KFC Stockport - Peel Retail Park in Stockport

A much better experience than KFC based in Levenshulme, a much cleaner eating area for one, whenever we have been to Leve, I've had to clean up (the table) beforehand, so not having to do that made a nice change. Also actually having the items you order in stock helped too. Overall this is what it should be like as standard - time will tell I guess, hopefully I'll not need to edit this post in the future.

Came with a friend to have some dinner the boneless were EXTREMELY SALTY and the main chicken burned

Called late one evening, service ok, food ok too was hot . Clean and tidy. Staff polite.

Just wanted a coffee after a long drive. Less than helpful touch screens but got there in the end - no paper to print out order number!!! TUESDAY 08OCT2024 at 17h12.

Quality is very poor , zinger burger tower not looked like what they advertised

Driver travelled further away from restaurant before heading towards my address. Driver then had poor signal and called me saying he was outside my door when he was in fact a few streets away.

Two parts of the order was missing

Awful my zinger box meal didn’t come and neither did the coleslaw if I didn’t have to rate I wouldn’t

Paid for parking and don't even have a full kfc menu. Partner wanted a vegan burger as she is a vegi. Every other kfc has. Vegan burger

Currently sat having what is a shocking £23 odd kfc I feel like you missed half the burger and after waiting 30 minutes from order to eat in I feel this is a let down I don't recommend and I won't be visiting again

the delivery guy turned up at my hotel, didn't ring me to say he was out side and left with my food. now its saying my food has been delivered. i absolutely starving and 25 quid out of pocket. absolute joke.

We can no longer order from the tills and they expect us to use the kiosk. I explained that I had a discount and that I was paying cash. I was told I needed to order from the kiosk and come back to the till counter to pay cash and use my discount. So I did that and waited a further 10 minutes for someone to come over to the till and take payment. The customer service here is extremely poor! Especially from Brad. I paid with cash and he shut the till and didn’t give me my change. Then I asked him about it, he responded “Do you need it” How rude! After waiting almost 30 minutes we finally get our order and when we got home we noticed that items were missing. Not impressed

when the food come it looked like some one had eaten half

Everything was cold and the order was wrong

Extremely rude delivery driver. Fully refused to come up to my first floor apartment building door after telling him I had kids in bed and proceeded to leave my order by the door to the building and drove off.

It's a really spacious restaurant but the space isn't really being utilised. While I was there family's would walk in and then walk out because there was no where to sit, and this was on a Monday. I feel u could place a table in the corner near the just eat area and one near the machines where people order

It’s like the batter wasn’t fried or whatever it is it was horrible like stuffing

Order said delivered. Food never arrived. No phone call. Rubbish complaints system on just eat. 'we'll look into your refund over the next couple of days'???? So no food tonight & out of pocket in the mean time. Nice one.

As always at KFC,when we got home ,3 items we had paid for were missing,and the box meals were half the size of the ones in the menu pics.

Nothing was missing for the first time food was a bit cold but the gravy helped drink had like batter over the can or something it was ruff

upon delivery the food was piping hot. Obviously it had been cooked to order. I would without any hesitation recommend the KFC branch at the Peel Centre in Stockport.

We’ve ordered from here a few times and while the food is nice they consistently forget to add the Garlic dips I order separately. This has happened on multiple occasions

the drink bag ripped in the first 10 seconds of having it and my pepsi max splattered everywhere. thanks alot.

Never arrived had to put a claim in said delivered and when I spoke to kfc Stockport they said driver knocked on door and no reply the driver was 2 streets away from me and never knocked

We bought hot wings and found chicken feathers in few pieces, made me feel uncomfortable and stopped eating. Never had this situation before and I hope I don’t get sick.

All the food was cold chips missing gravy missing chicken tasted reheated and chewy the chips that did come where soggy the only thing good was the drink ands that’s because they were cans

the chicken was nice but very greasy, the chicken bites had very little BBQ sauce on it, the gravy was a bit tasteless, the chips were ok. Not a great meal overall. Shame I usually like KFC. Delivered quickly and hot, delivery man was very pleasant

Don’t ever go here. Food, shocking! Customer Service, diabolical, they have none. We ordered over £60 worth of food for takeaway. 1 meal didn’t turn up, and what did turn up was cold and depressing. Called the takeaway to explain a meal hadn’t turned up, the girl who answered was very unhelpful and dismissive, in the end she ended up saying “the lines bad” and hung up (it was a ver clear line). Dreadful place, don’t waste your money. Go elsewhere.

Food was cold, ordered a bbq tower meal and was sent a normal bbq burger. Was starving so ate it, after microwaving. I live fairly close to KFC so no way food should be that cold. Very disappointed.

KFC has a problem with orders. On average when ordering, out of 10 orders 1 or 2 will be missing items. It's really enjoying

Came in today food was shocking a small peice of chicken in a kids food box supposed to have chips with it but they gave beans. The chicken wings were fatty. Ordered large fries got small fries.The tables has empty food trays on them not one staff member on the floor cleaning up alot of them were all having a chat behind the till. Toilets were disgusting it wasn't even that busy when we came in the chips were cold not happy at all. Not going to come back for a long time now until it improves
