Service no good v expensive and they don't serve sauce need to pay extra and rude person

Been coming for years excellent food, walk in the shop when we see this guy there we walk out of the other door without ordering. Rude and arrogant & tries overcharging all the time.

We stayed in the AC hotel next door and we thought we give this place a try , and I wish we never did. The place is filthy, and the service was miserable, the workers are cocky and not accommodating. We bought a biryani , pizza and chicken tikka and the quality was poor. They used packet rice like uncle Ben for the biryani, the pizza base was soggy and not freshly made ( ready base from wholesaler) and the Nan was certainly not made fresh in a tandoor, is seemed like they made a whole bunch of nan breads for their doner and kebabs warps in the morning. I also noticed a new meat doner was just put on the grill for the night, and it was almost white in colour and certainly it was not made on the premises. It was sooooo fatty . For anyone saying that this place is wonderful, they must either be pissed legless or they need to have their head examined.

It’s an absolutely terrible restaurant by any standard. I’m sure you won’t like the food. If you’ve got money to waste, then welcome to the worst restaurant in the history of Great Britain.

Put in a £50 order on a Sunday, any normal small business would want to get it right - only sent 2 items, tried to call both numbers for the restaurant over 10 times and no answer, uber won’t sort it because only two items were handed to the driver so £50 out of pocket - don’t waste your money here. Never known a takeaway place not answer the phone on a weekend ..

Used to come ere all the time and the food used to be amazing ! But came tonight and wow it’s defo got to have changed owners and they need to be quick and so someting about this food that they are serving the donner kebab woz shocking the nam bread woz horrendous and the salad for the kebab is pathetic !

I ve been going to Aadams for 13years. Wonderful food, Wonderful service, nice atmosphere. Hospitality done the right way, ethically and with warm welcome. I hold an MSc in hospitality management and can say this is by far the best restaurant of its kind in the UK.

I just ate Donner kebab with naan. The kebab is juicy, which I don’t really like. Put the size of the portion is great. Good but not too good for me.

Was passing through manchester and stopped overnight at travel lodge for one night. Went to this place on recommendation from other hotel guests. Both my wife and I got the chicken tikka wrap meal. We both give this a 10/10 and would highly recommend this place. There were many other options available on the menu. Fantastic food and great service from friendly staff.

I'm from Newcastle and I was on a trip 2 weeks ago in Manchester, I went for lunch and I was so disappointed, staff are really unprofessional, rude and dirty, found a hair in the food, service was too bad 👎, I don't recommend it to anyone 😢.

Terrible. Ordered a large chicken kebab with salad. Very little salad. Well it was just a bit of soggy lettuce and very very thin onion. Over drenched in mayo to make it look bigger. Good job I never ordered the medium kebab as I would have starved. Never going again. Cold food yuk!!!!!!!!

Best kebabs in the locality. Payment options could have been better. There is no tap and pay option available. You have to pay online through their app which is not user friendly and the other option is cash

Didn’t feel very welcoming at all and very poor service, miserable staff. I ordered a doner kebab the salad offered was just lettuce and the meat felt like I was crunching on stones. My dad ordered a chicken tikka starter which turned out to look like a chicken tikka kebab, which wasn’t cooked in a clay oven and only lettuce offered for a salad option.

Good food but no mint yoghurt sauce anymore. No toilets, bit dirty and not great atmosphere.

I was put off coming here to eat because of some of the reviews but decided to try it tonight as I am on a course and in Manchester for 6 weeks . I had the kebab sandwich with donner kebab and lamb seekh kebab and a side portion of chips . I ordered online and collected myself . The kebab and chips were amazing , 5 star all the way . Really hot and fresh and good quality food . The restaurant is immaculately clean , you could eat off the floor . The man who served me was lovely , polite and helpful. I was £15 for my meal and it was enough for 2 people so very reasonable in price . I will definitely be back . It has also taught me not to rely on reviews from others as my experience was a 5 star one yet other reviews are very different . I would highly recommend , give it a go and make your own mind up . The photo I took was when I was half way through it !

Truly enjoyed every meal I ever got here. It seems like a family business and they take care in every dish they make and are very cordial to customers. The food was so good, I forgot to take pictures lol Can't wait to come back again.

Spicy chicken burger was horrible - couldn’t even bite into it - the part that I did manage to bite off was crunchy and not in a good way. Looked like it had freezer burn also. Very grey and completely inedible - I had to take the ‘chicken’ out and make a chip butty to make sure I made a half decent lunch out of the £6 I spent.

