Food was really poor quality and soggy. Also had items missing again. Not even worth the hassle to ask for a refund. Won’t be ordering again.

Didn't get free popcorn chicken and missing 2 gravy

delivery time extended by over 30 mins, wheb it eventually arrived, yet again there was something missing - 8 hot wings this time!

Excellent service from driver but food from KFC can be hit and miss

It’s not happy with my order as KFC give us all chicken legs not enough meat for the money I paid. They also change the sharing buckets from a 14 piece to a 10piece for the same price which is completely ridiculous four pieces of chicken less for the same price not very good value for money will not be buying KFC ever again. They’ve lost a loyal customer.

Everything good but I was charged twice for the same order the number was 7511

We parked in one of the 2 disabled bays and displayed my blue badge. We went in for some food. I ordered by the machine point. We found a table that an assistant had just cleared. Unfortunately, they did not clean the table, which was covered in the previous person's food debris. I always carry wet wipes, so I cleaned it. There was no ice cream. We left at the same time as a family with a large number of children. They all got into the large van parked in the other disabled bay with no blue badge showing. It was not a great experience.

My sister has been waiting over 10 mins for her order.

Just to let you know that the delivery arrived and appeared to have either been thrown into the driver bag, or the handling was poor as one of the chicken dishes with sauce had become spilt and the rice side was all over the main bag.

Waited at the drive-through for 15 minutes. Ridiculous.

The one time I don't check order is correct 4 bags of chips missing my fault for not checking but a 30 sharing bucket and 3 kids meals to share 3 bags of chips was rubbish and slipping in toilet because it's clearly not been cleaned a bug chain like this should be able to afford more staff as they are run off there feet it seems

Complete balls up. Ordered items not sent - fries, dips. Sent in error - traditional chicken, gravy, extra free popcorn chicken

If I can give a minus star I would. Not only was waiting for food to arrive for over 2 hours. The place then closed and stated it as delivered even with that code in place. Terrible service and I normally have no issues. Extremely not happy one bit.

Missing popcorn chicken beans was replaced with cold mash no sauces all of the food was freezing cold not worth the money at all

they took my money and did not deliver my food .waiting time was meant to be 29 minutes nearly an hour later had message saying it had been delivered when it hasn't!!!

Mini fillets very small, small popcorn had 6 in! One portion of chips were missing, although I had a refund for this part, the other chips were cold and soggy, over all very disappointed with WsM KFC and won’t be back.

ordered a double down zinger and asked if they would remove the sauce they did but also removed everything else as well and sent me two pieces of chicken in a box

This place is closed during the day. I bounced of the door a few times already. I could understand some refurb, but this continues for a couple of months now. No note left anywhere, you just pull the door which is locked. Very disappointing.

Have been trying to visit recently in February. 3 times in 3 weeks. All 3 times it was closed during the online published opening hours. There was a notice stuck on the door and a bin blocking the drive through. But staff just sat around inside. If you're gonna close, close and let us all know.

the food was cold. kfc substituted an item. they forgot my free popcorn chicken and the delivery driver walked up my communal stairs so slowly he didn't look like he cared.

KFC are utterly useless! I ordered Pepsi Max because I can't drink Diet Pepsi and guess what they sent me!!! Diet Pepsi, now I have food with no drink!!! USELESS!!!

Food never delivered after an hour and a half called the restaurant, took them 10 minutes to work out that it had apparently already been sent. App also changed to delivered even though it never arrived.

My husband works in delivery and the service here is terrible. The attendants talk and don't make the orders and consequently I get a bad review from the customer. I ask that you check this because the employees are rude. If they don't want to work, give the job to those who really want to.

To be honest food arrived cold, I live only 4 mins away, driver asked for a code [why} clearly my address on order. With just eat changes and delivery, not worth it! Just eat prices are a rip off!!!

This place is a joke. More times closed than open. Never post info, you just find out about it when you get there and see no lights. The only KFC in Weston and total let down. I would give zero stars only if I could.

Just ordered a zinger box meal and one mighty bucket for one. First of all I never received a zinger burger, have no idea what they gave me but was tiny chicken burger. And the bucket had the tiniest pieces of chicken nuggets in them and the main 2 pieces of chicken were completely raw!!!!! I'm absolutely fuming as this cost £23.98!!! This KFC should be shut down as serving raw food and getting orders wrong. Completely disgusted units actually turned me off KFC for life! Will never do business again.

Firstly, the prices for cheap mass produced chicken and a tiny portion of chips is insane. Compare it to a normal takeaway and it's shocking. It's even worse when they forget half your order, so you have to let your food get cold while you go there to sort it out. It's just not good enough. It's basic, basic customer service and they get it wrong almost every time, no matter what branch you go to. Also you can only order the chips without the new seasoning on them in person, no option on the app or the order screens to customise them at all. It's just all a bit rubbish when you're paying over 40 quid to feed 3 people.

It's a KFC what more do you need to know

Over two hours from ordering to delivery. Delivery kept getting pushed back from an original 30 minutes. Absolutely everything was completely stone cold, the chicken, chips, gravy. Only thing that was edible was the cold 7Up. Absolute waste of time and money, certainly won’t be ordering anything from here again.

Ordered at 17:40 arrived 7:10. Chips were freezing and undercooked. The chicken was cold and full of grease. That much the box fell apart as was soaked. £30 wasted. Personally I think that if restaurants know the delivery time is going to be over say 45 mins somehow let the customer know so at least we have an option to try somewhere else. I will be asking for a refund as my dog ate most of it. Shocking

The chicken fillet burger was burnt And unedable the 4 piece chicken was dry And barely edible!
