indifferent to my complaints about roast potatoes being as hard as rock. No apologies. I've eaten better in a canteen. Tasteless food. I suggest the westville. I'll never eat there again. Change your chef already.

We booked to stay on Friday night 3rd for a quiet night after being very ill.Our daughter and son-in-law had their wedding reception there and we loved the hotel. Our room overlooked a rooftop and a noisy road.We had to wait for awhile to be seated for dinner as the waitress spent time talking to other guests. The dinner was nothing special for the price. At 4.10 am we were awoken by the alarm on the phone,it sounded like a fire alarm.Five more times it went of until 8:15.So much for our quiet night. On checking out I showed them the times at the desk and not even an apology. We won’t be returning any time soon,so disappointing.

It would have been nice if ordinary Condiments be on every table, rather than have to ask. We gave up waiting for someone to ask.

Not sure how but we had the best room in the hotel - room 236! A fabulous large corner room with views 2 sides, overlooking the lake. To watch the sunset was magical. Good food and staff were so friendly and helpful.

We stayed at one of the Lakeview Studios that we managed to get on a Black Friday Deal at the time Would definitely recommend these as they were just that bit quieter and more secluded as well from the main hotel, even though you are still right beside it. From the moment we walked in and saw the massive floor to ceiling window, we were amazed! The views we had as the sun went down on a Wintery January evening were brilliant! The wee Studio Apartment felt really cozy as well, and it had an A/C System for your heating and cooling of the room

We came here for a Sunday dinner and enjoyed it very much. The food was great value and very tasty with a very generous portion size as well. The staff were very attentive and everything came out on time. I would definitely use this again the next time we visit.

I have called here for coffee and a toasty many times and have never been disappointed. The place is spotlessly clean and the food excellent. I called with a friend recently, shortly after 4pm. We were the only customers and were met by a member of staff who was sweeping the floor of the public area. Her expression was one of annoyance at seeing us enter. However the signs all said that the coffee shop was open until 5pm, so we approached the counter and asked for coffee and toasties. The same staff member informed us that we couldn't have any hot food, but could have whatever was in the cool cabinet. I am sorry that we chose to stay, but we did, and ate our cold rhubarb tart and drank our coffee in total silence. A bad atmosphere had descended. A few minutes later a group of four entered and were also told they couldn't have anything hot to eat. They just left. Then the lights were switched off while we were still drinking our coffee. Then a couple of minutes later they were switched on again. Had the staff member told us at the start that they were hoping to close early we would have understood, and gone elsewhere.

Had such a lovely dinner here, amazing food and wonderful staff! So welcoming from the very start the receptionist saw us in our heels and gave us a buggy ride to the Barn which was so kind of her, staff explained all the dishes and specials with lots of care. We have never tasted food like it! The sirloin was incredible definitely the stand out for us! We will 100% be back :)
