I have been here a few times, I travel from Leeds to go here and the place never disappoints. If I could give more then 5 I would. Food, Service and the whole experience. Great staff and a great place to dine. Will definitely be there again soon.

I love Indian food and Indian restaurants. I have eaten in Indian restaurants all over the country and I have to say that Khans is by far my favourite. The staff are exceptionally polite, friendly and helpful. The restaurant is clean and spacious. And, the food is exceptional. Great portion sizes and great flavours. My guilty pleasure is the garlic and coriander naan, absolutely delicious.

Absolute gem of a place, the food is lovely, the service is prompt but what really sets this place apart is the amazing customer service, you’re greeted like an old friend and made to feel so welcome, we go at least once a month and are never disappointed

First time eating in this restaurant. Menu is extensive; with plenty of meat, seafood, and vegetarian choices. Service was excellent and attentive. Food was so good. All freshly cooked and seved hot. Takeaway service was obviously popular, as busy. Note it is cash only, and is not licensed. I didn't check if it bring your own. Highly recommend restaurant.

This is our 3rd visit to Khans and every meal we have had has been lovely. This time I visited with my husband and 6yr old early evening. The service has been fantastic, the staff and lovely and the food is served promptly. The chef has even been out on 2/3 occasions and given us complimentary onion bhaji’s which were also delicious! Would highly recommend.

Me and my boyfriend was quite disappointed with the experience. The food lacked the authentic flavors and spices that I was hoping for. It felt bland and uninspired, which was surprising given the reputation of curry cuisine. I was expecting a burst of flavor, but unfortunately, it just didn't deliver. Based on this visit, I don’t think I’ll be returning. There are plenty of other places that offer a more genuine taste of curry. ,

We went here Sat eve 16 of us to celebrate a 90 th birthday along with small children. The staff service was brilliant and accepting of young children attending too. Thank you so much x

The meals were lovely and very tasty, really enjoyed it. It was quite, but we got talking to another customer who goes regularly. Told us that they don't sell alcohol, only soft drinks. Advised us to bring our own. We will next time. We were shown how to mix together , he was brilliant. We were advised if we wanted to go at the weekend to pre-book. We will be going back again soon!👍

Always empty when I visit for some unknown reason. The food is first rate, the restaurant is clean and presents well. Reasonable prices. The restaurant is un licensed so bring your own wine or beer. The staff will supply relevant glassware and uncork for you. Easy to find, easy to park.

I had the pleasure of dining at Khaans Restaurant in Wakefield, and it was an absolutely fantastic experience! From the moment we walked in, the staff were warm, kind, and incredibly courteous. The service was impeccable—they even checked in on us after we ordered to make sure everything was perfect and that we didn’t need anything else. It’s the little touches like this that make a dining experience truly special. Now, onto the food! We ordered a pizza and a chicken burger, and both were incredible. The pizza was soft and bursting with flavors, while the chicken burger was equally delicious—juicy, well-seasoned, and cooked to perfection. I can’t recommend Khaans enough! Whether you’re looking for great food, attentive service, or a welcoming atmosphere, this place has it all. I’ll definitely be returning soon!

Visited Khaans Restaurant with my family, consisting of nine people, and the food was excellent. The restaurant was tidy and pleasant, and my family had a great time. Adam provided us with wonderful service, and the ambiance was serene and inviting. They even treated us to some onion bhajis, which were outstanding.

KHAANS is an absolute gem! The food is bursting with authentic Indian flavours, every dish is perfectly cooked and delicious. The service is outstanding; the staff are incredibly friendly, attentive, and make you feel right at home. Combined with a warm and inviting ambiance, this place is a must visit for anyone craving amazing Indian cuisine. Can’t wait to go back!

Friendly staff. Both Adam and Hassan Ali made sure to make the experience comfortable and enjoyable. Amazing food too very filling and high quality.

Place is lovely, lots of variety in their food and the customer service is outstanding. Would 110% recommend to try. Hassan Ali is great to customers and conversing whilst we wait for food.

Worst meal I have ever had. Very dry with no juice whatsoever. My wife's was the opposite. Garlic nans very chewy

Just been for our tea the yard could do with some work but dont let it put you off the food is fantastics.the young men serving are very polite and attentive nothing is too much trouble. Would definitely reccomend.

Seehk kebab starter, overcooked and rubbery. Chicken pakora starter overcooked dry and inedible. Vindaloo was a dark brown inedible bitter mess that had been reheated, absolutely disgusting. Korma was overcooked and tasted like they had just poured a bag of granulated sugar in it. I dont understand how this place has a 4.5?! Truly awful, avoid

Inedible elasticated chicken pakoras must have been days old and reheated numerous times same for the onion rings & the chips were saturated in salt, this cost me £27 and then had the cheek to refuse to refund when requested

The food was cold, chicken was dry, fries very greasy, very disappointing takeaway. Cheesy garlic bread was good.

Good food , but shocking when youve to ask for cultery after food been served

Well food tonight was terrible. The chicken that was in our curry was just bits,the sauce(no taste of ANY garlic/ginger or spices,apart from maybe a touch of chilli powder and a bit of coriander) well it looked and tasted like it was from a jar. It smelt like a chicken stew,no smell of a proper curry what so ever. This is the second curry that's been substandard which is a shame because they used to be beautiful. Will not order again/recommend. Waste of good money 😔

First time trying these guys We had Khaans mega starter , huge portion Chicken tikka masala Mix grill sizzler Meat nihari Family garlic cheese nan Peshwari nan Pillau rice . Various off drinks . Cash only There was 3 of us we demolished everything.

Pizza was inedible as it was so greasey! and the chicken pakora kebab was terrible the chicken was obviously nuked in microwave it was like rubber, kebab meat and chips were nice though

I went here based upon the reviews I had read but I was extremely disappointed with both the food and service. The food was particularly poor and that included the starter (mixed veg platter for 2 - dry and not warm) and the main - I couldn't tell if it was fish or meat and it was really poorly cooked. The waiters were in tracksuits which wasn't to my liking. Overall an extremely poor experience and one that I will avoid in the future and I certainly couldn't recommend it.

Awful. Came here for takeaway based on the google reviews but couldn't be more disappointed. The curry tasted like it was from a jar (i'd be very surprised if it wasn't). Onion bhajis and pakora is definitely from straight from the cash and carry. Kebab not that bad but chicken was so tough it asked me for a fight in the car park. I have no idea where the good reviews come from.
