Ordered food from here. Food we ordered didn’t arrive. Supervisor working couldn’t care less and offered no helpful advise. Wouldn’t go again.

Drive thru shut.. Waited ages to be served at counter despite being only customer.

When you normally visit a KFC you know what you’re going to get - not a great experience or quality - but you do it anyway because it scratches an itch. But this one was a pleasant surprise. It was clean, the food was nice and the staff were friendly and polite. There was a bit of a wait for our order and there was a slight mistake but that was due to us customising our order to remove mayo from one and lettuce from the other but this was easily fixed. My daughter and I took the opportunity to have the Christmas stacker burger one last time and my vegetarian wife enjoyed the vegan burger.

Just ate here tonight 19th dec 2024 you can tell the staff a brilliant. One of the best kfcs I had Cooked and presented really nicely thanks

I had an incredibly disappointing experience at the Regent Road KFC. My wife and I were treated terribly by a woman who claimed to be the manager. Not only was she extremely rude, but her attitude was completely unprofessional. When we tried to ask a simple question about our order, she responded with arrogance and dismissiveness, making us feel like we were an inconvenience. It's shocking that someone in a management position would behave this way. We left feeling frustrated and disrespected. I won’t be returning to this location, and I’d advise others to be cautious when dealing with staff here.

I had amazing time yesterday evening at kfc regent road . The food was delicious , staff on front was very friendly and made us feel comfortable from time we came in. Also nice atmosphere😋😋

Food quality was fantastic as always. The restaurant was virtually empty when we visited about 2:30pm on Friday. We ordered 8 meals but unfortunately only received 7 I took my receipt to the collection area and requested the missing meal. I was met with a polite "we've given you 8 meals" I asked the guy to come and see which he did and agreed they owed us one meal. I waited but no meal arrived, went to ask and he said we checked our CCTV and you've had it! This went back and forth four half an hour! I eventually got my meal minus fries. Of course long after the rest of my family had finished. Very disappointed.

Edited my original positive review. Like most of the KFCs in Manchester this branch seems to have fallen into hitting some kind of target about how quickly they make orders up. Usually it results in frozen chips or just the wrong order. This branch brought me an dessert ahead of my main order because it was going to be delayed. I explained I wanted it after my main and they took it back. Ten mins later my main was ready, the dessert I paid for wasn't in with the order. The order machine didn't print a receipt so I was told id not ordered it and that was that. Food late, order half fulfilled and not a single person in the shop was interested. Won't be using the chain again full stop.

Two of my six pieces of chicken were not cooked and hence went into the bin - not good for a chicken restaurant 😠

Very disappointed with the family feast chicken was dry still raw in places and looked like it was cooked and reheated multiple times, the rest was okay

This place improved a lot. In the past so many orders were wrong, missing food and or cold. The last 2 years or so we have had no problems.

Simply one to avoid, the portion sizes are lowering all the time. Old oil is used, not good value for money at all

Dirty tables, delivery drivers constantly coming in and out, I found it hard to relax and eat.

Usual kfc. Service was very quick staff friendly. Fries tasted great. My only reason for no 5star food, is due to not much lettuce and mayonnaise on the burger and it was only on one side of the fillet burger. Otherwise pretty decent tbh

Quick service and the food tasted better eating in than it does ordering delivery from other city centre KFCs. Tables could have done with a wipe though.

It's worth the extra drive coming to this KFC, then the Salford one it not as greasy as the Salford one, and they don't miss things off our order and the staff are always nice and Polite but the party bucket has gone up to 34.99 from 24.99 over the last year

Lucian was brilliant We ordered with Uber eats - their rider didn’t pick up all of our food, despite the KFC staff telling them - and neglected to help us when we reached out for our missing food. We called KFC and Lucian was brilliant. He understood our predicament, gave good advice and sorted us out Top work 👍

Can't fault this branch for speed and quality of the food.

The gentleman who served us, Josh, was extremely friendly, kept the team well organised to push out food as fast as possible. When presented with a perceived issue with my order he happily helped out and was overall a very pleasant guy :)

Great new concepts at this KFC, must try the christmas special dishes. The rice bowl is worth every penny 5.49 for a filling meal. The wrap of the day is an amazing concept on weekdays for 1.99

Staff are rude, they ignore customers by not serving, their back is constantly turned to the customers while waiting to be served, asked to speak to the manager, whom was extremely unprofessional, not at all helpful, totally aggressive and ready to fight, and was threatened by him. waste of £12 so just went cross the rd to McDonalds. Will never go there again.

