KFC Stockport - Peel Retail Park in Stockport

Every time I get food from here they forget to pack items I pay for. Always leads to disappointment. This has to be the worse KFC!

Could do with having a third ordering screen as I've been a few times and there are queues to use them. Also there could be more seating in the other side of the store, lots of empty space. Thirdly I find kfc quite expensive these days especially when compared to local independent chicken shops.

ordered and food went completely in wrong direction and delivery time kept getting longer and longer arrived cold for 2nd week in a row ordering off here . not doing any longer waste of another £50

I requested no cranberry sauce due to being allergic, was clear on receipt in capitals yet you still sent it, glad i live near a hospital!!!!

Ordered a bucket meal but it came without fries! Apparently getting a refund for them so not sure how that’s going to be worked out. Just really annoying!

Stockport kfc is ideal with location near shops, car park and the store is good, the people who work there is nice and friendly, the food is always cooked and hot, when I come it is always nice and clean, the people who work here seem like they actually care about us not like McDonalds who goal is in and out no smile or hi, so rude but here they do take the time to say hello.

Half the order missing and when you want them to bring the rest off it they won’t just tell you to go on just eat website ?

waited over 2 hours for my order for it come for it to be freezing cold like its just come out out the freezer the gravey is even stone cold we can't eat thanks alot KFC never order from u again

Ordered the Finger-Kickin Double Bucket in which the 2x fries, a Large gravy and 2x corn on the cobs were missing! Don't understand how an order was prepared & 'checked' then sent out with half the items missing! It's not like it was a giant order either? Very frustrating! Staff are clearly useless.

I only ordered kfc due to short delivery time. Delivery driver told me someone else took my order. Gravy was warm not hot and burger was not the best either

Completely ignored the request made on the order, sent off for compensation and the response was “not all business’s will see or fulfil the requests” so not had a refund and I have been left with nothing to eat! I work somewhere that uses just eat and the requests come through in big bold letters at the top….very hard to miss! Both KFC and just eat to blame here

Food was hot and fresh. Everything was nice and all instructions were followed in regards to order specifics. Only put 4* for delivery because it said 10-20 mins then changed once ordered to like 40-60mins

The driver dropped our bag as he went to get out of the car and just scooped everything back in we have it on our ring door bell he didn’t mention a word

From when the delivery driver set off I watched them go to reddish before coming to brinnington, luckily the chicken was still warm enough to eat, so no problem toward KFC, but by the time the chips had done half a journey round Stockport they were cold, sweaty and nasty. I can understand drivers taking multiple orders, but at least make sure they are all in the same area. Apart from that I will still use this KFC, its very rare we have any problems with the food, unlike McDs, they are terrible

Went in after some christmas shopping. Was busy, but the ques went down pretty quick, and the food came out quick and hot.

Good delivery. Meal ok overall but had to get a refund of £1.99 off Just Eat as only brought 1 not 2 cans of Pepsi.

Abysmal. Went in on a Sunday just looking to order two vegan burgers to take away. There was no one on the tills despite being at least 4 people in the back on a fairly dead afternoon shift. The machine wasn’t printing receipts for orders so had to go to the till and wait for a staff member to pay and inform them the machine wasn’t printing receipts (which they said they already knew but clearly hadn’t done anything to rectify). They looked at the order and said “just to let you know it’ll be a 25 minute wait on the vegan burgers” -I could cook them faster using the heat generated from my palms. In spite of this I said “that’s fine” and then the cashier proceeded to detail in length why it would be difficult to make my order instead of just getting in with making the bloody thing. It felt like they were looking for excuses not to make my order to be honest. Awful customer experience, would not go again or recommend to any vegetarians/vegans based on the level of service.

whilst food tastes great and it was delivered in time. items were missing. and being just eat, there's no way to get the missing stuff, just a partial refund, which - when your hungry - isn't ideal.

Driver yet again turned off his tracker and delivered somewhere else first and then delivered my food cold with items missing.

People don't throw away their trash enough, even though this isn't the stores fault the should put aside more time for staff to clear tables. Food was okay. Chicken is too salty. Service was decently quick.

