This is the best curry cuisine I have eaten, recommended this place to anyone. Not expensive and quality food cooked perfect, couldn't knock it at all il give that a solid 9.5 - 10 👍 definitely see us again.!

Seehk kebab starter, overcooked and rubbery. Chicken pakora starter overcooked dry and inedible. Vindaloo was a dark brown inedible bitter mess that had been reheated, absolutely disgusting. Korma was overcooked and tasted like they had just poured a bag of granulated sugar in it. I dont understand how this place has a 4.5?! Truly awful, avoid

Just been for our tea the yard could do with some work but dont let it put you off the food is fantastics.the young men serving are very polite and attentive nothing is too much trouble. Would definitely reccomend.

Good food , but shocking when youve to ask for cultery after food been served

Well food tonight was terrible. The chicken that was in our curry was just bits,the sauce(no taste of ANY garlic/ginger or spices,apart from maybe a touch of chilli powder and a bit of coriander) well it looked and tasted like it was from a jar. It smelt like a chicken stew,no smell of a proper curry what so ever. This is the second curry that's been substandard which is a shame because they used to be beautiful. Will not order again/recommend. Waste of good money 😔

First time trying these guys We had Khaans mega starter , huge portion Chicken tikka masala Mix grill sizzler Meat nihari Family garlic cheese nan Peshwari nan Pillau rice . Various off drinks . Cash only There was 3 of us we demolished everything.

Ordered the chicken handi with aloo, and it was cooked to perfection. It might be my new favourite curry. They also do the tastiest creamy chicken tikka masala I've ever had here.

Food is always consistently good,staff really friendly and helpful,plus take your own alcohol which helps with the bill....we are regulars now!

This restaurant needs to stop messing about and grow up why you guys getting people to put down fake reviews and prank calling other restaurants we don’t know who you guys are and we don’t want to know who you are we have no problem with anyone so just calm down and don’t be stepping on others toes do your thing and let us do ours

Here for the 2nd time this month the most beautiful food so tasty and very warm delivered by extremely friendly staff would highly recommend good prices good service A**** will definitely be a new regular here.

Really disappointed lately with the food, we have been ordering for many years and always enjoyed, however lately everything has changed and is poor quality 😥

They always best, including car wash, a lot facilities public toilets plus prayer room for Muslims, really good

I went here based upon the reviews I had read but I was extremely disappointed with both the food and service. The food was particularly poor and that included the starter (mixed veg platter for 2 - dry and not warm) and the main - I couldn't tell if it was fish or meat and it was really poorly cooked. The waiters were in tracksuits which wasn't to my liking. Overall an extremely poor experience and one that I will avoid in the future and I certainly couldn't recommend it.

Awful. Came here for takeaway based on the google reviews but couldn't be more disappointed. The curry tasted like it was from a jar (i'd be very surprised if it wasn't). Onion bhajis and pakora is definitely from straight from the cash and carry. Kebab not that bad but chicken was so tough it asked me for a fight in the car park. I have no idea where the good reviews come from.

Thoroughly enjoyed a delicious take away delivered by a friendly member of staff. A good curry is always a treat, but especially so in these difficult times. Would just like to say a big thank you to everyone at khaans restaurant for keeping going despite this dreadful pandemic. I really admire them.

Where to start. Weve just finished our meal and were both very happy. Phone call was easy and only 1hour wait for delivery. Food arrived piping hot and all off our order was there. The food was perfect and just what we ordered. Even tho we did change a few things to suit our needs. I will definitely be ordering again and look forward to our next meal. Also I dont feel that it was over priced for starters and mains. Very reasonable.