What this place lacked in atmosphere, it more than completely trashed its reputation (and whatever the opposite of 'made up for' is) in the customer service. I walked in and there were maybe four people in the shop in total, two already eating. No word of a lie, it took a full eight minutes for the dude behind the counter to register my existence despite him not really being very busy. I asked for chips and he immediately got on with doing something else. At the speed of a two-legged tortoise. I have no idea why it took another five minutes for him to scoop some already cooked chips out of the fryer drainer and put them in wrapping for me. They weren’t really worth waiting for, I only hung around because, despite the exorbitant cost, I was hungry enough to eat a small village and I think the swans on the canal would have been at risk had I carried on without refuelling. Singularly the worst experience in a chip shop ever, only one worse than the last time I came to the same place. I had hoped my previous experience was a one-off but sadly it was not.

Had to grab a little chicken tikka sandwich mid afternoon as we were booked in to dishoom for late tea at 9pm! Had a mango lassi to round out the meal. Excellent quality chicken tikka and nann bread was legit. NOTE - Cash only.

Lunch menu seemed very limited. Food (chicken burger and fries) was simple but enjoyable... this place was cash only.... luckily i had some on me otherwise id have walked out and gone elsewhere. £5 for chicken burger, froes and can of coke.

We had the Donner Kebab, Chicken Tikka Pizza and Chicken Tikka Kebab. Amazingly good and best food ever tasted Pakistani/ Indian food in a long time in UK.

Kebab was inedible. Meat was a funny colour,brittle and had a funny taste and smell. Full bag of wet shredded lettuce thrown on top.After 3 bites it was thrown in the bin. Boyfriend put off kebabs for life. Pizza was cold and bland. Chips average, tasted like they had been cooked in old oil. May as well have thrown my money down one of the grids outside. Avoid at all costs!!!!!!!

Donner lacked flavour, while naan and chips really shined through, but still sub par to alternatives. Was hoping to go in to enjoy a great kebab after a night on the boozer, ended up with a mediocre bad boy. Does the job, however definitely gonna spend some time on the toilet the next morning.

Was staying in a nearby hotel and got there late, chanced this place for some much needed food....big mistake. When the chap behind the counter finally looked up from his phone to serve me I ordered the chicken tikka kebab with some chips for 9 quid. What I got was barely edible. I asked for salad and he just dumped wet lettuce on top of the 4 chunks of chicken, i asked for some onions too which made him pull a face. The doughy shop bought packet naan was completely saturated in juice/grease so much so you couldn't pick it up. The chips were tough like theyd been sat for a while. Had a nibble but just binned the lot. The place looked dirty. I ate a tiny bit and thought my health is more important. I popped into the nearby tesco for a sandwich. What a shame

I came in to order a pizza on 26/01/2023. I ordered a 12 inch prawn pizza which was priced on the menu at £12, I then ordered two bottles of water which were £1 each I asked for additional toppings of green chilli, tomato and sweetcorn and was charged £6 for this! The pizza was small and was not enjoyable the restaurant was cold

Not as good as it used to be nice people ran out of a few menu items alternatives were not what we liked won't use again in a hurry

Waited over an hour then I was called by a driver who told me they gave my order to the wrong driver and I should have received a call from the restaurant. Had no contact from the restaurant to rectify. First order for a while and now I remember why.

First time I used Aadams thought it was overpriced and food was average. Second time they refused to take card payment 'as I hadn't spent enough'. Left empty handed. Personally I won't grace them with my presence again as there are plenty of other takeaways which actually offer good food and customer service.

Good food, no waiting long, you can also order for colection for me its easier that way, car park and wel ventilated... the only downside is paynent by cash only, please allow other methods of payment

In 2022 they don’t accept cards!! Just Ridiculous. They made me go to my bank before for cash but they ate on just eat etc?? or maybe they are tax dodging

Ordered from menu,it came to £13, when the delivery driver turned up he tried to charge me £19,considering i live less than a mile away its a total rip off

Popped in here one night for a quick takeaway. No one was in so we we ordered straightaway. Waited for half an hour. Having a general nosey while waiting and from afar everything looks okay but when you properly have a look the dining area wasn't as clean has I've seen other takeaway shops. The rubbish bin had sauce drip marks all down it with over flowing wrappers. There was no hand sanitizer even though they had alot of covid19 warning and face masks signs. The seating area had food stuck to it, the glass where the food is displayed was full of dust and what I can only describe as sauce in the groove of the window. The workers at the back were busy cleaning and spraying but I think they need to take abit more time in the dining area regarding hygiene. Food was okay, no problems but I wouldn't go here again just because of the lack of cleansiness.

How this place is still allowed to operate is beyond me.

Zero stars! (Option not available) The hairy guy that served us was so rude, he literally grunted rather than spoke. We ordered a lamb dupiaza to share without rice/chips. It came in the smallest plastic take out tub. Not even enough for one. The pakora batter was of a yorkshire pudding consistency and was gross. Really expensive and for so little. They are not actual takeout metal trays that they serve in. Curry was flavoursome what little I had. Luckily we had some microwave veg in the fridge so we ended up warming that up and adding to the morcle of curry we got to bulk it out. Just moved to the area and our 1st takeaway will definitely be the last from here. Wont be returning.
