Chicken missing again this has happened a couple of times to us I have evidence if you require it

What you talking about my delivery is not even delivered someone else took it or your driver

Brilliant delivery guy polite and respectful

Order correct, fast and quick delivery

The food was cold and fries were missing

No tissue no sauce even I ask for it bad customer service I ask for extra sauce they didn’t give me one

Chicken burger was cooked fresh and chips was nice and hot

Decent it’s just a shame that we got the small wing pieces of chicken. Would have been nice to get a select next time.

Missing drinks - food was stone cold

Gave me the wrong pieces of chicken, wrong cookie and wrong side order. Very disappointed

I ordered a veggie burger and it was rock hard and didn't taste like a veggie burger. Was charged for poor quality of a so called veggie burger. I wouldn't order it unless you got metal teeth!

Cold and sun standard chicken burger over cooked and think chicken burger food was cold as delivery driver went the opposite way to deliver an order before mine, very disappointed!

didnt get my order, my food was apparently delivered somewhere else. store phone just rings. whats the point of a code if its just going to be given away

Shocked by the quality of food you get for your money. KFC charges so much for a little amount of food, especially with the chips and the chicken.

order came 1 hour late. person i ordered the food for had left by then, food is now in the bin.

my order was incorrect so driver has taken it back and I haven't seen her since. The Latina ladies normally deliveries to me and am shocked she just walked away and hasn't come back with the correct order. Calling the restaurant and no answer.

I am very disappointed. my food arrived cold the chips were soggy where the cold drink was next to the chips and chicken abd the bag was ripped on arrival.. I paid £14 for the food to arrive! Not acceptable service.

Cold, dry chicken that’s been sat in the warmer for very many hours! Wings and strips that were equally INEDIBLE! To say it was a disgusting rip from KFC yet again was far too complimentary! NEVER EVER AGAIN!!!

My order did not arrive and has been marked as delivered. The delivery driver didn't even try to call me???

I purchased a large amount of box meals for my family. Some chicken fillets in the burgers were very small, half the size of the burger buns, while other fillets filled the buns. Pieces of chicken that were given in the box meals were all breast pieces, no option to select what chicken piece you like. Also, the Just Eat App made an error, I set the delivery address to my location, then after ordering the app reset it self & changed the delivery address, so I had to drive & find the courier.

Ordered at 19:02 with an estimated delivery time of 10-25 mins. 2 hours later no sign of the food. Also odd as I checked the order status at 20:52 and it said "delivered at 21:20." Absolutely rubbish, have asked Just Eat for a full refund.

Is it too much to ask for my order to have everything I paid for? And it’s every time I order online. At this point it’s not even a mistake anymore. I swear it’s deliberate or just incompetence.

BBQ bites barely with sauce and not fresh, fillets almost cold, fries neither fresh or warm. On top , the drink was room temperature. Disappointed.

We did not get the popcorn chicken very disappointed. Infuture, can you bring only the thighs for the chicken.

Worst KFC I’ve ever had. One of my 3 pieces was a tiny wing. All the chicken was dry & the coating was pathetic. Rubbish.

Ordered a £6.99 fillet burger meal. Got inexplicably charged £9.28 instead. Food was very mid, especially for the price.

I didn’t receive my chips after paying 3 pounds for gravy specifically for my chips. Rather frustrating

Everything was hot, fresh and crunchy. Delivery was quick. We order weekly.

Consistently the WORST branch of KFC on the planet. No order screens, so you have to randomly ‘queue’ as the hapless staff who seem like they’ve never worked at KFC before, make a total mountain out of a simple process. Food is often either wrong, dry, or both. Interior is grotty and dated and really needs a refurbishment. How is this place acceptable to KFC Head Office??

the burgers are full of mayonnaise and the chicken is so chewy we've had difficulty eating it

Didn't want to put on a the Air conditioner trying to save money with public safety at risk old lady almost fainted with the lack of ventilation and heat VERY DANGEROUS Practices. Next time I will post video on social media if safer practices are not implemented .

We frequently order and usually there are no issues, but this order had 4 missing items.

It was very hot couldn't open windows and had a strong smell of fat , not impressed , it was a hot day

I specifically asked for drumstick or thigh and the gave me discusting side breast and some sort of wing.

The rider was away from my actual address, the food got cold and I am still waiting for a refund. Poor experience, mainly for the delivery person, saying “I am here, it’s not my problem” when he called me, He had my address and my post code, I don’t get why he got it wrong.

Missing my chips that I ordered everything else came disappointing that you miss two simple and obvious items

It said it had 6 pieces of chicken, 4 of which were really small wings, so in reality I only had two pieces of chicken. It's a theft. I won't buy there again.

My order did not come. I have no clue what house the driver went to. I was not able to get in touch with the driver. I would like to be refunded for this inconvenience.

Just got a note to say the order has been delivered and there has been no delivery!!

2nd attempt at getting a delivery. Both drivers went to Olympic House. First order has had a request for refund submitted. 2nd driver just could not follow the instructions on the delivery information. Chips cold :-(

We ordered 8 wings, 4 fillets and 6pcs of chicken. But when the delivery guy came, he didn't even give us the 6 pcs, he left it in the bag!

From this order I received 3 wings

The food was a bit cold. The chips wasn’t hot. Asked for a drink in the option didn’t receive my drink with the order wasn’t so happy about that.

I could see the driver on the app was on the wrong street. Instead of calling, they clicked delivered but I have no food. I hope they enjoy it.

The rider delivered to another customer before coming to ours so they were quite of the way. When our food arrived it was pretty cold and we had to reheat it. The chips we had were very small portions. Other than that the food was good.

Food was cold and the taste of the food didn't tasted like it has been in the hot counter for a while. chips had no favour to them.
