It was a good KFC branch, well maintained, staffs are good. But the food is really dry. Not fresh as it should be. May be on the particular day food was like that. Good service though.

Useless staff can't count. Order 12 pieces get 8 no one ever answers phone not driving back .this isn't the first time I won't use this place again.

We have had two orders now current order with no gravy. The last order ended up with more gravy and no corn on the cob. It’s not rocket science

Firstly, we had a drink missing which we noticed before we left and managed to get it sorted. But, when we got to eat there were fries missing, the completely wrong burger and then the Vegan burger my wife had was so solid it was actually inedible. Video shows just how solid it was. Pure disappointment

The food is one of best I’ve had in a long time! You Definitely won’t be disappointed. Good value for money! And to top it all off the Delivery guy was really pleasant, so polite.

not great, 10 piece bucket that had 2 thighs and 8 drumsticks, no breast or ribby bit(my fav) and the fries were the normal KFC fries which are lets face horrible, but I knew that when i got them. why they can't do nice normal fries I don't know.

Got a home delivery and my fillet burger was missing. Absolutely nothing I could do to get refunded or get the burger delivered. No dinner for me and £6.50 lighter for the privilege. Won't ever use this KFC again after having an awful experience the previous time as well.

The delivery driver was nice but I ordered 2 pc chicken and I only got one. Very upset as I did pay an extra £4.49 (I think) for it.

the driver dropped a can of drink and did not replace it so I am not happy as it was for one of my girls so she had to go without a drink

Just spent £34 on a family feast a chicken burger and a rice box to get home to discover there was no chips tried to ring the restaurant a few times with no answer and too far for me to go back to get some not very happy

Always when food being delivered, its always stone cold. When going through the drive thru, its a 70% chance that the food is going to be luke warm at most and not freshly cooked.

I got a 14-piece bargin bucket and pepsi ordered to my house. The chicken tasted absolutely awful. It wasn't cooked properly, I was sick and I had diarrhoea. If I could rate 0 stars, I would.

Just another fast food restaurant. Unfortunately here the staff tend to face towards the kitchen rather than the customers, meaning you have to make a fuss to get service.

The food bag and boxes inside were split meaning all the food was cold and we also had the complete wrong order delivered so did not enjoy the meal whatsoever. Very disappointing.

We are missing food from the order which is ridiculous - everytime this happens. Boneless Meal 4 pc is missing that’s £10 from the order. Total incompetence from the staff and delivery person to ensure the full meal is delivered. Now one of my kids don’t have their meal ?????

Nice chunky chicken pieces - good choice to have a drumstick and a wing piece - plenty of that wonderful KFC coating!

Reasonable. Chicken pieces were a bit…scrawny, but not bad, just not as high quality as I’m used to. Not disappointed, and will definitely have KFC again from this store (and not just because it’s the only one round here)

I ordered lunch for when I require it for medical reasons & also when on my lunch hour. I ordered hours before it was required encase of any issues but being over an hour from the time selected isn't great.

I am devastated. I went into this establishment this evening and when I walked in I was greeted with someone wearing a strange outfit and they smelt horribly of urine. They must have sensed my discomfort as when I sat down they crawled over on all fours and stuck their face in my boneless banquet. They then proceeded to speak tongues and drink my pot of gravy. I was deeply unsettled and the popcorn chicken had a pube in it . Overall I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone as it clearly attracts lower class freaks .

Always fingers crossed with this KFC, order a meal stating on the order no cheese as I don’t like cheese…well it came with cheese it’s not the 1st time it’s happened, what’s the point off writing anything in the comments part of the order, sent screenshots and photo of my order to just eat, where you can clearly see it say no cheese and a photo of the burger with cheese…just eat will not refund me even though the restaurant is at fault…last time order from there and through the just eat app..

I’m actually disappointed about my food order didn’t receive my corn on the cob and no coleslaw sent me beans when never order them, not even anything to say why we couldn’t have it.

Think twice before spending your hard earned cash on this rubbish. I paid £30 for soggy chips that look like they were stamped on, the chicken may as well had been just bones delivered as hardly any chicken on them! The gravy was like water. It was all just chucked into the bag with no thought or care. It looked a mess. It’s quite clear the staff don’t care when packing orders. Only thing that wasn’t bad was the bottle of Pepsi!

Everything arrived and was very tasty. Have had a few orders with missing items but this has improved when ordering outside of a busy time. The food is always warm and hits the spot!

Food hot and overall very tasty and for once everything was there. Preferred to have coated regular chicken with skinon rather than skin off supplied. Popcrn chicken and rice box very nice but size of portions has diminished over time. Gravy much improved if a bit thin.

Several items missing yet again - get this almost every time we order from KFC Weston. Surely following a list and putting things I'm a bag isn't all that complicated?!? Just Eat drivers are always pleasant but they must get really fed up woth loosing out on tips because the restaurant is so incompetent! Food borders editable, shame they try and cram a whole party bucket in 1 paper bag which is disintegrating by the time it arrives in a humid thermal delivery bag.

Usually love KFC, ordered delivery this time. Delivery was meant to be in 20 minutes,still waiting nearly hour later,tried calling to see what was going on but no reply. Delivery arrived an hour later, stone cold, gravy missing. Very disappointed

Unfortunately Just Eat had issues with their App, Food arrived late and cold. I had to reheat the food in the microwave.

We ordered a bucket of 10 chicken. When it arrived the packaging was open and the lid to the bucket pushed right in. When we opened it up there was only 9 pieces of chicken. And the chips were cold and all squashed at the bottom.
