KFC Rochdale - Sandbrook Park in Rochdale

Got a zinger meal with the chicken wings, coleslaw and of course the signature fries. Didn't check it, I mean how can you mess up one order with 1 box meal 🤷 Got home to find the signature fries were no where to be seen, to far to drive back. Not been to KFC in a while, now I know why. Bad experience on the first visit back, won't bother next time.

I had a terrible experience at this KFC location while picking up an Uber Eats order. The staff was extremely rude for no reason and refused to give me the customer’s order. Completely unprofessional and disrespectful — makes it very hard for delivery drivers to do their job. Won’t be coming back here again.

I thought this meant kentmere fry children but

my order was completely worng in the notes I asked for super charger sauce to be added to the burgers that never happened. the food is also cold and dry as a bone. I am not happy with this I have taken a picture of the burgers too.

Delivered quickly but cold cans on drink in the same bag as the food so was mostly cold by the time it got here

The juiciest and fresh chicken!!!

I came in this morning and the restaurant area was extremely quick. The lady redirected me to the kiosk and offered me help to navigate the machines. I then got my food extremely quickly which was hot and fresh and also tasted amazing. I’m very happy with eating here today.

These lot are either deaf or don't understand English as I clearly ordered a large popcorn chicken meal and they end up giving me a wings meal. You guys need proper training cause you don't even know what you're giving to your customers (sigh)

Order not delivered. Tracked on app, stopped at a completely different street then app changed to delivered. No phone numbers to ring to chase up. Emailed to inform not delivered and got standard response saying they will look into and get back to me. Terrible.

We have moved recently from Manchester. We have tried second time today this KFC and very disappointed. The size for the chicken is very very small Same like wings. And the wing size is small aswell. Chicken was not proper cooked from inside. We tried so many times Manchester Fort,Food court and Trafford centre as these are only Halal and never had issues but after trying this KFC i am proper shocked. How can they serve us 4 extra small pieces when we buy 10 pieces bucket. We decide never ever go back again. Not recommended at all

My address hasn’t been updated but this happened last time and I got the food delivered to new address. I ordered again tonight and it went to old address again, I spoke with driver and he agreed to come to new address for a fee. I explained I was desperate in a wheelchair with 3 hungry kids. 2 hours later and no arrival and still 3 hungry kids. I’ve not received the food so the driver has it or he has handed it back to KFC. I would like to know where it is so I can collect it please

Recently started Halal food and really convenient for locals as the other nearest Halal serving were either Kingsway or Oldham Elk Mill

Not couriers fault at all. They was good. But some food was burnt, all was cold, chicken was dry. Normally a good kfc but this was horrendous

Never had to leave a bad review before for KFC 🙁 sadly it’s just one of them but the chicken pieces were quite tough to chew in the boneless banquet so unfortunately they were given to the cats but everything else was nice. Just think we got a bad batch but it’s not great due to the amount spent.

Shocking service. Ordered £50 of food to be delivered, the service said it has been delivered when it hasn’t and kfc phone has now rang out 15 times with no answer.

had ordered a delivery at 5.16pm, the time was none stop changing and it ended up arriving at 8.07. 3 hours wait time for cold food and a warm drink. don’t even waste your time on this place, no answer of the phone when calling the restaurant and nowhere to cancle or refund the order.

time constantly kept changing 1hr and 25mins we had to wait for food, when it advises 15-30 mins for expected delivery time. and when food finally came it was stone cold, and the cold drinks where in same bag at food.

honestly it was terrible, chicken is freezing cold and it's felt under cooked because it was that soggy,fries were cold and damp,vegan burger was passable, £35 down the drain and put in the bin with the food,delivery was very fast which probably explains the quality of the food, extremely disappointing for the cost.

Myself and my work colleagues made nearly an £80 order between us all. The food arrived and 2 box meals were missing. 3 lots of extra fries and Mash missing. Most of it was stone cold. My burger was as hard as concrete. My colleagues burger bun was also rock hard. Tried to contact the restaurant via phonecall, no answer. To be honest the whole order was Absolutely appalling. Wouldnt feed it to a dog. Never again. Vile.

Excellent service, food was ready within a minute, and arrived fresh and pipping hot! My only criticism of the restaurant was that it possibly could have been a little cleaner. This is a far cry from McDonald's of late, where you wait 30 minutes and recieve cold food with missing items.

I sent it to the hospital and tried to change the address as I was home but forgot to change the address I phoned samdbrook tried on here and no help I spoke with the driver who had been told just to leave it at the hospital which is appalling

Chios we're undercooked and hard. Gravy used to be lovely and thick. Now it's like water. In fact it resembles dysentery! Snack boxes have got considerably smaller but cost as much if not more. Being ripped off royally folks. Avoid!

I'm so mad right now! I wrote in the notes in CAPS to not put mayo on my burger because I won't be able to eat it, so they put mayo on it! I didn't get my one piece of chicken that comes with it nor did I get my 1.5l of tango! food was cold and it cost me over £24, tried ringing them multiple times so left a message. how hard is it to follow an instruction, it's like basic stuff i don't get it. 🤦🏻‍♀️ this is not the first time it has happened either! kfc you suck!