So bad with the customer service. What you order won't complete if you complain on counter they would just tell you off . Both staff and manager or supervisor are not very approachable and welcoming. What they put on self service is not what you get even the staff would tell you they are not supposed to do what they put on the self service which is totally wrong my visit there with my family is so disappointing with they way I was treated and respond to.

Like everything. Meals have gone up but i was surprised that bucket for 1 deals i had only a short while ago now dont come with any sides. Also no wipes like you used to get. The quality if the chicken was weird too. Sort of grey and slimy. Unappealing really. Don't know if it was just this branch or whether KFC as a whole has gone down but neither myself or my friend enjoyed it and we had different things

Got a hairy chicken wings, when I asked staff about it. I heard from floor manager that it's normal that chickens have hair. Never ate in restaurant chicken with 1 inch hairs popping out.

None of the menu boards worked. No signage on them. By the time I had given up on them a crowd of people had bypassed me. When I finally got served they had no chicken breast! Useless

Date if visit 2 April . It states clearly on website that KFC shuts at 11:00 . Went to KFC at 10:44 ,doors were shut and driveway was closed and staff were inside and they had sign languaged that they were closed . It's very inconvenient to close KFC at staff wishes and I had travelled over 6 miles . Very awful experience. Please update website according to what your staff wants to customer don't suffer .

Waiting time was longer than eating actually took. The whole restaurant was full of customers waiting for their food. The bin was more than full, I did not know where to put my rubbish. Many seats and tables were utterly dirty — we did not know where to sit because half of the seats were dirty and the other half was occupied by waiting customers.

I don't think KFC will exist in the UK in 10 years time.

I had an excellent experience here. Restaurant was clean, service was pleasant and polite, meal came through very quickly and was as tasty as KFC should be. Toilet was clean. Standards have obviously improved a lot here since all the bad reviews I have seen, I certainly will return when Im in the area.

Mr. Ken "Tucky-fried-chicken" will be spinning in his grave if he witnesses this review. I can only assume the Colonel is not in a graveyard, but rather in heaven, sat on his iPad Pro with full fibre hyperoptic. He will be looking down in disgust at how the standards have dropped at his Salford branch. Soggy, battered, expensive chicken. Surely this is only store specific and not a reflection of your current standards?

For a moment I thought I was 20 years in the past where customer service skills mattered. Both members of staff at the drive through were courteous, polite and apologised for the delay of 3mins. Impressive as I think this generation are inept on customer service. Only down 1 star as they forgot my popcorn chicken lol. Keep up the good work.

I’ve been to this kfc twice now amd got the flaming all star box only to get home amd find there is no popcorn chicken in the box amd a handful of chip. It happened to me for the first time Two week ago but thought I’d give kfc the benefit of the doubt but yet again paid for something I’ve not got fuming

It's Fast food and same as every other KFC. Only downside was no hot drinks not sure of it is just this one or all KFCs

Went on my work lunch break, drive through was blocked off, no food prepared..only 3 customers in but I still had to wait 15mins for my food! Staff seemed uninterested and also consistently get orders wrong (on my case was given beans instead of gravy and ice when I requested no ice)

The service here has absolutely taken another direction in the past few months, this is now my favourite local KFC.

Standard KFC which has improved in service over time. Waiting times are now rather good. Otherwise it's a KFC it is what you would expect.

Just walked in to the KFC.. got refused service because they were ‘closing’ at 21:20 but closing time 22:00. I asked if the drive through was open.. I was told yes and asked if I could order to take away as I don’t have my car and was told no. 11 people are still sat in the restaurant. I would of ordered my food, collected and left.

Paul on the drive through microphone was one of the most pleasant and friendly sounding drive through customer service people I’ve ever had, KFC and other fast food places. Makes a massive difference to hear a smiley voice through the speaker box! Credit to you!

Quick service but not so attentive staff. The girl reassured me that I had normal full fat coke. When I got home it was diet. Really annoying.
