Absolutely fantastic meal & room with wonderful service

Wow Wow Wow 😲 If you're in The Cairngorms / Speyside region, this stunning offering must be on your list to visit. Owners Sophie & David deliver at a very high level. Their welcome has a genuine warmth, charisma and style. These guys know exactly how to do it right but it seems effortless 👍 The inn is beautiful. This one seriously luxurious pub ☺️with opulent fabrics, dark rich interiors and a private dining room out of Homes & Garden. The restaurant is a large but convivial space, with a mix of seating, art and delightful features..if it was lead tea it would be a perfect blend of Scottish / Chelsea. The dinner menu was short but perfectly formed. In our experience, those restaurants that deliver consistently high standards follow a less is more formula. The food delivered in spades. It was perfectly presented and full of flavour. The atmosphere was great. The whole experience was elevated by David's whisky passion. If you have never understood or enjoyed a dram...or perhaps you're a connoisseur of Scotland's favourite drink, this is a must add to the Itinerary. They currently have 4 bedrooms, but we didn't stay on this visit. These rooms also very luxurious and we can't wait to return, knowing we don't have to be up early in the morning. I suspect breakfast is pretty special too. Well done everyone ..and Chloe (foh) and those behind the scenes we didn't get to meet. The hospitality, decor, food, wine and staff are all blowing the socks-off journalists and award givers. Michelin listed them in this year's guide. Until next time....Selkie 🦭

Quite expensive. Food ok, not wow! Drinks expensive. The actual restaurant is very nice, could do with turning the lights down a touch to give a better ambience. Less tables to give it a better feel instead of sitting on someone else's lap. Overall very nice. Great little rooms to unwind and chat.

My partner and I had the chance to stay at this lovely location between Christmas and New Year, and the Kildrummy Inn exceeded all our expectations. David and Sophie made our experience truly unforgettable—always kind, attentive, and ready with helpful advice. The interiors are beautifully decorated, blending tasteful design with Highland charm and cosiness. The inn is a perfect example of countryside elegance. The room we stayed in was spacious and comfortable, with a bed that gave us one of the best nights’ sleep we’ve had in a long time. The food and drinks were excellent—made with high-quality ingredients and served promptly with great organisation. We particularly appreciated being offered drinks while waiting for our table, a thoughtful touch that reflected their strong commitment to exceptional customer service. We would absolutely recommend this place for a relaxing getaway in the Highlands. Amazing food, wonderful accommodation, and outstanding hospitality. Thank you again!

A place for a special occasion, very expensive but quality does cost! Slightly annoying server felt the need to overshare his life story. Didn't fully explain menu. Beautifully decorated, small helpings as had to ask for more bread. Outside sitting area on offer. Toilets well maintained. Didn't stay so can only comment on restaurant. Parking available for free. Bonny Road there and views.

This Inn is absolutely beautiful, rooms are very clean. The food is delicious and the service is outstanding. Highly recommend going here you won’t be disappointed ❤️

This is such an absolute gem of a place. The welcome we received on arrival was lovely and we were shown to The Willows room which was extremely well appointed. It has a beautiful feature shower and lovely views out of the windows. The whisky room is a must for pre-dinner drinks with subtle lighting and a flying pig!! The food is extremely good. Tasty, beautifully presented and great choices. Breakfast was just as good as dinner. I hope we'll return soon and I would absolutely recommend a stay here as a couple or with friends as we did.

Lovely food and relaxing atmosphere. We messed up our booking (completely our fault) and they went out of their way to accommodate us. Recommend.

Excellent menu and the food was fantastic.

I ordered fish and chips , batter wasn't well cooked and I had to peel it all off. Very disappointed. Lovely setting and soup was delicious.

One of the best places we have ever visited everything was just great food ambience decor service was excellent friendly staff. We also agree with all the comments people have made. Would not hesitate to recommend to anyone.

Thank God Kildrummy is back! We came for dinner on Friday night and it was excellent. All the nice things we missed post-COVID are back. The atmosphere, the team and the dinner were all great even down to the small espresso cup of broccoli soup between courses as a palate cleanser.....and did I tell you about their whisky collection?

Fantastic country inn, 5 stars for everything, every detail is taken care of. Well worth a trip to this scenic part of Aberdeenshire.

Lovely atmosphere, dark and moody whisky room, with great good and drink options

We stopped here for Sunday lunch and couldn’t be more impressed. The service was phenomenal, we were shown to the Whisky Snug where we could have a drink and peruse the menu before being shown to our table. The food was sensational, I had the salmon starter and my wife had the spicy sweet potato soup. Closely followed by roast beef that was cooked to perfection. We couldn’t leave without sampling the sticky toffee pudding and chocolate brownie. We can highly recommend this fantastic establishment.

Beautiful lunch, we had the best time enjoying the unique ambiance and chatting with the friendly staff, the food and service was 5 star and we will definitely be back. Highly recommend you visit!!!

Just popped in for coffee, which was super. Eaten here before and food is always great and staff super attentive.
