i had 5 pieces of chicken instead of 6.But thefood was great and fresh

The fries in my box meal were missing

Ordered a meal and got cold hot wings delivered with no fries or gravy that i overpaid for? completely unacceptable

We were given someone elses order and it wasnt enough for us as it was one meal and we ordered for two

Order placed at 8:20, didn't arrive until 9:30. Not exactly fast food. Not acceptable.

Went for chicken, bought chicken, ate chicken. It was clucking marvelous.

Missing food, what food we had was very grease. The mash looked as if it had been under the hot plate for a week. Its the worse food we have ever had from them.

I ordered the food and it was suppose to be delivered 10past 8pm, the food came 9:09pm…It’s different if we were told it would take a long time but the delivery time kept on increasing and there’s no cancel order button. I tried calling to find out what the problem was but no one picked up. Never ordering from this KFC again although I love and will still use the just eat app.

Prompt service and staff were very friendly. However my bbq chicken wrap was not worth £5.99. It was literally a wrap, small piece of chicken, tiny slap of sauce, barely any salad, very dry. Will be making my own at home in future

was not given the large popcorn chicken as part of the meal but also given a free medium popcorn chicken with the order that also wasn't in the delivery.

Simply awful ordered over £40 of food all that came was cold chips and gravy no chicken at all and no burger won’t be doing this again need to try and get our money back now

The lettuce had all gone bad and was slimy and beginning to rot. I don’t understand how they could allow food in that state to be served to customers.

very slow to prepare, arrived 45 minutes after original timeslot, arrived cold.

driver rang communal buzzer then left it in communal building and didn't bring it too front door both me and husband are disabled and had too struggle too main communal door too get it he didn't ring our bell so technically didn't deliver it too me anyone could of taken it. I understand they're in time limits but that doesn't mean customer should suffer for it does it?

£25 for half my order to be missing

I suspect the food had been hanging around since it was all very dry. Back to Miss Millies next time.

Dumped on the floor outside my front door. Cold and soggy chips, cold and dry chicken

The wraps were thrown together with dry food 1/3rd way down each wrap and all the sauce thrown into the bottom of the wrap dripping out the end!. Very poor and unsatisfactory, especially for the prices charged. I don't recommend this and I won't be buying again

Food was good, staff help full and courteous. The seating was clean and tidy. You can't ask more from a fast foot venue. Chips when arrived we warm nit hot but staff changed them immediately without comment.

Order was incorrect, we got someone else’s food in the bag. However, when I visited the restaurant they cooked a new order and gave me some free sides for the inconvenience so thank you team Weston KFC for saving lunch!

Really disappointed!! The food this evening was so dry and mainly bone no meat. It usually arrives hot and the chicken is fresh and juicy. Such a shame.

Not the KFC we had at the one in Bristol coating of the chicken was greasy and more like a greasy bit of skin. The delivery guy was very polite and cheerful tho

It was a good KFC branch, well maintained, staffs are good. But the food is really dry. Not fresh as it should be. May be on the particular day food was like that. Good service though.

Been years since I've eaten from KFC.. still the same horrible food... waited over an hour for the food to turn up! I wouldn't recommend or eat from KFC again.

Firstly, we had a drink missing which we noticed before we left and managed to get it sorted. But, when we got to eat there were fries missing, the completely wrong burger and then the Vegan burger my wife had was so solid it was actually inedible. Video shows just how solid it was. Pure disappointment

We have had two orders now current order with no gravy. The last order ended up with more gravy and no corn on the cob. It’s not rocket science

The food is one of best I’ve had in a long time! You Definitely won’t be disappointed. Good value for money! And to top it all off the Delivery guy was really pleasant, so polite.

not great, 10 piece bucket that had 2 thighs and 8 drumsticks, no breast or ribby bit(my fav) and the fries were the normal KFC fries which are lets face horrible, but I knew that when i got them. why they can't do nice normal fries I don't know.

Got a home delivery and my fillet burger was missing. Absolutely nothing I could do to get refunded or get the burger delivered. No dinner for me and £6.50 lighter for the privilege. Won't ever use this KFC again after having an awful experience the previous time as well.

Just spent £34 on a family feast a chicken burger and a rice box to get home to discover there was no chips tried to ring the restaurant a few times with no answer and too far for me to go back to get some not very happy

Bought 3 Gravy Box meals to go. Got them back to eat all 3 had the gravy missing 🤷‍♂️

Always when food being delivered, its always stone cold. When going through the drive thru, its a 70% chance that the food is going to be luke warm at most and not freshly cooked.

I got a 14-piece bargin bucket and pepsi ordered to my house. The chicken tasted absolutely awful. It wasn't cooked properly, I was sick and I had diarrhoea. If I could rate 0 stars, I would.

Just another fast food restaurant. Unfortunately here the staff tend to face towards the kitchen rather than the customers, meaning you have to make a fuss to get service.

Food was great, couldn't hear the guy on the microphone too well but that's alr.. drive through so atmosphere was good 👍. 10 hot wings insane.

The food bag and boxes inside were split meaning all the food was cold and we also had the complete wrong order delivered so did not enjoy the meal whatsoever. Very disappointing.

We are missing food from the order which is ridiculous - everytime this happens. Boneless Meal 4 pc is missing that’s £10 from the order. Total incompetence from the staff and delivery person to ensure the full meal is delivered. Now one of my kids don’t have their meal ?????

Nice chunky chicken pieces - good choice to have a drumstick and a wing piece - plenty of that wonderful KFC coating!

Reasonable. Chicken pieces were a bit…scrawny, but not bad, just not as high quality as I’m used to. Not disappointed, and will definitely have KFC again from this store (and not just because it’s the only one round here)
