train staff to read order and follow instructions like put dips in that I paid for. so frustrating as my 6 year old can read and follow instructions. retrain staff to read orders!!!!

Once again my order is wrong. Twice on the bounce. First order I was missing popcorn chicken and now my second order I am missing items from my meal I ordered. Absolutely abysmal. Are the staff properly training in reading as it shows that this is a problem when reading items on a customers order.

Service for food a bit slow appx 9 minutes, they left our fries on the serving side of the order prep.

Food is dry and cold basically just shocking

Im giving them a 1 star today I ordered a bucket the container had no cover and they placed the containers of gravy on top of the chicken which has no cover I called them they like, we are busy so, busy is good but no excuse for this do the job the way we are expecting as yr customers i was disgusted will never order from this place again.

No update for over 30 minutes when it said it was being delivered at 5pm. Rang the restaurant multiple times and they wouldn’t even answer. It finally came 40 minutes late and the chips were cold !

Food never arrived! This is the second time and the second KFC in the local area to mess up! Don’t use Just Eat to order from these restaurants! They’re useless!

Delivery was exceptional But sadly missed a can of tango Also ordered a box of cookies and sadly all milk chocolate arrived I know it say’s depends on what is available but didn’t expect all 4 to b the same Disappointing

Chicken had feathers still coming out of It and chicken was black. How you expect people to consume that is beyond me

Had 2 X box trilogy meal orders with a extra chicken wrap. Everything delivered just warm and the icing on the cake, the main burgers for the meal were missing!! I've called the restaurant twice, left 2 messages with my phone number and not even the decency to call me back. It was awful last time too. Not going back there again!! Well I might pop in to have a word with the management. DON'T ORDER FROM THIS KFC.

Lovely delivery driver he was amazing. Quick chat. Food was almost 5 stars but was just a bit soggy.

chips are soggy and cold the way it was packed the drink was against it so they was soaked and everything some seems cold

KFC now have a habit of counting a wing as a piece of chicken. Poor really. Every time I order 2 pieces I get one piece and a wing. Pathetic for the price.

Quality of food has been maintained in terms of consistency in taste and flavor. Atmosphere including inside dinning is cozy and comfortable. Staff members are decent enough in dealing with customers.

Although delivery was on time the driver was verbally abusive and extremely rude. Not sure if I want to use just eat as I don’t want to encounter this individual

Cold food, that was drenched in far too much sauce/dressing rendering it inedible. Cans of drink were nice but you can’t go wrong there.

I'm usually not one to berate fast food workers, but Jesus Christ you've hired some incompetents. Group order, 2 meals. Wrong sauces on both, and missing added gravy. Mine was an extra ten minute wait, and it was still wrong! Maybe a mandatory IQ test before you hire people is in order, anything below 30 maybe don't take them on👍🏻

To be quite honest, I was quite disappointed. The chicken was nearly cold, the chips had loads of black parts and I doubt they were freshly cooked. I've always enjoyed the food previously tho I must say it is a while since I have ordered. Can't see me ordering from there again.

Rubbish service from both the shop and just eat. Avoid as incorrect orders will not be refunded. Deleting the app if this what I can expect for my money.

The delivery driver wouldn’t come in even though I had left a note telling them I couldn’t come to the door because I was disabled. I had to move on my sore leg to get to the door. I tried asking them why they didn’t bring it inside and I couldn’t understand a word of their reply. I have autism and I am no good with people with accents. I am physically disabled hence why I asked them to bring it inside. They were completely uncooperative and unhelpful. I hope they get fired.

Absolute joke, food arrived freezing cold and almost to the point it was stale, driver mysteriously lost signal after it saying the driver was on the way to the restaurant for over an hour and then after ringing the restaurant it’s all of a sudden on its way finally after over waiting an hour and a half

They driver left my order on my doorstep and didn’t knock , my food was there for 15 minutes before I checked the app

Amazing service from the kfc itself, food was delicious, hot and got a freebie for waiting. Ordered at 4pm didn't arrive until 6:25pm due to JUSTEAT not being able to find a driver. Absolutely daft. Do not blame kfc for this fault at all as the food was brilliant but justeat need to sort out their drivers or hire and pay staff properly.

The toilets were absolutely disgusting and don’t seem like they’ve ever been cleaned. The food was okay but often had missing items from this KFC. The ginger man was being rude to his colleagues and to customers, at one point making fun of a customers name!

Food came completely cold and the bun of my burguer was hard. The driver called asking to go downstairs to get my food, and I said I am alone with a baby at home. He asked which floor it is wn which door, but he should know this in advance.Then he said "I will try to go there".When I opened the door not even hello or good night. Was so rude.If I knew it would be like that I wouldn't order from here. Delivery guys should be prepare to delivery the food of customers wherever is the address.

Tuesday 23rd Jan dinner visit. Brilliant Staff + Rapid Service. Super Satisfying Bucket and Fillets. Bright, clean premises. Cheered up a dull rainy day. Would have been a 5 but the chips need improving.

Got an allert to say the courier was on the way. He then went off in the opposite direction. Took him ages to get to us. Food stone cold when it arrived. Putting 2 freezing cold cans of pop in the bag with the food didn't help. Expect better when paying £29 for 2 meals.
