burnt chicken dry and old stock chosen , poor customer service?

Awful service again this time no popcorn chicken. Everytime something is missing when I order from KFC!

UPDATE: following my review below, I thought I'd give this restaurant one more try so used the drive through today. Ordered my food requesting a REGULAR FILLET BURGER with my trilogy box meal. Upon returning home and taking a bite, once again they've given me a zinger burger which i dont like, so once again my meal is spoiled For me, this is the final straw and i won't ever be buying KFC again as they are just incompetant. I've a good mind to ask for a refund but im quite sure they won't offer one even if I asked! I used to have KFC on a regular basis, however on 8 out of 10 occasions I would receive the wrong items in my meal from this store, despite asking them to ensure my order was correct. On most occasions the error was not noticed until I got home resulting in a second wasted trip back to the restaurant to have my order corrected. Also, I often found the fried chicken to be VERY greasy. Just use Miss Millies, it's much better quality.

Time changed constantly not happy

food was lovely, just abit cold. when I placed my order my time was 40 mins, ended up being 1 hour and 15 mins as the restaurant kept changing the time

Well chicken was ok chips soggy wet and got beans rather than gravy

2 regular Southern rice is missing from my order.

It said on the app that kfc was 15-20 mins and was nearly an hour and then the food turned up cold. Very unhappy as this was a birthday treat

Totally unacceptable and racism behaviour. They don’t know how to talk with customers and how’s handle the situation .

Half of my order was missing . It was my children’s tea . I paid for delivery and paid more for the food than the collection price . There is not enough food for the amount of people who ordered the food and some people have not eaten as the items were missing .

the guy was really njce but the order took almost 2 hours to arrive. initial expectation was 45 mins

KFC never fails to mess up orders. I had my popcorn chicken missing 3rd order in a row and never got nothing back...

Maybe it's because they assume that you'll be miles away when you actually eat your food, but each time that we've gone to the drive-through, we've had the dregs of whatever's leftover. They also seem to be on a mission to guard their serviettes from the evil public, and don't put any in the bag with your order, unless you specifically ask. And even then, you're asked how many you'd need before they're begrudgingly handed over. Never again!

Ordered at 4-05 pm asked for delivery by 5-00. Arrived by 5-45pm.

What a terrible place! Food arrived just slopped together, it look like it had been wrapped and the re-wrapped poorly. The staff had about as much charisma as my little toe, they were scruffy, and lacked pride in their job. The toilets were filthy, tissue and water all over the floor,( health and safety issue!!) broken door lock, no toilet paper. Avoid this place. We Should have gone to McDonald’s across the road!😡

No gravy on either of the meals. when you pay over £40 for a meal to be delivered you expect the contents in full! very disappointed that the simple process of checking order contents is not done

Staff pleasant enough. Restaurant was filthy. Overflowing bins and dirty tables. Ordered a 10 piece bargain bucket and politely asked for them to go easy on the drumsticks for it to arrive with 7 drumsticks and 3 wings. All of it was greasy too !!

forgot my rice and dip. food was cold and the chicken was stale. not impressed kfc.

I received the wrong item and when I complained to Just Eat they wouldn’t refund me. This isn’t the first time KFC have sent me the wrong food and now Just Eat are failing to refund incorrectly sent food, I can’t risk ordering from KFC any more, so I never will again.

It was average when it arrived, but kfc was advertising 20-25 minutes delivery but took 70 minutes!

I saw the delivery driver drive up and down the road in the wrong area twice now the order is saying delivered but hasn’t been I thought the drivers were supposed to ask for the code and avoid these failed deliveries or phone if they can’t find the address

Mixed Experience at KFC Weston-Super-Mare I don’t usually dine in at KFC, but I decided to take my time during this visit to the Weston-Super-Mare branch. I was greeted promptly at the counter, and the staff member took my order correctly, as I specifically asked for a thigh piece of chicken. Impressively, my order was ready within seconds. However, when I checked, I noticed the wrong chicken part was given. I asked for a replacement, and to my surprise, instead of swapping the chicken, the staff just gave me the correct part without taking back the other one—so I ended up with an extra piece. That was a nice little bonus! However, things went downhill when I went to wash my hands. There was no hot water, no hand dryer, and the smell in the men's restroom was absolutely awful. It almost ruined my appetite. With no way to properly dry my hands, I walked out with them still wet, until a staff member noticed and kindly offered me some napkins. Small gesture, but I expected better facilities. Overall, the service was quick and friendly, but the lack of basic hygiene amenities was a real letdown.

Food arrived and was severely undercooked and freezing cold, restaurant won’t do anything about it as it’s through 3rd party and 3rd party refusing refund! Not the first time either

Seems that the driver made a few stops beforehand as took a very long route.

My courier told me that the store was not even preparing my food when the driver got there and it took an hour for it to be prepared and delivered, food was warm not hot and was missing items that I did buy.

Initial time given was 8.30 and arrived around 8.50 although I was notified on the app. Driver struggled to find house but was polite and apologetic.

Missing food, what food we had was very grease. The mash looked as if it had been under the hot plate for a week. Its the worse food we have ever had from them.

I ordered the food and it was suppose to be delivered 10past 8pm, the food came 9:09pm…It’s different if we were told it would take a long time but the delivery time kept on increasing and there’s no cancel order button. I tried calling to find out what the problem was but no one picked up. Never ordering from this KFC again although I love and will still use the just eat app.

Prompt service and staff were very friendly. However my bbq chicken wrap was not worth £5.99. It was literally a wrap, small piece of chicken, tiny slap of sauce, barely any salad, very dry. Will be making my own at home in future

The lettuce had all gone bad and was slimy and beginning to rot. I don’t understand how they could allow food in that state to be served to customers.

driver rang communal buzzer then left it in communal building and didn't bring it too front door both me and husband are disabled and had too struggle too main communal door too get it he didn't ring our bell so technically didn't deliver it too me anyone could of taken it. I understand they're in time limits but that doesn't mean customer should suffer for it does it?

I suspect the food had been hanging around since it was all very dry. Back to Miss Millies next time.

The wraps were thrown together with dry food 1/3rd way down each wrap and all the sauce thrown into the bottom of the wrap dripping out the end!. Very poor and unsatisfactory, especially for the prices charged. I don't recommend this and I won't be buying again

Food was good, staff help full and courteous. The seating was clean and tidy. You can't ask more from a fast foot venue. Chips when arrived we warm nit hot but staff changed them immediately without comment.

Really disappointed!! The food this evening was so dry and mainly bone no meat. It usually arrives hot and the chicken is fresh and juicy. Such a shame.
