KFC Stoke Newington - High Street in Hackney

I was shocked to receive tiny pieces of chicken. Why the reduced size lol? What's happened to the large pieces of chicken you use to receive? Talk about cutting things down. Now the food is reduced!

2 burgers were actually 4 chicken strips, not what was expected, why order burgers and get chicken stripes in buns,notgood

Unable to add tip after delivery

The chicken was very hard and dry

Food was hot and fresh and everything was in one piece, also I had the food reach sooner than expected delivery. I’m extremely satisfied!!

Driver had the wrong address. Contacted to say he was at the door (wrong address. I gave him the correct address, but he said it was too far. 5 mins away from where he was! I then had to make another order.

Pepsi MAX Bottle 1.5 Litre is missing from my order!

Food was dry & pieces of chicken was very small adding to a total of 5 pieces and not 6. The wings had no meet on them.

Ordered two family buckets. Chicken pieces were so small they were smaller than the hot wings and everything was crammed into one bucket. Chips were cold and soggy, tasted like they'd been cooked in the chicken fat. Took them an hour to produce that

Hello, I have tried to contact you with?!… is something missing!…however the option of missing chips as per my meal wasn’t an option.

Very dry and very chewy terrible chicken burgers we both did not eat half of !!! How dare you send old food out like that you should be prosecuted for theft!!!

35mins to cook a filet burger and fries, what a joke! how can it take that long to prepare a simple order. The driver is NOT to blame, he was very polite and i could see he was at the restaurant on time.

Went and got some food didn’t check the bag when I was leaving I ordered a twister wrap box smell which I’m missing my corn and my fillets and then I ordered two flaming hot wraps which I only got one and then I ordered two supercharger sources which I was charged for. Didn’t receive it. I mean at this point I’m spending my hard on money, I’m not getting shit for it like and the shop was completely empty, so I don’t understand what was so hard to put my stuff into the bag

The driver saw a quicker way of delivering an took the initiative to take it keeping my food nice a warm on arrival

I live about 15-20 minutes walk from the restaurant. I ordered online a very simple meal and it took almost an hour to arrive. When I told the delivery guy I had been waiting for an hour, he laughed. I can't believe I paid £4 for the delivery service...

Order correct, fast and quick delivery

Decent it’s just a shame that we got the small wing pieces of chicken. Would have been nice to get a select next time.

I was really disappointed with my visit to this KFC. Seems like the front staff know nothing. She took so long while taking order. But The atmosphere was good even the food I loved it. I would like to make a request to give a quick and good service to the customers.

Last Friday Me & My Girlfriend went there, I have seen so many KFC and the behaviour of staffs but this Branch is extremely fantastic and the Staff (Rima) she gave us warm welcomed and she took our order with a lovely smile and she described nicely to us .I really appreciate her service and the food is truely delicious 👌👌👌

Shocked by the quality of food you get for your money. KFC charges so much for a little amount of food, especially with the chips and the chicken.

order came 1 hour late. person i ordered the food for had left by then, food is now in the bin.

my order was incorrect so driver has taken it back and I haven't seen her since. The Latina ladies normally deliveries to me and am shocked she just walked away and hasn't come back with the correct order. Calling the restaurant and no answer.

Cold, dry chicken that’s been sat in the warmer for very many hours! Wings and strips that were equally INEDIBLE! To say it was a disgusting rip from KFC yet again was far too complimentary! NEVER EVER AGAIN!!!

I purchased a large amount of box meals for my family. Some chicken fillets in the burgers were very small, half the size of the burger buns, while other fillets filled the buns. Pieces of chicken that were given in the box meals were all breast pieces, no option to select what chicken piece you like. Also, the Just Eat App made an error, I set the delivery address to my location, then after ordering the app reset it self & changed the delivery address, so I had to drive & find the courier.

Ordered at 19:02 with an estimated delivery time of 10-25 mins. 2 hours later no sign of the food. Also odd as I checked the order status at 20:52 and it said "delivered at 21:20." Absolutely rubbish, have asked Just Eat for a full refund.

Is it too much to ask for my order to have everything I paid for? And it’s every time I order online. At this point it’s not even a mistake anymore. I swear it’s deliberate or just incompetence.

BBQ bites barely with sauce and not fresh, fillets almost cold, fries neither fresh or warm. On top , the drink was room temperature. Disappointed.
