KFC Rochdale - Sandbrook Park in Rochdale

Had to wait almost an hour for the food to be delivered the chicken wasn’t hot and felt as if it had been in the box for that hour

I pre ordered meal for 1700 and arrived 1735 stone cols and the actual box meal was missing

Didn't receive all my order as was missing a bottle of Pepsi Max 1.5ltr. Also chips not very hot, bearly warm. Chicken was great and gravy was hot.

time constantly kept changing 1hr and 25mins we had to wait for food, when it advises 15-30 mins for expected delivery time. and when food finally came it was stone cold, and the cold drinks where in same bag at food.

The food was cold and it just was not nice the gravy was not good and the chips was not cooked

honestly it was terrible, chicken is freezing cold and it's felt under cooked because it was that soggy,fries were cold and damp,vegan burger was passable, £35 down the drain and put in the bin with the food,delivery was very fast which probably explains the quality of the food, extremely disappointing for the cost.

Food was incorrect and cold when it arrived.

As usual items missing from the order and no response from restaurant.

Our order DID NOT arrive, even though it was marked as delivered. This service CANNOT be trusted and we will not be using KFC again.

Myself and my work colleagues made nearly an £80 order between us all. The food arrived and 2 box meals were missing. 3 lots of extra fries and Mash missing. Most of it was stone cold. My burger was as hard as concrete. My colleagues burger bun was also rock hard. Tried to contact the restaurant via phonecall, no answer. To be honest the whole order was Absolutely appalling. Wouldnt feed it to a dog. Never again. Vile.

Excellent service, food was ready within a minute, and arrived fresh and pipping hot! My only criticism of the restaurant was that it possibly could have been a little cleaner. This is a far cry from McDonald's of late, where you wait 30 minutes and recieve cold food with missing items.

I sent it to the hospital and tried to change the address as I was home but forgot to change the address I phoned samdbrook tried on here and no help I spoke with the driver who had been told just to leave it at the hospital which is appalling

Chios we're undercooked and hard. Gravy used to be lovely and thick. Now it's like water. In fact it resembles dysentery! Snack boxes have got considerably smaller but cost as much if not more. Being ripped off royally folks. Avoid!

Gutted, again, I get home with my order and something is missing. No chips with my meal! £15 for 10 hot wings, 2 pieces of chicken and a regular drink 👎

I'm so mad right now! I wrote in the notes in CAPS to not put mayo on my burger because I won't be able to eat it, so they put mayo on it! I didn't get my one piece of chicken that comes with it nor did I get my 1.5l of tango! food was cold and it cost me over £24, tried ringing them multiple times so left a message. how hard is it to follow an instruction, it's like basic stuff i don't get it. 🤦🏻‍♀️ this is not the first time it has happened either! kfc you suck!

Did not receive the correct order instead got someone else’s order

train staff to read order and follow instructions like put dips in that I paid for. so frustrating as my 6 year old can read and follow instructions. retrain staff to read orders!!!!

Once again my order is wrong. Twice on the bounce. First order I was missing popcorn chicken and now my second order I am missing items from my meal I ordered. Absolutely abysmal. Are the staff properly training in reading as it shows that this is a problem when reading items on a customers order.

Im giving them a 1 star today I ordered a bucket the container had no cover and they placed the containers of gravy on top of the chicken which has no cover I called them they like, we are busy so, busy is good but no excuse for this do the job the way we are expecting as yr customers i was disgusted will never order from this place again.

No update for over 30 minutes when it said it was being delivered at 5pm. Rang the restaurant multiple times and they wouldn’t even answer. It finally came 40 minutes late and the chips were cold !

Food never arrived! This is the second time and the second KFC in the local area to mess up! Don’t use Just Eat to order from these restaurants! They’re useless!

Delivery was exceptional But sadly missed a can of tango Also ordered a box of cookies and sadly all milk chocolate arrived I know it say’s depends on what is available but didn’t expect all 4 to b the same Disappointing

Had 2 X box trilogy meal orders with a extra chicken wrap. Everything delivered just warm and the icing on the cake, the main burgers for the meal were missing!! I've called the restaurant twice, left 2 messages with my phone number and not even the decency to call me back. It was awful last time too. Not going back there again!! Well I might pop in to have a word with the management. DON'T ORDER FROM THIS KFC.

chips are soggy and cold the way it was packed the drink was against it so they was soaked and everything some seems cold

Lovely delivery driver he was amazing. Quick chat. Food was almost 5 stars but was just a bit soggy.

KFC now have a habit of counting a wing as a piece of chicken. Poor really. Every time I order 2 pieces I get one piece and a wing. Pathetic for the price.

Quality of food has been maintained in terms of consistency in taste and flavor. Atmosphere including inside dinning is cozy and comfortable. Staff members are decent enough in dealing with customers.

Although delivery was on time the driver was verbally abusive and extremely rude. Not sure if I want to use just eat as I don’t want to encounter this individual

Cold food, that was drenched in far too much sauce/dressing rendering it inedible. Cans of drink were nice but you can’t go wrong there.

I'm usually not one to berate fast food workers, but Jesus Christ you've hired some incompetents. Group order, 2 meals. Wrong sauces on both, and missing added gravy. Mine was an extra ten minute wait, and it was still wrong! Maybe a mandatory IQ test before you hire people is in order, anything below 30 maybe don't take them on👍🏻

To be quite honest, I was quite disappointed. The chicken was nearly cold, the chips had loads of black parts and I doubt they were freshly cooked. I've always enjoyed the food previously tho I must say it is a while since I have ordered. Can't see me ordering from there again.

Rubbish service from both the shop and just eat. Avoid as incorrect orders will not be refunded. Deleting the app if this what I can expect for my money.

The delivery driver wouldn’t come in even though I had left a note telling them I couldn’t come to the door because I was disabled. I had to move on my sore leg to get to the door. I tried asking them why they didn’t bring it inside and I couldn’t understand a word of their reply. I have autism and I am no good with people with accents. I am physically disabled hence why I asked them to bring it inside. They were completely uncooperative and unhelpful. I hope they get fired.