This was ordered at 5-50pm for a 7-00pm delivery. It arrived at 8-06pm and was luke warm at best

All the food was slightly warm, the selection of boneless chicken was very small and not great quality, overall poor quality. Most of the food went in the bin.

Stopped eating in KFC years ago because the standard slipped but this was the best fried chicken i've had in a long time. Friendly staff and quick service

The colonels 3 piece chicken meal came with 3 pieces of chicken leg, this has always been a thigh piece, a leg piece and a breast piece as pictured on the advert yet this wasn’t the case today. Also there was only one drink delivered out of the 2 that was included.

Not even delivered to me not had anything and £22 down

Food was also cold having spent £30 I wouldn’t expect to have to put it in the microwave

A much better experience than KFC based in Levenshulme, a much cleaner eating area for one, whenever we have been to Leve, I've had to clean up (the table) beforehand, so not having to do that made a nice change. Also actually having the items you order in stock helped too. Overall this is what it should be like as standard - time will tell I guess, hopefully I'll not need to edit this post in the future.

Called late one evening, service ok, food ok too was hot . Clean and tidy. Staff polite.

The delivery guy sat nav took him to the wrong address, so I stood outside and waited for him to drive past again. When he got out he said something along the lines of 'why did you put Winster Grove?' I said I didn't and showed him my address. Why if anyone is ordering food to be delivered would they put the wrong address intentionally?? also the delivery didn't have the fries that was part the of the sharing bucket

food is absolutely freezing and it's been made since 6:45 because i rang the restaurant and only just know been delivered if i wanted freezing food would off gone to a cheap chicken place would like a full refund please kids won't eat it because cold and won't have it re headed so waste off money and waited over 45 minutes not acceptable

Quality is very poor , zinger burger tower not looked like what they advertised

Driver travelled further away from restaurant before heading towards my address. Driver then had poor signal and called me saying he was outside my door when he was in fact a few streets away.

Two parts of the order was missing

Awful my zinger box meal didn’t come and neither did the coleslaw if I didn’t have to rate I wouldn’t

Currently sat having what is a shocking £23 odd kfc I feel like you missed half the burger and after waiting 30 minutes from order to eat in I feel this is a let down I don't recommend and I won't be visiting again

Paid for parking and don't even have a full kfc menu. Partner wanted a vegan burger as she is a vegi. Every other kfc has. Vegan burger

We can no longer order from the tills and they expect us to use the kiosk. I explained that I had a discount and that I was paying cash. I was told I needed to order from the kiosk and come back to the till counter to pay cash and use my discount. So I did that and waited a further 10 minutes for someone to come over to the till and take payment. The customer service here is extremely poor! Especially from Brad. I paid with cash and he shut the till and didn’t give me my change. Then I asked him about it, he responded “Do you need it” How rude! After waiting almost 30 minutes we finally get our order and when we got home we noticed that items were missing. Not impressed

Extremely rude delivery driver. Fully refused to come up to my first floor apartment building door after telling him I had kids in bed and proceeded to leave my order by the door to the building and drove off.

It's a really spacious restaurant but the space isn't really being utilised. While I was there family's would walk in and then walk out because there was no where to sit, and this was on a Monday. I feel u could place a table in the corner near the just eat area and one near the machines where people order

Order said delivered. Food never arrived. No phone call. Rubbish complaints system on just eat. 'we'll look into your refund over the next couple of days'???? So no food tonight & out of pocket in the mean time. Nice one.

As always at KFC,when we got home ,3 items we had paid for were missing,and the box meals were half the size of the ones in the menu pics.

upon delivery the food was piping hot. Obviously it had been cooked to order. I would without any hesitation recommend the KFC branch at the Peel Centre in Stockport.

We’ve ordered from here a few times and while the food is nice they consistently forget to add the Garlic dips I order separately. This has happened on multiple occasions

Never arrived had to put a claim in said delivered and when I spoke to kfc Stockport they said driver knocked on door and no reply the driver was 2 streets away from me and never knocked

We bought hot wings and found chicken feathers in few pieces, made me feel uncomfortable and stopped eating. Never had this situation before and I hope I don’t get sick.

All the food was cold chips missing gravy missing chicken tasted reheated and chewy the chips that did come where soggy the only thing good was the drink ands that’s because they were cans