We normally go to the restaurant and the food is amazing along with the service. Encouraged by the staff to try the takeaway service, second time we have ordered and it was absolutely appalling! It was tasteless and barely cooked we could have ordered elsewhere for a lot cheaper and with a lot more taste. When I contacted them they basically told me to go away! It's like two different places shocking

Always piping hot, non-greasy, well cooked food, chips are super crispy! never had a bad meal from these guys best Indian in Crofton. Excellent vegetarian options!! Delivery drivers always have a smile on there face and can tell they enjoy what they do, we won’t go anywhere else 👍🏻 keep it up guys

Khaans is our favourite place for authentic Indian food. Whether you eat in or have take-away the food is of a high standard. The pieces of lamb and chicken are large and there are also some great vegetable dishes too.

Since becoming Khaans restaurant the ingredients and quality of the food are of really high quality and the staff always make you feel welcome.

Went last night with 11 friends,I was abit worried because I'd never eaten Indian food,I decided to try the chicken korma ,amazing with Pilar rice ,we also had poppadoms and a pickle tray , everything was beautiful,the staff were brilliant couldn't do enough for us I'll most definitely be going there again,would highly recommend

Been here before and it was nice. However when we was last here we felt it had gone down hill. The food tasted burnt... No nice aromas tastes of spices from our food. We was disappointed. The staff were friendly and helpful however we was not impressed when we returned a week later to have our car washed to see the chef in his whites cleaning cars at the car wash to the side of the restaurant... We won't return unfortunately.

Arrived at the restaurant on Monday night and did not know what to expect, greeted at the table and nothing was to much trouble even offered some free tinnies from behind the bar and free onion bhajis, the four mains were great I had a dansak Madras hot, naan breads unreal, shame not my local in birmingham . Johnson's from Birmingham and Rita from Australia.😀😀

Went to this lovely restaurant this evening with my friend and daughter. The food was fantastic, beautiful flavours and cooked to perfection. Best service I've experienced in a long time, so friendly. Can't wait to go back again with my husband. My new favourite place to eat!

Been here quite a few times and always enjoyed meal and service,but went let night with family and friends and although the meal was fab,the service was quite slow(even though it was quiet) and the staff seemed a bit sparse and the waiter behind the bar had to be shouted to take our order,which he readily did after finishing his texting.Was told by family last night that Arkkans is closing,I'm saddened by this but if the show,last night was anything to go by am not surprised. Lovely meal, slow service.

Absolutely awful ! Only us in at 9pm on a Saturday should have set alarm bells ringing ! The food wasn't fresh, the curries tasted awful, in the end we left without finishing our meal, Paper napkins had been previously used, service was basic to say the least.. Such a shame as my partner tells me it used to be excellent ???..........

Mediocre curries for take out with rice not much better. Tiny about of lamb, 40% of meal made of soft white onion to fill out the dish, not impressed, not what a Rogan Josh should be at all. Won't order from here again. Delivery price and time was good.

For all those people who think the food here is good, you should get out more!!! I love Indian food but this is bargain basement at best , by far the worst Indian meal I have ever eaten and that includes all supermarket options . I worried for my health as it was pretty obvious it wasn’t fresh and the service was worse than awful, the waiter nearly missed the table with the cutlery when he threw it onto the table . The curry was tasteless and severely lacking in the key ingredients....like prawns 🍤 and the lamb starter I had was like two lamburgers(that’s if it really was lamb😝, fried in oil and pretty disgusting. Couldn’t give this place a proper rating because there are no minus star options so one star was the only way I could post it😷!

What the hell happened to arkaans just had some food from there it was horrible. Onion bahjis soggy like they had been microwaved same with the rice and the two Currys hardly any meat and no spices!! I'm very disappointed wasn't cheap either

Ordered a takeaway from here for the first time and it will be the last! Been here a few times to eat in before and did not enjoy it compared to other curry houses nearby. When the delivery came the order was wrong having ordered a chicken burger and a burnt plain burger came with fries that was cold and like eating wood chippings. Pizza was cold, the donner meat was cold, the food was rubbish. Carnt understand why everybody raves on about this place???? Far better takeaways nearby... NEVER AGAIN!!
